01What Is Agentic Operating System Marketing Automation?
Agentic operating system marketing automation is a way to use AI agents to create and post social media content automatically. Instead of doing everything by hand, you let a system handle the work.
In this episode, Julian shows how the Agent OS uses Claude to write scripts, edit videos, and even post them to platforms using Blotato. You can automate almost any part of your marketing workflow, from idea to published post.
02Key Features of the Agentic Operating System
The Agent OS is not a single tool. It connects different AI services into one workflow. Here are the main features Julian shows.
- Claude integration for scripting, editing, and analyzing content.
- HeyGen API for creating AI avatar videos.
- Blotato for posting to Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Blotato MCP to measure likes, views, comments, and reposts.
- Skills that let Claude auto-edit videos in a set workflow.
- Universal posting across multiple channels from one system.
These features work together so you can build a custom automation pipeline. You can mix human videos, AI avatars, or UGC depending on what you need.
03How to Set Up Agentic Marketing Automation
Setting up the Agent OS for marketing takes a few steps. Julian walked through the process in the episode. Follow this order to get it working.
- Write out your content script inside the Agent OS.
- Record a human video or generate an AI avatar video with HeyGen API.
- Add an editing skill so Claude can cut and polish your video automatically.
- Connect your Blotato account by plugging in your API key.
- Select which social media channels you want to post to (Instagram, X, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Add a caption for the post inside the system.
- Let the system run—it creates, edits, and posts your content for you.
Julian mentioned that the whole posting setup was created in one day. Once it's running, you can monitor results with Blotato's analytics.
04Using the Agent OS to Automate Social Media Posts
In the episode, Julian showed a live example. He had a set of videos inside the Agent OS that were already posted to Instagram. To create a new post, you start by typing what your video is about.
Then, you either drop your recording or an AI avatar video into the system. Claude takes over and edits it using a skill you've attached. The skill tells Claude exactly how to cut, add effects, and make it look professional.
After editing, Blotato posts it to the channels you picked. You can even add a caption to go with the post. Julian also showed how you can preview all your created content in the showreel section.
From there, you can hover over any video and see its performance data.
05Results and Performance of AI-Generated Content
Julian shared real numbers from experiments. One post made with Claude and Blotato got 52 comments, 24 reposts, and 438 likes. That was a single post that performed well.
He also compared AI avatar content to his human content. On some days, the AI content got 600 to 1,000 views, which was average. But on another channel, posts got 2,000, 5,000, and even more views.
Julian said AI content sometimes outperforms his human content.
One channel he showed had grown to 6,000-7,000 followers using AI avatars. The content looked good and performed well. Julian's point is that automated AI content can work just as well as human-created content if you set it up right.
06Tips, Limits, and Mistakes to Avoid
Julian shared a few important tips. First, he doesn't recommend NA10 for most people. He says the Agent OS is more powerful and easier to use.
NA10 is 'super fiddly.'
Another tip is to make sure your Blotato is correctly configured. You need to plug in your API key and select the right channels. If you skip this, the posting won't work.
Also, remember that the quality of your script matters. Julian says writing a script is simple—you don't need a fancy skill for that. But the editing skill is what makes your video look good.
So spend time setting up that skill properly.
Finally, use the analytics. Blotato MCP measures what content works best. That helps you decide what to create next.
07Who Should Use the Agentic Operating System
The Agent OS is for anyone who wants to automate their marketing. If you're a content creator, marketer, or business owner, you can save time by letting AI handle repetitive tasks.
It's also great for people who want to grow on multiple platforms. Julian showed that you can post to Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and more with one system. You don't have to be a technical expert to set it up.
You can use human videos, AI avatars, or UGC. That flexibility makes it useful for different types of content. Julian says it's 'way more fun' than traditional tools like NA10.
And once it's running, it works for you 24/7.
