Claude Agent OS is INSANE! 🤯

Today we're gonna be answering some of the latest videos about the agent operating system, how to get the most out of it, how to automate anything that you want, and what you can do with it, plus some of my best systems. Now, this is based on the latest questions we've had inside the AI Profit Boardroom. Every single day, I answer questions from the community and create a video tutorial like this. So I'm gonna get straight into this and start helping people as much as I can.

So the first question that we got was from Jason, who was creating an AI app factory, and he's outlined his whole process for setting this up and how he's gonna be building it, et cetera. One thing that actually works really well for us, cause this is quite a long build, is we actually simplify. So for example, if we check out the AI Profit Boardroom and the agent operating system that we've got inside here, as you can see, we've got this idea pipeline where we can drop in an idea, capture it, then it has a system where it's gonna shape it and plan out the process. From there, we approve the plan.

Then we can click build the deliverable and it gets shipped and filled, and we have a gallery where we can preview everything we've created. And it's kind of like a four-stage pipeline that requires very little input from us to get the apps built. The thing that I actually learned from this whole process was that you only really learn what you need to improve when you start building with it. So as soon as you start building with it, you'll see, okay, here's what I need to tweak, here's what I need to change, here's how I can make it better in terms of the prompts for creating everything.

And so I would just build it and test it as soon as you can, or you can get our system that's ready to go inside the agent operating system. One thing that's pretty cool as well inside the agent OS is like, if you're looking for jobs or contracting opportunities and that sort of thing, we actually have people, for example, like Matt, who are asking for contractors like that. So it's a great place to find opportunities where people are looking for experts who can help them build out the automations. And they might want to learn about this stuff and they have it inside the Air Profitable Room and they've joined for that reason, but they really want to connect with people who can just build this out and implement it for them.

So if that sounds like you, check out the post from Matt, easy looking for people to help. Now we've got another question from Melissa. So Melissa is asking, do you recommend going through the training for each agent, setting those up, understanding how they work, et cetera, for using the agent OS, or do you recommend just picking and choosing what you have and thinking about how to do it? So if you want to be really a time efficient with it, I would recommend you just install what you need to.

So you don't need to use every single system inside the agent OS. We've customized it in a way where it basically can do everything, but you don't need to install everything. So for example, if you're like, right, okay, I've seen the video on Hermes Oracle, love the idea of it, the fact that it can take trending content and then give us ideas for our own content and create SEO articles about that, then just install that, or if you're like, okay, well, I only use Codex and Antigravity, then just install those two. The main point here is like, you don't have to install everything, just pick and choose what you prefer because that way you'll save time and you'll get the best results fastest.

Simplifying and focusing is better than trying to do everything. We've got a question from Mia, who was saying, I'm here to automate my business, what are the biggest wins you've implemented for yourself or others? So for me, I genuinely think this system right here, the Hermes Oracle system is really, really good. And then also one thing I found is like, quite often agents straight out of the box are very, very generic.

So what I prefer to do instead is create a very personalized memory system where every time I ask an AI agent anything, and this links to Claude, to Hermes, to every single agent that we have inside this system, it can give me really personalized answers and that saves a lot of time. So the memory system and also Hermes Oracle, I also get asked all the time, like how do you automate lead generation with AI agents? And that's why I created this lead generation tool because you can automate that for everyone in the community. And that was a big win for helping others.

Also just seeing like 200 pages of testimonials from wins from other people getting amazing results. As you can see right here, like Kurt, he said, the AgentOS has changed everything for him and Hakim is absolutely loving it too. So when I see people like that, just getting amazing results, that really inspires me too. Another question we got from Rachel was like, which tools or subscriptions do you have?

And we actually have a list inside the AI Profit Boarding, which I'll link to. This is our updated list. So you can grab that and that has a breakdown of all the tools I personally use to help you as much as I can. Now we've got a question from Tommy about lead generation.

So he's asking, could anyone help with lead generation? And he's tried like the usual cold emails, et cetera, looking for tips. So we do a lot of lead generation for our link building agency because we're always reaching out to other websites to get backlinks and to build them for SEO. So the first thing I would recommend is that you really look at your metrics.

So analyze your open rates and also your click-through rates because that will give you a good idea of where you're at. So for example, if your open rate is like 20% or higher, you're actually doing a pretty good job, especially when it comes to cold email. But if your open rate is like 5% or even lower, like sometimes it can drop down to like 1% if you're not careful, then you definitely want to look at your email domain and everything else. Additionally, if you haven't already, check out the lead generation tool inside the AgentOS.

So if you go to the lead outreach section inside the Hermes, you'll see a full system here where you can generate leads. You just type in what type of leads you want, make sure you have your Hunter API key plugged in, then it will generate a bunch of leads for you. From there, you can automate the actual writing of the campaign and you can send email campaigns directly with it. And you can get Hermes to manage your inbox and send inbox as well.

So it's really good for automating every stage of lead generation and email outreach. So basically a lot of people take our AgentOS system and then implement themselves. So you can get Zipfile to install ours. And then additionally, they customize it exactly how they want it to look. So you can see an example right here of one that Mikey's creating.

It looks absolutely awesome. And you can see that they've set up like a boardroom plus campaigns and everything else, kind of like a CRM powered by AI. And that's one of the beautiful things about this. So well done Mikey for setting that up.

That's absolutely awesome. And I think this is a great way of using the AgentOS because you can basically customize it to the exact use cases that you have. So you take the system, you personalize it to you based on where you spend your time. And then you have a system that only improves the more you use it.
