Claude: How to Build an Agent Operating System!

Today, I'm going to show you a fascinating agent operating system with Claude and Hermes agents built into it to automate and create anything that you want. Now, this is something that I've been working on for the last couple of weeks, and it scares me, number one, how fast it's moving, number two, how powerful it is, and number three, how easy it is to build all this stuff, even if you don't code. I'm not a coder. I can't code.

I don't know what I'm doing. But I built this video game generator this morning just for fun whilst I was speaking to someone else, right? It was just working in the background for me. Here's another example of, like, a crazy game that we built out inside this video game studio, and here's another one, too, right?

Now, on top of that, what we can actually do is we can use something like Hermes Jarvis. Hermes Jarvis is a voice-activated AI agent that sits on a wall, and if I switch on the wake word, it just listens for me and waits for me to say stuff, or I can click the button here and start speaking to it. If you wonder how that works, you can see a full transcript of me and the agent just talking to each other, having our own little conversation. If you're wondering what it can build, here's some examples of what it can build.

These are all cool stuff that is just built in the background, again, with me using it as a voice-generated AI agent. Now, on top of that, what we have over here is an ideas factory that can take any idea and then automate and turn it into an app, into, for example, a website, into, for example, we've built out a meditation timer over here, right? We can build and we can automate anything using these powerful AI agents with one single idea. Not only that, but I don't have to come up with the idea.

So, for example, I can go into the agent group chat and I can be like, guys, give me some ideas for a game that we should build. They come up, they organize with each other, they critique each other's ideas, and then we say, Claude, that's brilliant. Go off and build that, and Claude actually adds it to our pipeline, and this is for the Agent Rush game. Now, if we go over to the pipeline and we have a look for the Agent Rush game that we've built out here, we can see it ready to go, and we can just create it in one single click like that, right?

Now, if you want to indicate what can you actually build with this stuff, here's some cool stuff that we've built using this one-click generator, right? And it's absolutely insane. I mean, look at this full website that we generated in one single click. We just went from idea, click a button, boom, the app's built, boom, the website's built, and it actually looks pretty nice, right?

It looks better than my main website, but it was generated with AI in one single click. Now, you want to see something else that blows my mind? I've turned my brain into a galaxy that just floats through, and we can navigate it like stars linked to each other. These are all individual memories of actual nodes.

Let me click on the open claw node. You can see the nodes right here, right? And by the way, didn't create any of this. I literally just asked my AI agents, number one, to start jotting everything down into an easy-to-organize system using Obsidian, and then guess what we did, right?

I asked the agent, what should I build that would be useful? And he said, you should build a galaxy of stars as your memories inside a universe that you can navigate and fly through. And then, do you know what? The stars that burn the brightest should be the ones that you've most recently worked on.

And so I didn't touch any of this, didn't come up with the idea, didn't even animate it, right? This is all created with Claude by me just going into Claude over here and creating what we want. Now, on top of that, it's using all of our best AI agents and plugging them all together. So, for example, we've got Claude, we've got Hermes, we've got Gemini, Antigravity, Codex, free Claude code.

I can operate a free version of Claude code with different APIs plugged in. It's actually a local model that's plugged into this system. And then I can use my voice to get it to build stuff like you can see right here, right? These are all things that we've built using my voice to create these different things that we've got right here.

It's absolutely insane. Look at that. Actually works. And by the way, just take note, none of this stuff is broken.

Like it's all actual stuff that's built and looks pretty nice. Now, on top of that, what's also blowing my mind here is that we have a studio where we can generate images, videos, and voice in one click. It feels like an actual app someone has built, except it's not, you know, like anything fancy. It's just me using Claude and coming up with ideas and then actually getting it to implement my ideas, right?

These are all videos created by Hermes that showcase different things it's actually built, right? AI avatar videos, as you can see right here. It's created a living galaxy showcasing the memory galaxy for Obsidian. Here it's actually taken some ideas that we built inside the agent operating system and then just turned that into a beautiful video.

Now, on top of that, we could also use anti-gravity. Anti-gravity is pretty cool, and we've got that plugged in like so. How do we do that? Again, we've got the CLI details on the open source project for anti-gravity CLI, and then we plugged it into our system.

Boom, shakalaka, we're ready to go. Now, additionally, what you can see inside this section is that we have basically a whole gallery of different things plugged in, right? We've got a website, we've got this app, this SEO tool app for auditing websites for SEO. We have a full website built for an SEO agency over here.

We have some images created, another website, and this is actually kind of like the connections and keyword galaxy for a topical authority map. Crazy stuff. Again, did I come up with that? No.

How did we do it? We just got teams of AI agencies. These are actually all Hermes agents working together, building stuff, organizing and delegating tasks together. And guess what?

The only one that actually hired was the Hermes agent. The rest, Hermes went off and just started hiring themselves. So Turing, Ogilvy, et cetera, they were hired by Ada, who's the CEO of our Goldilabs company, like you can see inside Paperclip right here. If we want to see what they're working on, we've got it all over here. We've got the projects, we've created, we've got the individual agents that we can monitor over here. Not just that, my friends. Let's go deeper.

Now what we have over here is Hermes, and there was a brand new update. This is the thing I love about all of this system. It's like there was a brand new update that just came out from Hermes today, where they created something called Hermes Agent Profile Builder, right? So you can create teams of agents that are orchestrated together, and then you can manage them all in one place.

So for example, for our Hermes agent, we have Jarvis, we have Julian, we have John, we have the game dev, right? The developer for games. We have a SEO keyword generator profile here, specifically trained for generating awesome keywords for SEO. Now how do we do all of this?

Plugged it into the system, got the ideas from the new update that Hermes released, and I was like, Claude, do you know what? We should build something around this. And it was like, yeah, do you know what? We actually should.

And then we built it together. So this is how it works. If we go over to the chat here, you can see, for example, we've got Hermes, and then we can switch between all these different profiles and just chat to them. So if I need keywords, I'm just going to type in the chat there and ask for keywords.

If I need backlinks, I just go over here and I'm like, mate, we need some backlinks for that website. Can you do it for me? For SEO outline, we've got that. SEO writer, no problem.

And we've got all these different profiles that we can chat between ourselves. And it goes even deeper than that, because what we have over here is a Kanban board where we can navigate different teams of those agent profiles we built. So if we built an SEO team for the AOProfitboarding.com, which is what we did, then we can plug in a task over here. That's literally all I need to do is just plug in a task.

And then it's going to take the orchestrator agent, the top agent that I usually use, and it's going to delegate and triage that task to other sub-agents. So in the end, you have, for example, the SEO writer writing the page. You have, for example, the links agent creating the internal links for the page. You have the keyword brief, which is, guess what, operated by the keyword agent.

Now, if we want to assign that to someone else, we can, but I don't want to do that. I don't want to do the work. I want to be like the CEO, big boss man operating the mission control in his little ivory tower, right? That's what we want.

And so that's what we're doing, essentially, yeah. And it's a lot of fun. It's a lot. I absolutely love building this stuff up.

Actually, one of the best things about all of this is, like, we have a community where we build this stuff out together. It's called the Air Profitable Group, and it's just some of the stuff that we're building out is crazy, right? I can show you some examples here. So, like, Ken, he built out his own agent operating system.

Like, you can see, let's open this up, right? And then, actually, he built out a complete new sales platform. That's something different entirely. He actually built out a total CRM.

You see, like, Maria is absolutely loving the class. You got Ken, he's absolutely crushing it with agent operating systems. Nick as well. Ethan as well.

He's built out one. Eric, he was sharing all the cool stuff that he built with his. He actually called his Aura OS, right? And so, there's, like, this whole movement of people inside the Air Profitable Boardroom who are just building out amazing agent operating systems just like this.

So, if you think, oh, this sounds technical, or, you know, this guy who's creating this video, he's probably pretty good at it. No one else can do this. Actually, no. Like, anyone could do this.

But the thing I really want to show you is, like, this is the power of using the AI agents. This is the world that we're living in. If you have an idea, you can implement it, not just today, but in, like, a couple of minutes, right?

As soon as you have that idea, you should drop it in the pipeline. Boom, shakalaka, let's get it built. And then, also, let's make sure it's in safety inside a workspace so we can come back to it later. That's what we want, right?

That's what we need. And so, some other cool stuff that we've got here is, like, the SEO deployment factory where we can basically have a keyword, have a case study, deploy that to our websites. And then, boom, shakalaka, we've got multiple different blogs, beautifully formatted. I've never even logged into this website.

Why? Because the SEO agents handle it. We've got another section here where we can create videos, and they just look awesome. How do I create them?

I just type in a prompt here. Super simple. We've got the game studio where we can just, you know, play games whenever we want, and we can create games whenever we want, right? It's basically like having a game's console, except you decide what games are on there because you create them on the spot.

That's the sort of world we are living in. You can see, as well, we can generate images whenever we want. I mean, look how good and clean these images look, right? And normally, you know, if you want something like that or that, for example, like, you might be, and I know this from first-time experience, you might be paying, like, $25 per thumbnail to generate something like that.

Whereas, if you get AI in a great system like this to set up for you, you know, it's ready to go whenever you need it. The other cool thing, as well, we can generate, like, podcasts, super detailed research reports. I mean, check out this research report we made with the MCP using our AI agents and NotebookLM, right? We created this whole research report that's beautifully designed, super deeply organized, and we created it all using NotebookLM and an MCP inside our agent operating system.

So, if you are not building this stuff, please build it because it will change your life. It is absolutely unbelievable, and it's so much fun. It kind of feels, I don't know, it feels like I'm excited to see what I'm going to build today because I have no idea what it is, but I know it's going to be awesome, right?
