The Hermes Agent OS is about to make your AI 100 times more powerful. Imagine one screen where your entire AI team lives. You give it a job, go make a coffee, and the work gets done whilst you're gone. Today, I'm going to walk you through the whole thing.
The chat, the voice assistant you can actually talk to, the job board where your AI agents build things for you all day and all night. Stick with me because near the end, I'll show you goal modes where you can type in one goal and your AI agent works on it for hours without you touching anything. This one saves me more time than anything else combined. It's easy to set up and you can even run it on three models.
I'll show you how in a second. By the end of this video, you'll have a full AI team of Hermes agents in one place, ready to work for you 24-7. Today, I'm going to run you through the Hermes Command Desk, which means you have one AI employee in every single room. And one of the biggest and most important parts of this is understanding the scattered agent problems.
Imagine, for example, you hired a brilliant assistant, but then you lock them in a different building for every job. If you want to talk, then you have to walk to the chat building. If you want something built, you have to walk to the task building. You explain everything again, and then if you want it spoken out loud, well, there's no building for that at all.
And that's AI for most people right now. They have five different tabs, five different apps, five different logins, zero shared memory, and the assistant is smart, but the office is a mess. So the Hermes Command Desk fixes the office with one agent, one memory, standing behind every door of the dashboard. So, for example, you can see here, we have the chat with Hermes agent.
We have Hermes Apollo for voice agents. We have Hermes Oracle for monitoring our competitors, and Hermes Astros for monitoring keywords in our industry and giving us content ideas. And so this fixes the office, because you've got everything set up in one place, along with the memory system as well, that your agents can automatically pull from, no matter which agent or model you are using. Now, the way this system works is, like, you can have all of your agents ready to go in one place.
So if you speak, you can say, hey, Hermes, switch this on, and Hermes will respond. You can type inside the chat. You can file a ticket inside the Kanban board, and your agents will just get to work and start building that out, as you can see right here. So we can create a task here, and it will start triaging it directly, and then you can check the actual dashboard and monitor everything you've done.
So that is the full command desk, and what that actually links to is our Obsidian vault. So over here, we have Obsidian as a memory system, and then each time we use, for example, this system here, it updates the agentic OS memory with our Hermes chats and what we set. And so that means that our agents, whether that's Cloud Code, whether that's MuseSpark that we just added in today, whether that's Quen 3.8, whether that's free Cloud Code, they can all pull from the same memory, which means instantly everything is synced inside one place, which saves a lot of time, and also avoids the annoying part of, like, basically re-explaining your context every single time. Now, also, one thing that I like about the system is if you have a bigger job that needs to run autonomously for hours, we've got the goal mode system here.
So you can type in a goal, it will loop around for hours and hours autonomously without you, and then you can come back to the finished work over here, right? So that saves you so much time, especially if you've got a big task that you're working on. And so the thing that I would say here is, like, stop visiting your AI, give it a desk. So, for example, most people, they've got Claude in one tab, they might have Hermes, a desktop app in another tab, then they've got, for example, ChatGPT in another tab, and then Claude AI in another tab with custom projects.
And the problem with that is, like, nothing is synced together, your custom workflows aren't ready to go at any time, and everything is just so much work to actually get the most out of. Whereas, for example, with this system, we have the chat right here, we have the Kanban board where we can have teams of agents working together, we've got the manage section for swapping models in and out. So I'll give you an example. Like, when we were setting up MuseSpark earlier today, and also Quint 3.8 yesterday with Hermes, it's so easy to switch the models around, because we just go to the manage tab here, go to models, change the main model, and it's literally two clicks away, right?
Whereas, for example, if you have to go into your terminal, and then you have to select Hermes model, and then you have to look through this list that's super confusing, it's really messy and difficult to get your head around. So that's why you want, like, a beautiful UI, where you can have everything ready to go. You also might say, well, you know, like, this seems technical or difficult to use, but we've got, like, over 3,800 founders inside the AR Profitable Boardroom using our system that we actually give away inside there, link in the comments, profitable.com. And inside that system, you can just grab our zip file, and it's ready to install.
So if you don't want to build this yourself, you can just grab the system from us. And so you've got the desk with the chat line, you've got the voice where you can speak to Hermes directly, you've got the Kanban board where you've got tickets instead of prompts, and a dispatcher spawns workers and builds ship whilst you're doing something else. And then you have the memory so that every exchange is auto-saved to Obsidian. And we've got thousands of sessions in there just saved, and we never have to explain ourself again.
The final thing is that we've got the manager. So the manager of the command desk, which is the embedded dashboard. So if we go over to this section over here, the manage section, we've got everything where we can just select and talk through it. We've got all our scheduled tasks over there.
If we want to create a new scheduled job, we can do that here. If we want to add a new skill in, we've got that ready to go. If we want to have a look at our previous sessions across any platform, it's all ready to go. Even, for example, with Buzz, as we can see.
So it's all just embedded inside one place. And so if you look at the old way, which is the method of using all these different tabs, you've got five tabs and zero shared memory. A chat tab here, a voice app there, tasks nowhere. You've re-explained the business in every window.
Every answer is scattered across tools, and you just lose everything by the end of the week. Nothing runs unless you're sitting there, and every new I equals another disconnected login. Whereas, for example, if you've got an agentic operating system like this with Hermes, then you can speak, you can type, you can file a ticket. You've got the same employee.
It reads the obsidian vault, already knows you, your business, that's full memory. All your sessions saved and searchable, and workers ship builds off the board whilst you sleep, and every new model becomes one more chip at the desk. So, for example, if we have a look here inside a chat, new models come out all the time. No problem, we plug them in.
LFM 2.5 2B dropped yesterday. We've already plugged it in super fast. For example, Muse Spark 1.2 just dropped. We've plugged it in here.
So, every time something useful comes out, it's really easy to add inside the system. Now, some people are going to say, you know, stuff like voice agents or these sort of systems are a gimmick, but actually, if you can actually build and ship stuff, like, for example, if we have a look through this system, it gives us the latest news, which we need. And it's just a constant game of research if you don't have something like this, where you can spend hours researching stuff in your industry and trying to keep up. Well, this system is scheduled on a cron job, which means that it just runs automatically without me.
You can see, for example, it's automatically consulted and updated five hours ago inside the Hermes Oracle system. Other people say, well, you know, agents can't be trusted working on work alone, but actually, the great thing about this is that Hermes actually has guardrails in place, so if it's anything like deleting something or doing something it's not sure about, it can always ask you and just come back to it later. And also you might think, well, this must need like a monster machine, but the operating system is just a dashboard and it's super easy to use. Like, it's just, it's a zip file install.
That's pretty much it. So if you want to get this full system, I mean, you could wire it up yourself or you could get the whole thing inside the AI profit boardroom and Hermes installs in one click. You get the zip file with us as well and you can just grab this from us, right? So if you go to the AI profit boardroom, you can then go to the classroom over here, go to new daily updates, and you can grab the agent OS system over here.
Also, a lot of people say, like, maybe this should, doesn't this use up like a lot of tokens? So you can use free local models, like for example, LFM, which is really, really fast and works nicely. It was actually trained on Hermes agent with Build.ai. And then also you can use Hermes, which is a free open source project too.
And we have free cloud code, local AIs built in, and also a free AI coder. And this means you've got loads of systems. So if you're worried about tokens, no problem. Like that's not an issue anymore because you can use local and free models.
I've tested them all out and I can actually give you advice on which is the best one inside the AI profit boardroom as well. So that's our whole system. We also have other things built in here. So for example, we've got a loop engineering system.
We have a music generator, a video agent. We have the SEO content system as well. We even, for example, recently plugged in J code. You don't have to use all of this stuff.
You can hide it whenever you need to. So if you don't use, for example, OpenClaw, you can hide it like so, right? And you can delete stuff and hide stuff. You don't have to set that all up.
Whatever you use, just focus on that. So hope to see you inside the AI profit boardroom. That is the whole AgentOS. Inside the community, you can also ask questions and I personally answer them with a video tutorial every single day.
So that means you can connect with me, ask me any questions. We also have people online 24-7 because it's such a big community. Inside the classroom, you'll also get access to all of our best trainings and learnings. If you want the full AgentOS inside this system and every time something new and useful drops for Hermes, for example, like Hermes and Buzz, we create a new tutorial and show you exactly how to use it.
And then inside the calendar, you can jump on weekly coaching calls, ask questions, share your screen in real time. And inside the map, you can meet people in your local area who are building out with AI agents like you. So feel free to get this, link in the comments description or just go to theairprofitboardroom.com. Thanks for watching.
