Hermes Agent OS Runs Itself On Loops

This Hermes agent operating system is absolutely insane. So what we've done is we've taken Hermes and all the power of it, and then we've plugged it into an agentic operating system. I want to show you what it can do, how it works, and how powerful this actually is. So for example, we have a voice controlled version of Hermes Javis here, and it's pretty much real time.

So for example, if we just open this up and we're like, okay, open up Obsidian for me. And you can see it just literally opens up like that, like so fast. And this is absolutely wild because we can talk to it in real time. We can have a conversation.

You can see, you can reply quickly as well. I'm just going to switch off. We can switch between real time or just clicking in and then closing it whenever we want. We can have a wake word, so we can switch it on and off whenever we want.

It can do daily briefings. We can change the voice on this, and we can also see the full transcript of the whole conversation that we've had right here with the Hermes voice agent. And then additionally, we can see everything that were built in one single place. And so this just takes the power of Hermes and it takes it from a super boring place, which is basically the terminal.

Like just going into the terminal, super boring is not that interesting, right? If you're using Hermes agent, you're not going to get that much out of it. Whereas for example, when we do it this way, we have something 10 times more powerful because we can basically take all the amazing features of it and slice it down step by step into its own individual workflow and tool. And this is just one tiny little example of that.

So you have Hermes Jarvis, that's basically like a personal AI butler with Hermes. Then we also have the studio where we could generate images and we could generate videos. We can also generate voice notes as well. And then we can switch between Grok and Minimax.

So we can switch between those whenever we want. Additionally, we can plug in MCPs. We can literally just paste in an MCP and connect it to any tool that we want to in like a couple of clicks. And we have goal mode where we can basically set up a loop, an autonomous loop with Hermes, where we can just give it a goal and it will loop around for 20 to 50 turns, depending on how we define it.

It'll just go off and build stuff for us without me doing anything. So you can set a goal, set a target and walk away. And this is massive. You've seen, for example, the messages from OpenCourseFounder who's talking about he doesn't prompt anymore, he just uses loop engineering.

And then also, for example, Jensen Huang from NVIDIA was talking about the same process, which is don't prompt. Prompting is dead. There's no point prompting anymore. Instead, what you want to do is you want to set up loops where your agents can autonomously loop forever until they get the job done.

So for example, we say build out a beautiful website where it can just go round and round to get that job done. And we just set the target and walk away. It's a long horizon task. Now, how this process works is basically there's a judge who looks at what's being created and then says, this is good enough or this is not good enough.

And then it loops round and round again until it's finally done. So just to recap, you got the talk mode here. We can have live conversation. You got Hermes Jarvis, which is a voice-activated version of Jarvis that we can just get to do anything.

We can also put this in wall mode, as you can see here. So it can just sit on the wall or sit on a monitor, sit on a TV, and it's just ready in the background to control our computer whenever we want, or the studio. And then we have the MCP setup. We have the goal mode.

We can also manage our agents. So for example, we want to set up a new agent profile. We've got that over here. If we want to add a new model, we've got that over here.

And so it's very, very flexible. And again, you're just chopping up all the best features of Hermes and then putting it inside a powerful system so that this can all link together. And I say this not to show off. I say this just to inspire you and to show you the full power of what you can do.

Whereas for example, if you're just using this inside your terminal, wow, you are behind. You may be 12, six months behind, you know, and you just shouldn't use Hermes like that. Now, also what you'll see over here is that we have default agent profiles. So what we have is a separate chat for every single profile that we have with Hermes agent.

Now, why is that useful? It's useful because we can split it between tasks. We could give, for example, Julian a task, and then we can switch over to Julian 5.2 and give it another task. And we can switch and chop and change between all our agents so they can work in parallel and we can orchestrate them in one single place.

Now, also what's pretty powerful for this is you can give your agents custom skills. So we have a game developer agent profile that we can call upon anytime we need to create games. Now, how does that work in practice? Well, if we scroll down here on the agentic AOS, what you'll see over here is we have a music agent.

So this is a customized version of Hermes that can create music whenever we want to with AI. And this is plugged into Suno API. So we can basically generate music on the spot. You know, I like to create a bit of drum and bass, all sorts of interesting stuff here.

And you can see that everything that we've created is saved inside the workspace. We can download it, we can star it, we can delete it. And this is all just ready to go for me to look back on. We can even create a full playlist out of this.

And you can see all this stuff inside the save section, which is pretty amazing itself. Next up, what we have is the video agent. And so what this can do is a video director, and it can basically put a whole video together for one single prompt. So you can type in one single prompt and it puts together an AI avatar video, fully edited, B-roll, captions, fully edited with AI, put together with a voiceover.

And all we need to do is literally give it the prompt. So it could be, for example, the new update from Japan that basically beats Fable 5 on benchmarks. We can give it that prompt and it will just go off and generate a thing, as you've seen in this example right here. And then if we go to our workspace, we can see all the different videos that we've generated with this powerful agent.

And so the great thing about this is that we can generate videos, we can come back to them later, we can save these AI videos that we create. This is a five minute long video using this process. It's not just like a quick 10 second clip, like using VEA 3. It's not like that anymore.

What you're seeing and what you're looking at right here is a full video with a voiceover, completely edited with one single prompt and all the research and all the script is added inside there too. And so you can see the full power of this. You can see the full potential of this. Again, compare that to just using Hermes desktop or using the terminal.

It's nowhere near the same. It's nowhere near the same. And so we've got the video agent, we have the music agent, we have Hermes segmented into all these different skills over here. And then we have all of our agents working together in one place.

So if we want to have Hermes chat to Claude, we've got that over here. If we want Paperclip, which is basically an organization, like a team of AI agents, not just a team, but a company. So an organization chart with a company full of Hermes local agents, like you can see right here. And these are all managing and delegating work and tasks to each other so they all work in unison.

They can all create and build together. And so we've got Goldie Labs as a company. We can switch between companies over here. So you have Goldie Agency and Julian Goldie here too.

And then we can give it tasks and we can see what it's recently worked on as well. And then if we want to see everything that we've built, we can have a look over here and look at that. We've got the full website ready to go inside the workspace. So again, how powerful is that?

Compare that to the old way of using the terminal. Compare that to, for example, the old way of using Hermes desktop. It's not even on the same level, right? And bear in mind, like you could do this not just with Hermes inside an agentic operating system, but you could do this with, for example, something like Claude.

So over Claude, we have Claude with UltraCode. We have teams of 12 sub-agents working together with UltraCode. We have artifacts, which we've built directly here. And we can publish.

And then actually when we publish them, they get published to a sub-domain from Netlify. So what that means is I can create anything, any of these artifacts. I can build this stuff and then I can share it to the world with a link directly on Netlify. I don't have to log in.

I don't have to host anything. It's all done automatically with APIs through the system. And this is all one click away. Now, what we also have over here is something called Fusion.

And this basically brings all of your models together, working together, and then that goes for a judge and a fuse it together. We also have Sakana, which just dropped today a few hours ago, and we've already plugged that in. So we can have teams of agents working together, building whatever we want, and they can just create stuff, as you can see right here, working in the background whenever we need them. And the amazing thing about this is we get fable level intelligence and it's all working in the background and it's all saved in one single place.

It's absolutely mind-blowing what you can do. We built a full galaxy, and this is just in a few hours since it came out, all this stuff we've created in the background using our agent OS. Because what we can do is we can prompt it and then we walk off, we come back, boom, shakalaka, it's good. Now, what we also have over here is Loop Engineers.

You know, I was talking about loops, nobody prompts anymore. Well, here's an example of that. So we can use two Hermes agents together. We can have one where we tell it the definition of done, and then we can have another one that actually judges the model.

And so what this means essentially is you can have Hermes running a loop, building whatever you want, working in the background. We also have a SEO deployment section here where we can research from our Google Search Console, find new keywords, generate the content, deploy the content, and then see everything that we've created over here. So we can see, for example, this blog post was created this morning in one single click based on that whole workflow. And so we've fully automated SEO in a loop from step to step to step to step, literally from taking my Google Search Console data and then plugging that into our website to generate content across five different websites.

And then we deploy it and boom, shakalaka, we're living the dream, my friends. So these are all the powerful things that you can do. The 99% of people, I mean, if you're watching this, you are ahead of everyone. You are way ahead of everyone.

You're looking at the future right now. You're looking at something that's gonna be normal in, I would say, probably about two years. But right now you have a window to start working on this now because you're early. And also the great thing about this is if you've never built an operating system with Hermes or Claude or anything like that, you can build it yourself and you don't need to be technical.

Everything that you've seen today, every single tool, every single workflow, every single automation, I am non-technical. And I tell you that again to inspire you and to show you what's possible because no one else will tell you that. I'm not technical. I'm not a coder.

None of these other YouTubers will even admit to that. But I'm telling you right now, I don't understand HTML, right? I don't understand code, but I can build something that's absolutely mind-blowing like this, that's more powerful than anything I've ever seen anyone else show when it comes to AI tools. And it's all inside one system.
