How to Run Qwen 3.8 Max for FREE!

Here's how to run Quen 3.8 Max for free. Now this is a free open source model from Alibaba and it's also right up there with Fable 5. So on my own tests, it actually performs right up there with Fable 5. And obviously if you look at the benchmarks here, it's pretty much on par with Fable 5, but the difference is that you can use Quen 3.8 Max for free.

So how'd you get access? Well, you can just go to chat.quen.ai and then just make sure that you have Quen 3.8 Max selected over here. And then from here, you can just start coding however you want. Now, if you want to, for example, create a website or an app on that sort of thing, you can just select web dev.

So click the plus sign, select web dev, and then you can describe the page you want to generate. So here's an example of a page we created earlier using Quen 3.8 Max. That was a preview version, but you can get access to the latest version using the method I've just shown you. And then you can see the page on the right-hand side, and that is using the web dev feature.

Now, you can also create images as well. So you can create artifacts, you can create images, you can create mini apps even. So here we actually said with Quen 3.8 Max, create an app for habit tracking, and then we've got the artifact over here. Also, one thing worth doing is actually logging in before you use it so you can save all of your history as you use this tool.

But yeah, that's basically how to use it completely for free. Also, you can see, for example, we can generate images, we can create videos using this tool. Really, really powerful, easy to use, and you can get access just like that. Also, if you want to see some comparisons of how it performs versus other models, you can see some examples.

So this is Quen 3.8 versus Fable 5. And if we have a look at an example here, this is the output from Fable 5, which is like okay, but not that great. Like the graphics, pretty buggy. You see how it should be moving right here, but it's not, and it's just super buggy, right?

Whereas if we have a look at this output from Quen 3.8 Max, super nice, works perfectly, really smooth to use, the graphics are not bad at all, and also we could just move around here, move from room to room. It's actually, it feels a lot less linear than the Fable 5 version. So my point is that actually on some tests, when you're building with this, it's actually on par or even better than Fable 5, which is unbelievable, because with Fable 5, you need the subscription to use it, whereas Quen 3.8 Max, you can just run it for free, which is what I'm showing you today.
