NEW Agent OS is WILD!

Full transcript

So today I'm going to be answering some of the latest questions on our agent operating system, how to use it, etc. These are all questions from our community that I help with daily. You might be wondering what is an agent operating system? So this is what you're looking at right now, which is basically a place where you can operate all of your agents in one single place with an amazing memory.

You can automate basically anything you want. You can connect it to all your favorite apps and you can have every agent working alongside by side. Plus you get to build and customize this as much as you want. We actually give our system away inside the Air Profit Boarding if you want to get mine, but if you just want to build your own, you can too.

I'm going to get straight into answering some of the latest questions we got from the community. So one of the first questions we actually got was from Harry. And Harry was asking, you know, how to get this set up, this agent operating system. So this is what we do when we're setting up ours.

So you can see an example over here. And if you want to install our template, basically you can grab the zip file and then you plug it into the system as you can see right here. Whether you're using, for example, ChatGPT or Cloud, whatever agent you're using or prefer to use, you can basically give that agent the zip file that you can get from the Air Profit Boarding. Link in the comments description or go to the airprofitboarding.com.

And then from there, once you've given it the zip file, you can say, okay, install and configure this agent OS on a local port. And it will just go off and start installing that as you can see. Now you might be wondering, okay, for the actual configuration and everything else, are there seven steps or how does it work? So we actually have a configuration, every single module that we have inside the agent OS.

And we have a lot of different tools you can use. You probably don't need all of them. I would just pick and choose the ones you want. So for example, you know, if you want Hermes Apollo, the voice agent, you could literally just install that.

But the point is that there are many different modules you can use. If you go to your zip file and I'll find this for you. So for example, if we scroll down here, we've got the agent OS zip here. What you'll see inside the pack is that we actually have the installation folder and that comes with a markdown file for installing every single module, right?

So you'll see there's like 28 different modules and this just keeps expanding. Your agent can quickly install every single one just by using this system. And if you want to get it, you go to the new daily update section here, go to agent OS, you get the video tutorial, you can see the last update date and you get the zip file to install with 30 modules. Now we also got some questions about an NA10 AI automation builder.

So Niall was asking and saying he's looking for someone to basically help him with NA10. I think at this point as well, you can actually use the AI builder with NA10 or you can actually get NA10 to build out the system for you. So one thing that we've actually found with hiring people for NA10 is like there's some good builders out there, but it's a lot of time and energy to go back and forth with them to manage the APIs and everything else. I've actually found this much easier just to get my AI agent to manage and set up NA10 for us.

And you can use Claude with the NA10 MCP for this, or you can actually go into NA10 and use the AI automation builder. Some other cool things about the whole system is that you can actually build games with it as well. So we have this game studio here. If we scroll down on the left hand side, we have like all these different custom workflows.

And you can see, for example, that Lee is sharing a game that he's created that actually looks really cool. This is a one shot 3D game. And basically the way you can do this is you can go into the game studio of the agent OS, type in the type of game you want to create. And then from there, you actually build it.

So that's really cool as well, because then you can have like kind of an entertainment section as well as everything else inside the setup. And I think that makes a huge difference. It's just fun to merge personal and business inside one single system. Now we've got a question from Buu.

And this was actually 20 minutes ago. So we're answering them quickly. That's good. Buu says, you know, switching to chat GPT pro says, Hey team, quick question.

At the moment, I'm kind of using code code and codex issue is I'm running out of tokens. And I have a lot. What I'm looking at doing is switching to just one of the higher plans. But obviously, you know, can only have one.

So the question is, will that affect what the work we do and teach inside the AirProfit Wardrobe is using if you just pick one? And the answer here is that you can use whatever agent you prefer. So everything that we teach inside the community is very interchangeable. Whether you're, for example, setting up an agent operating system with Hermes, Claude, or chat GPT or all of them is very, very flexible because they all essentially work the same way.

The other thing that I'd recommend is checking out our token minimization playbook, which I'll link to below. This is great for just reducing the amount of tokens you use with any system. And that way, if you're using these frontier models, you can reduce the amount of tokens, which means that you get more out of the models that you pay for. So if we go to the token minimization playbook here, we have a full video tutorial and a step-by-step guide.

And if you're wondering, okay, like how do you reduce the amount of tokens that you use? There's several systems for this. And so, for example, some really good open source projects are Headroom, Caveman, you've got RTK, and these basically will suppress the amount of tokens you use with different systems. So Caveman reduces the amount of output tokens, Headroom compresses the actual tokens used, and then you've got RTK as well, which is similar for compression.

And so those systems allow you to reduce the amount of tokens so you can get more out of the models. So you can get potentially a lot more out of systems like, for example, Cable 5 or anything else like that. Now, you can also see something that's really cool about this community is that people are sharing on the building. So someone the other day actually requested a way to automate LinkedIn follow-ups and then Sheena shared how to do it, gave an example of how it runs inside her own customized AgentOS from our original setup, and then actually guides everyone through how to use it with some tips.

And that's the thing I love about this community is like everyone's just sharing a lot of value that you wouldn't be able to share publicly because there's no filter on like who's using it and who's an expert and who's not inside a normal open group. So this is fantastic. And that's basically it for all the questions. I've answered every single question recently, even the ones from 20 minutes ago.

So we answer them very quickly. If you want to ask me questions like this and I just create a video tutorial, guide you through all the answers, how to fix things, how to get it set up, et cetera. You can get that inside the AirPuff Awarding. Link in the comments description or go to the airpuffawarding.com.

If you're thinking, okay, maybe you need to be technical to use this sort of stuff. Well, actually no, because I'm non-technical and I set up an agent operating system. And then we also have 199 pages of testimonials and wins from people just getting awesome results from this. So people are loving it.

It's a great place to share. It's a really positive community. Great vibes inside there. Very helpful.

And also you can see like the amount of value that everyone's sharing and the results people are getting. So it's a great place to be. I absolutely love it. And it's really what keeps me pushing and learning inside our community.

And if you want to ask me questions, you should post a question inside the community. I cover them every day with a video tutorial like this. If you want to get our AgentOS system, go to new daily updates inside the AgentOS section here. You can get the video tutorial, of course, a step-by-step guide, the zip file to install it, and then all of our best trainings based on what's actually working.

Additionally, inside the calendar, you can jump a week of coaching calls, get help and support in real time. Inside the map, you can meet people in your local area who are building with AI agents like you and building the AgentOS. So I hope to see you inside there. Thanks for watching.

See you on the next one. Cheers.
