NEW Claude Agent OS is INSANE!

Today I'm going to show you the Agent OS that is literally the best thing I've ever built, and this is built directly with Quartz. I'm going to walk you through everything that I've done here today just to inspire you, to show you what's possible when you've got a powerful system where all your agents plug in together. So we're going to kick this off. First of all, we have the video editor, and what this actually does is it edits our videos.

So you can see a before and after right here, and this is fully generated AI avatar video with our AI, right? So this can, for example, do the screen share. It can have the video put together. It's all fully AI generated.

We literally just type in what we want, and then it can edit the video for us. Here's another example. So this is a built-in video editor. Every business needs more content to generate more leads, to get more customers, to get more attention to their business, and this is one of the most powerful ways to do this.

You can see the before, which is down here with no edits at all, and then the after, which is this edited version right here that looks a lot nicer. And here's another example. So this is a final step. As you can see, you can see the difference between them.

This is before, this is after, and you can literally get like 10 minute videos using this full system. Then we have open montage. Open montage is a powerful video generator where we've plugged in an open source project called montage. You can generate basically cinematic films like you can see right here in one single click, and we just type in exactly what we want.

The beautiful thing about this is that we can basically use any open source product. So for example, if we see something trending on GitHub, Hermes was a great example of this, and also, for example, anything that's trending on GitHub, we can basically plug that into our system and make our system better every time we use it. And this is a lot of fun to do because every day we can just create amazing stuff like you can see, and every day it just gets better and better. Then we have open design and we have GLM code over here.

This means basically we've got GLM 5.2 and the power of that plugged into Claude Code so they can code out directly for us. And it's using the agentic harness of Claude Code. Over here, we have a memory system. So this is what I call a memory galaxy.

It's all of our memories and all of our projects plugged into one system. So this whole graph right here is basically our obsidian knowledge vault plugged and visualized into a memory galaxy. Now, this is all of our information here about all the people that I work with, all the people in my team, my brand, my voice, everything else inside my business. And then we plugged it into this memory galaxy that's automatically updated by our AI agents.

And this is fantastic because if you've got multiple agents coding together, then you can link them all together so they all kind of bounce off each other and can finish each other's projects and help each other build and code together using this whole system right here. Then we have the Kanban board. With the Kanban board, we can have multiple different AI agents working on multiple different projects. So we have like a dragon game that we're working on over here.

We have a content studio over here. We can just plug in a task and it gets automatically triaged across the whole system as you can see. Over here, we have Notebook LM. Now, Notebook LM is a free tool where you can do research for free and you can create basically these custom-made AIs that understand anything that you want to teach it.

So for example, over here, we have details about Claude and Fable. Now, what's pretty cool about this is we can generate in one single click a full short video for free, tell it what it's about. And you can see multiple examples here. So these are all examples of videos we've previously created using Claude Agent OS.

And so the great thing about this is we can download the short video that we've created. We can automate short videos for free and we can create those short videos about anything that we choose. How do we choose a new topic to create content around? Well, we can just click on new notebook and type in the topic.

That's basically what it does. Then over here, we have a research agent using Notebook LM. So we can switch between fast and deep research. So deep research uses more sources, but it takes longer.

Fast goes less deep, but it can still do research for us. And we've got multiple different examples of the research we've done over here. Then from there, we can actually chat with the notebook that we've created. We can also talk to it over here.

So we can ask the AI agent from Notebook LM anything about whatever we're talking about. And then inside the studio, we can generate all of these outputs in like one single click. So the cool thing about this is that if I want to generate a podcast on the spot, I just click that button. Boom, shakalaka, we've got a nice little podcast being pulled in here.

And you can see all this cool stuff that we've created over here plugged into our system. So these are like, for example, infographics. We've got the short video that we created earlier. We have, for example, a PDF research report that's beautifully designed and is set up in a PDF.

And we've got that inside Notebook LM as well. And then we've got all these different systems. Now, the way that I set this up is by having an MCP that links Notebook LM and all the best features. And then what I like to do is just take a powerful tool like Notebook LM and just sort of segregate and isolate each part of the workflow.

So for example, we have the library with all our notebooks here. If I want to generate short videos, we've got a tab for that over here. We have the research section, the chat, the studio. And I think it kind of turns Notebook LM into your own customized and personalized SaaS tool where you can generate and build anything for free.

Then we have the thumbnail generator. So this is really cool because we can generate multiple different thumbnails at once for a particular topic. And these thumbnails look super nice, really good quality. We can generate like multiple different versions of them that make them unique.

And also we can custom tailor that to my business, my style, the way that I like to create thumbnails. And also the great thing about this is that we can come back to this at any point. You know, we can change it, we can mix it up, we can use it however we want. So for example, we can get that.

Then we can go over here and we can take this and just click on generate better versions. It will start generating better versions for us as well. It's pretty amazing. Now, one thing I want to say at this point is, you know, you might be saying like, OK, when you're doing this, how do you make sure that you can do it for free?

Right. So for me, for example, it didn't cost me anything to actually build this out because I'm using the Claude subscription that I already have. So the fantastic thing about this is that I can build it out for free. I can create it however I want for free.

And then I can create something amazing that I actually just give away inside our community. Now for you, if you're wondering how to build this for free, just use the existing subscriptions that you have. So if you have, for example, ChatGPT, use Codex and the new ChatGPT work app to build this out. If you have, for example, Claude, you could use Claude Desktop to build this out.

I built it out using the existing systems that I already pay for. So it didn't cost me anything. And that's why I say it's free. Some people comment and say it's not free.

Yes, it is free because it literally didn't cost me anything extra to build. It was just based on my existing subscriptions. Now, if you do want to get my setup, you can get it inside the airport for boarding. But if you want to build this out yourself for free, you can.

And what we have over here is a game studio. So we have a coding video game agent. It can create like awesome games, as you can see right here. And we can basically just have this kind of entertainment system here, ready to go whenever we want to build and code whatever we want, whenever we want, which is pretty amazing as well.

Now, as we keep going, we have the music agent. This is a music agent where I can describe the style of music I want. And then we can create music. And it creates two different versions of every song that I want.

So if I'm like, okay, I want to create some jump up drum and bass, whatever that is, then I can create it. I actually just ask for normal, like liquid drum and bass, and it creates these names for it that are pretty fun. And the music itself is really cool. Actually, sometimes I play on my live streams.

This is AI generated music, and it sounds really good. People comment that they love the playlist, and it's really easy to do. Next up, we have the video agent. So with the video agent, we can, in one single click, type and describe exactly what we want, and it will go off, research the script, and everything else.

So if I'm like, right, okay, I want to create a video about Claude Fable 5. We can hit enter on that, and it will start researching and writing the script for us. So the beautiful thing about this is that it can create the B-roll, the avatar, the type of video, et cetera, in the background. So you can see it working right here, which is pretty amazing.

So now it's researching, writing the script, doing everything for us, and we can come back to that later. If you want to see an example of that in practice, what the actual videos look like once they're done, let me show you an example. So if we go to the workspace here, you can see we've got like this, we have like 10 minute long videos created with this system. So yeah, here's a five minute one.

And this is a beautiful video, completely faceless. It creates the video, the B-roll, the style, the voiceover, the research, the script, puts it all together, edits it as a team, and it looks beautiful in itself. And you can see some more examples here. This is not me, this is the AI version of me.

And it just creates the full video. As you can see, it looks really, really cool. And you can see here how it adds like overlays and that sort of thing in animations. It looks great.

So you can easily generate videos in one setup as well. These are all custom workflows as well that I've built. Like it's not just, you know, for example, it's not just using different tools. These are like different workflows that we've designed.

And I would recommend for you, if you're watching this, and you're like, where do I start? Or how do I create stuff like this? Look at the problems you have. Look at what you waste your time on.

Look at what stuff you're doing on a repetitive daily basis that you're like, right, okay, I could automate that. And I would say you kind of need to be a bit brave in the fact that you need to ask Claude and be willing to be rejected. Because sometimes like Claude would say, I can't do that, it's magic. But honestly, for the last three to six months, I've never actually seen it say that.

And we're at the point now where like any idea that you have, you can just build out. So I just show you this stuff to inspire you because it's a lot of fun to create. It's absolutely awesome once you've built it. It's the most fun thing I've ever done and ever built.
