The video showcases a custom “Claude agent operating system” built as a mission control dashboard that unifies AI agents, CLIs, and one-click workflows for tasks like pulling trending news (Hermes Oracle), generating SEO and social content, images/thumbnails, AI avatar videos, and even music, with daily auto-organization and a personal “memory galaxy” that keeps context updated across workflows. The creator argues this is faster, cheaper (via free/cheap APIs, local models), and more customizable than using Claude directly, and highlights rapid iteration by integrating new models quickly and auto-documenting tests in a website with model comparisons. The system also supports orchestrating multiple AI agents (e.g., executive/CTO roles) via Paperclip, and access is offered through the AI Profit Boardroom community with tutorials, updates, coaching calls, and member success stories.

Today, what I'm going to show you is a Claude agent operating system. So what we've done is build out a mission control dashboard with all of our best AI agents and workflows plugged into one powerful system. We've got, for example, a mixture of agents built in over here so that we can create and preview anything that we build. We have, for example, Hermes Oracle that pulls in the latest news, and then we can create SEO content with it.
We can draft social media content in one single click, and it links directly to the trending topic, as you can see right here, plus it organizes and categorizes it every day over 24 hours on a rotation by what is the most trending topic. Then we have a voice activated agent over here. We have a pipeline where we can go from ideas to implementation. And so what I want to show you today is what I'm doing to create all of this and how I'm basically building out an agent operating system empire, and then also what we're using around this that's even more exciting.
So for example, what we do here is we basically build new things into the agent operating system on a day-to-day basis. Now, if you're wondering what is an agent operating system, it is one place where you can orchestrate all of your agents, all of your CLIs, and also every single custom workflow that you use. So for example, if we generate images or thumbnails, then I can generate them in one click over here, right? If I need to generate, for example, AI avatar videos, I can do that in one click over here.
If I want to automate SEO, I can do it all in one click over here, right? So my point here is that everything that costs you time, you can now automate using systems like this and everything is just one click away whenever you need it. That is the power of an agent operating system. That is so much different than me going into Claude and like being like, where do I click or where do I go?
Where was that conversation last week about open SEO? I can't find it. Right? So that's why we don't use Claude.
And instead we use the agent operating system. And you might say as well, okay, well, doesn't this cost tokens? No, because you can use free APIs. You can use, for example, very cheap APIs.
You can use CLIs you already have plugged into this system. And also, for example, you can use local models. So however you want to do it, you can make it very cheap, if not free, or use minimal tokens using this system as well. And then the other point that I get sometimes is like, why not just use Claude directly, but Claude is not going to give you these custom workflows.
It's not open source, right? So we can't customize Claude in the same way that we customize an agent operating system. This looks and feels exactly how I want it to look and feel because I've designed it literally from scratch. And if I want to delete anything or hide anything, I can in this side, in this setting too, right?
That is so much different than, for example, if you go into Claude and you're like, ah, I have to use and stick with their AI. I have to use and stick with their layout. I have to use their UI. You have no control.
You have no control. And then the other problem as well, of course, is like, Fable 5 goes down. Good luck building some cool stuff or having all your automations inside Claude, mate. Right?
You kind of lost. Uh, you might also say, well, also like, why do we need all this stuff? You don't, you just swap and change and you delete what you want. So that's the power of this stuff.
And that's why we're doing it. And I think it's probably the best system that I've seen out there for building this sort of thing. The other thing that I like about all of this is that we can build for speed. So for example, as soon as Hermes mixture of agents came out, which was like 48 hours ago, we built it into the system and we built loads of crazy stuff with it.
In fact, we even use Claude when we're testing all this stuff with our agent OS to document the whole system inside a beautiful website like this, so that people can just see and understand exactly what we've built, why we think it's the best and how it compares versus other models, right? And we do the same, for example, with the compare section here. So you can compare all of your models, you can see all of our local systems. But the point is the, everything that we test, we automatically document because we're using AI to help us along the way.
And so the cool thing about this is like, if you're doing this, if you start doing this, if you're into AI and you want to get clients, for example, well, guess who clients are going to hire? They're going to hire the people who test the most stuff. How would you test the most stuff? You use an agent operating system like this so that you can automate every single part of the process.
But also you can build amazing stuff that impresses clients. So they're like, Oh, I want to hire that guy. So that's why we build out this sort of stuff as well. The other thing that I would say here is like, you can orchestrate agents.
You cannot orchestrate multiple AI agents anywhere else in an organization apart from Paperclip. I've, I know because I've tested so many different tools for this, but there's nothing like Paperclip, right? What I mean by this, for example, is we've got a chief executive. We have a chief technology officer.
These are all AI agents. This is all a zero human company. My point here is that you cannot do that anywhere else. You literally, the only place you can do that with is Paperclip.
And so why not build that functionality into your agent operating system? So we have an agent orchestration section here where we can orchestrate our agents. We've got all of our agents over here. And then also we have the self sections over here.
So these are all like custom workflows just for me and my community. The other cool thing is like even just personal stuff. So for example, if I want to generate music on the spot, it's like, let's go into the music agent and generate some Jamaican old school raga reggae on the spot. And then it's like, boom, two minutes.
It's done. We've got some awesome music that we can grind out some work to, right. And actually enjoy it. And then if we like it, we can bookmark it and save it for later.
So my point here is like, it all feels so easy and effortless whilst everyone else is feeling like overwhelmed. And almost like they don't know where to start with SEO. And that's the difference between like having an agent operating system and relying on code. If you're chasing models, if you're chasing, for example, Grok, or if you're chasing Claude Fable 5, or if you're chasing GPT 5.6 and trying to stay up and ahead with all that stuff, you will feel behind, you will feel lost.
You will feel overwhelmed. And it's very painful to go through that. It's also very difficult if you're trying to run a business and do that at the same time, whereas you have a system, you are the one in control, you're the one who sets the rules, you're the one who never falls behind because you know exactly how you built it, right? That's a beautiful thing about this.
And the other thing as well is like, it's very, very personalized. So we have this memory galaxy here. All of my memories. And every time I use this system is automatically updated.
And then the cool thing about this is inside this memory galaxy, I can check out any of these memories. If I scroll down, we can see all the memories that we've created. And also we can search through them as well. And so what that means is like every single workflow that you're seeing here, every single agent that we use, every single CLI is automatically updated with the latest context inside my memory system.
And this is the same for you or for anyone else who uses this. Now, at this point, you might be thinking, okay, that's great. But how is everyone else using it? Is anyone else using the system like this?
So this is not open source. It's inside the AR Profitable if you want our system. And what you can see here is like, we're building a community where loads of people are building stuff like this out. So you can see, for example, Xin said, out of all the school channels I've joined and all of the money I've spent over the past few months, the agent OS system is by far beyond worth the value it provides.
Uh, the same, for example, Hockey. Hockey said, I've installed the agent OS and have tried exploring it. Your system is amazing. He said that about us, right?
Rick, he said, hi guys. I just joined the school 30 minutes ago and already built the OS using Cloud Code, used the superpowers, which seemed to work well too. Super sleek. Thanks.
And we've got like literally 192 pages of community members who've absolutely crushed it with agent operating systems and the power of the stuff. I mean, for example, Amateo as well. He said, I got my agent OS via the AR Profitable Boarding. It's so sick and just really learning everything I can do with it, right?
This is the sort of thing we're doing, right? And you can see everyone's just customizing it exactly how they want it to look, customizing it exactly how they want it to feel. And I only show you that to inspire you because I think a lot of people are like, I love this stuff, but I don't know how to make the most of it. And this is how you make the most of it.
Because I never have to worry about doing SEO again. I never have to worry about generating music again. I have to never click a different tab to generate a video on the spot for an AI avatar. I don't have to do it.
I don't have to worry about any of that stuff anymore. Whereas like 99% of people, they're just, they're going to Claude, they're going to the terminal. They're seeing Twitter with the latest day updates. They're trying to keep up with everything that's going on and they feel overwhelmed and lost and like, they don't really know how to make the most out of this stuff.
This is how you make the most out of it. So if you're watching and you're like, right, okay. I need to, I'm thinking about doing this, but I'm not sure if I need it. Do it.
If you're watching and you're thinking, okay, well, you know, should I use Hermes or should I use open glory? Should I use Claude? Well, I would recommend that you use Claude. I literally spend, and I'll show you this right now, this probably it will blow some people's minds.
But if you actually see on my daily videos, as you can see here, three to four hours a day, I will build out agent operating systems like this, and I will just improve it every single day, make it better and better and better based on community feedback inside the airport football room. So at least you spend like three to four hours a day, every single day, making this better. And the reason that I do that is because it's just so much fun. It feels like you're playing a game, except you are the architect, you are the engineer, and you are the master controller of your own game that you're building.
I mean, this again, like we just custom designed this last week, just for fun. How much fun is that to build something like this? It's like, I never have to search Twitter again for news. It's just right there.
Refreshed automatically every day. And so the more you can free up your time, the more you can automate this stuff. The less you have to do the boring stuff and the more fun all of this becomes because it all links together. It all improves.
It's like, let's say for example, you build an agent operating system and tomorrow it's 10% better. And then the day after that, it's 10% better. And then the day after that, it's 10% better. Well, all of a sudden like this improves and it stacks up and it becomes like an unstoppable system that just makes you super powerful with AI.
And also it's kind of fun to show people like I love showing off this stuff, right? So if you're watching this and you're inspired, definitely check out the agent operating system inside the AI profit boardroom. You can also connect with me inside there too. And what I personally do is I literally answer every single day with video tutorials, every single question that's inside the community.
So you'll see, for example, on this post that I've already answered it, right? You'll see, for example, on this post, I've already answered it. And by the way, you can see here that Robert said he started at $0 four years ago, um, and now he's clocking 25 K months, right? And he said, thank you to Julian and this group.
That's the sort of success story we like to see inside this community. So if you want to be part of it, feel free to get it. Link in the comments, description, or go to the AIprofitboardroom.com. Inside the classroom, you can get the agent operating system that I've shown you today.
Inside this section is something I've custom built from scratch. So you can see that every single day, I'm just coding this out and improving it based on the feedback and the ideas from the community and what people want to see. We have a video tutorial to use it. You can see the last update date.
You can get the zip file down here. And every single day as well, we add new tutorials based on what's just dropped and what's actually useful. So for example, Quable came like top of our leaderboards for local AI testing. Earlier today, we've already created a video tutorial and a step by step guide on how to use it.
The same, for example, with mixture of agents, we test it out. It's like top two on our GoldieBench leaderboards out of all of the AI we've ever tried. And it's pretty amazing to use. So everything that's actually useful that I actually test, we put inside the AI Profitable Boardroom too.
You can get access to all of my best trainings right here. You can jump on four weekly coaching calls, share your screen, meet other members, ask questions in real time inside the coaching course here. Inside the map, you can meet people in your local area who are building with AI agents like you and feel free to get it all, it's all inside the AI Profitable Boardroom.com. Thanks for watching.
