New FREE Skill just Changed Website Design Forever

Full transcript

Today, I want to show you a new powerful skill that you can plug into Claude. And it basically makes your designs 10 times better. So this solves all the AI slot problems that usually come with a bi-coded website. So, you know, there's all sorts of typical ways that you can tell websites made by design.

And this free open source skill called Hallmark, you can plug it into Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, and any other AI agent, really, to create some amazing website designs, and also just to make your content and your style and everything that you create look and feel far nicer than it did previously. And there's also some custom options as well, which we'll come on to in a second. So this is a new trending GitHub. It's got 7,000 stars.

So if you're wondering how to install it, you can just go into Claude or whichever agent you use, and you can say, okay, install this. And you just paste in the GitHub link, simple as that. Once you've done that, you're going to activate the skill for this. And by the way, if you are installing skills into your AI agent, always check them, check them yourself, don't just listen to me and make sure that you're happy with it, but I'm going to walk you through exactly how this one works.

Here's some examples of websites we built earlier, and they just totally reverse the problem that you get with AI agents. So if you look at this website, it looks and feels totally different. You would never know that's been created by AI agents. And that's exactly what we want, because what we want to avoid is like the generic AI slob that we'll come on to later.

And I call this system, the instant design department. So basically you've got a whole design department, eye director, brand designer, quality control, installed into Claude with one free demand. Your AI stops shipping websites that look like every other AI website. All right.

So you can get the most out of this stuff. Now this solves a massive problem because really we've got something called the same site problem now with AI. So easy to create AI websites, everyone creates them and they all just look the same. So if you ask any AI to build your website, you already know what comes back.

You get a centered hero, you get a purple to blue gradient, you get three feature cards in a row, each with a little article, and usually like a fake stat that goes in there is it's not bad, like it doesn't actually look bad, but it's worse than that because actually it just looks like every other website on the internet. So your visitors have seen that page like a hundred times this month because everyone else is doing the same thing. And the moment they recognize it, they stop trusting it. So the instant design department breaks that cycle for good.

You might say, you know, I'm not a designer. It sounds like designers. That's the whole point. You don't need to be.

The department does the design stuff for you. And with this, you have a really nice loop where it actually does 40, uh, 57 quality control checks before it creates a website. So what that means essentially is that 57 gates in place that avoid all the problems that typically come with generic AI trashy websites, uh, this is really a department, not a template. So Hallmark is a free open source skill.

It's a rule book that your AI reads before it designs anything. You can see how it looks here. So if you want to check out the skill MD file itself, you can go to GitHub and you'll see the skill MD file, as you can see right here, and then you want to think of it like hiring a design department into Cloudera Code. So here's who's in the room.

You've got an art director who actually asks three questions before any work starts, which is, who's this for? What's the one action and what's the tone? And then you've got a layout planner with 21 name to page shapes, which is a hard rule to know two of your sites actually get the same one twice in a row. So even when you're using this skill, it's not even going to use the same skill twice.

It's going to use a different design every time. And then you've got a brand designer with a wardrobe of 20 themes, with real palettes, nice font pairings, rotated, it's enough for a piece, and a quality inspector who runs every page through 57 checks before you see it, which means that it runs in a loop. It's looped and it's quality controlled before it comes to you. And the purple gradients, the fake browser windows, the embedded stats, the template heroes, they all get removed, which is fantastic.

So you've got your brief, you only plug one sentence into this. You get three questions from the art director, then you've got 21 shapes, 20 themes, 57 gates, and then it gets shipped, which is pretty cool. Now, also you might say, well, this is a free design skill. Can it actually be that good?

And you've seen the examples of what we created earlier. Like the stuff looks super nice when we're using this, like you can see an example right here, just it avoids the templated patterns that you typically get from the style of websites. And then if we click through the site, you can see it just looks totally different from every other AI website out there, which is great. So an example of this, like I could type in a brief, like build a landing page for whatever you want it to do.

Then you get the art director, you get the other directors working together, and that builds it out. And then the way this works is like, it's a design skill for AI coding assistants, it makes UIs, they generate look made, not generated, which is what we want. Now we want it to look and feel totally different. And the thing that I would say here is if you look at AI websites, and I'll show you an example in a second.

So if we just say inside ChatGPT, create a nice website for an SEO agency. And we'll come back to that in a second. And we'll do the same thing inside, for example, Claude as well. We can plug in the same prompt here.

And I'll show you what I mean by sort of the generic AI style website. Your AI already knows how to build. It's fantastic at coding. It's probably better than most humans on the planet.

It's better than me for sure. So it knows how to build, it just never learned taste. And this whole system installs taste in one command. Now, if you want to install this, you literally just run this terminal command, very, very quick and simple.

You can either do it for a terminal command, or you can copy and paste a GitHub link and then go straight over to Claude or to Hermes or whichever agent you want to use this skill for. And then you can see that we actually gave it six briefs. So six websites, here's an example. Here's another one, here's another one, right?

And so it's one free skill and it has a never twice rotation rule. What that means essentially is like, it doesn't use the same template twice in a row. So every time you create a website, whether you're doing that for clients, if you're a set of websites, they always look different. So this is really cool.

Here's another example. Kind of feels a little bit like Chachibity Codex, except it avoids that generic sort of design that you normally get. Here's another one, totally different style, totally different feel, looks and feels totally different. And then we have another one over here.

This is pretty nice, like nice. I'd probably use that out of all three that we've just checked. And bear in mind, I would still quality control and have a look at websites first before you create the content, but you get the point. So that's it.

And then we have five desks of an instance. That's it. And then we have five desks of an incident design department. So everything this field does maps to five different desks.

And you can walk any brief that you give to your AI agents for creating a landing page or website, or, you know, you could use this for apps and tools and games and that sort of thing as well. You can walk a brief past all five and then it just, it removes all the AI slot. So the brief desk, you got three questions before any code. Who's it for?

What's it for an action? What's its own? Answer them or say, go ahead. And it infers and tells you what it picked.

Then you've got the structure room. So 21 named page shapes. Letter, marquee, bento, manifesto, catalog, and what. Your last shape is actually removed from the next build.

So your sites never blur together. They're never going to follow the same pattern. Then you have the wardrobe. So 20 themes with real palettes and fun pairings.

Then you have the QA gates, 57 checks where every page must pass those checks. So no grading text, no fake stars, no invented testimonials, no template heroes. And it should work responsibly as well. And then fails get fixed before you ever see them because there's 57 checks before the pages get shipped.

And then finally you have the studio. So the study command, you can actually hand it an existing website that you admire or that you're already using. You're like, do you know what? Just use this style for your branding and it extracts the DNA, the design DNA, then dresses your content, which is pretty nice as well.

So basically learns from other pages. So there's four doors into the department. As you can see right here, you can just ask, you know, for example, build me a landing page whenever you want. And then for example, we have the hallmark audits.

You can point it an existing page and it actually scores the existing page against the anti-slop list. So if there's something that you have inside the, you know, something that you've designed and you know what, you're like, I'm looking at this. I don't like it. I want to run it through a quality control system.

You can use the hallmark audit option. You also have hallmark redesign. So what this will do is take your existing page structure. You can give it an existing URL.

It will keep your content, keep your brand, keep the roots on the page as well. So for example, like the links and the buttons and everything else, but it replaces the visual layer. So new structure, new rhythm, same site underneath. And then finally you have a hallmark study, which is, you know, you paste in a website of a design you love, it names the structure, the font, see a color anchor, and then offers to rebuild your content with that exact same DNA.

So let's have a look at this page. For example, we'll have a look at this and we'll preview it. I mean, number one, that page looks terrible. I'm surprised chatGPC started with that.

That was really, really bad. Hopefully we get something better back from, from chatGPC, from Claude. But I mean, you can see already, like there's a huge difference here. Even the fact that, for example, if you're using chatGPC inside the chat, it's just going to look so bad.

Whereas for example, if you're using it inside an agent operating system, which is what we used to build those websites before, you can basically have a beautiful workspace with everything created inside one beautiful system, and it just looks 10 times nicer. We actually use a similar system for our guides, as you can see over here. And these guides look super nice. As you know, they just look really, really nice and they look 10 times better.

So, well, it was interesting to see actually chatGPC didn't even come back with AI generic bluff. It just actually failed to build the website at all. So that's why I recommend using this system instead. And you saw the websites that we built out with the skill already.

Now, also what's really good about this is you can have three models to build out the website. And then if you're doing that, for example, if you're using OmniRoot, which is what we actually code with inside our systems, with inside the agentOS, when you're building something with OmniRoot, you can give it this design skill, and then also you can code for free across many free models, which is really nice as well. And so if you look at the old way versus the new way, the old way is like you hire a designer, an agency for every new page, or you're using a vibe coding tool, but actually all just looks the same. And then you're trying to fight the AI for hours, trying to make it less generic, which is a bit messy.

Everyone on your site slowly converges to the same look. And then also you have to really be careful with the pages that you create with AI, because sometimes it just invents testimonials and you're like, mate, why are you doing that? You need to fix that. Whereas with the new system, you paste one install command once, ask for pages the way you always have.

So you just say, create a landing page for this or for that. Art director runs it through. You got 21 structures, 20 themes for rotating, and then 57 quality control checks before you create it. And you also might say, well, you know, I already use design tools.

Why add another? Honestly, the great thing about this is you can instantly train any AI agent how to create nice websites. So if we have a look at this one, by the way, this is from Claude here. It just looks and feels like your generic AI website, right?

If you look at it, it's used that purple gradient that we just talked about a second ago. It flows in the same way that a generic AI website would. And it just, you instantly know that is AI generated as a page. Whereas for example, if we go back to the pages that we generated with this skill, they look more artistic, they look more creative, they look more like hand-created and that's really what it's about.

It's not about changing the code because Claude is very, very good at coding. It's about giving Claude or whichever AI agent you use taste so that it has better taste and therefore can give you better results. So that's the whole system essentially. Um, you know, when you're building with this, you can get the instant design department built for you.

We actually have loads of great design systems inside our agent offering system, which you can get in the AIPowerful Boarding. Link in the comments description or go to the AIPowerfulBoarding.com. So if you go to open design, we've got that built in. We also have open montage, which is a powerful system for creating like beautiful sort of AI films, as you can see, AI generated films.

They look really, really nice. And then we have, for example, um, we have a coder, so you can use OmniRoot. And any of these agents that you can see here, you can actually give this skill to, so that all of your agents are using the same system for design. And that way you just give your agents taste and they instantly create better stuff.

They instantly create nicer, um, outputs. So if you want to get our best systems for this, we also have another Claude web design tutorial inside the AIPowerfulBoarding. Link in the comments description or go to the AIPowerfulBoarding.com. So if you go to the new daily updates over here, and then you scroll down to the Claude web design.

We have some really good training right there on how to give and create better designs with any AI agent that you use. And we guide you through it step-by-step as well. And we actually give you the skill that we use for generating the guide, as you can see right here. This, this full guide was created with AI.

Um, and yeah, it looks super nice. It looks way different than a normal sort of AI agent would create. So this is my AR Profit Boarding community. It's all about learning, growing, and saving time with AI automation.

Inside the community, you can ask questions, get help and support. Um, I personally answer the questions with a new video tutorial every single day. Inside the classroom, you get access to all of my best trainings. If you're a complete beginner, you can start with a beginner to expert course over here.

If you want our agent OS system, you can get that over here. We actually update it daily. We create a video tutorial, a full step-by-step guide, and this is a file to install it. And then every time something useful comes out, we actually drop in a new tutorial into the AR Profit Boarding too.
