Google just dropped Gemini 3.5 flash and this changes everything. This is the most powerful AI agent update Google has ever shipped. And today I'm going to show you exactly how to use it to automate your work, build full websites and run an entire team of AI agents all at the same time. Now here's what makes this different from anything else out there.

This model is four times faster than any other frontier AI. It's smarter than Google's previous pro model and it's free for everyone to use. I'll show you how today. And by the end of this video, you're going to have Google Gemini 3.5 flash wired directly into your AI agents working for you 24 seven.

There's also one thing I'm going to show you towards the end that most people are completely missing with this update. And it's the thing that makes this 10 times more powerful. Today we have a brand new update from Google Gemini 3.5 flash, and I'm going to show you exactly how to use it. You can see, for example, we actually built out this full blog and website using Google Gemini 3.5 flash.

All the images were generated with AI, all the copy, all the design of the website, and even the deployment was handled with AI. And this is a super powerful system. If you know how to use it, which is what I'm going to show you today. If you have any questions, as you go along, feel free to ask.

And what we've got here is the newest latest version of flash, which is crazy fast, right? Let me give you an example. So you can see here 3.5 flash. That's what we've selected.

This literally just dropped hours ago from Google. For example, if we're like, okay, are you working just to check like the speed of it? It's super fast to reply, right? Which is really cool.

You can see here. It just, it replies super fast. And if you're wondering, okay, how does this work? What does it mean?

What the difference is, I'm going to run you through all of that today. So this is the new announcement just dropped. So it's Gemini 3.5. As you can see, this is available now inside Gemini directly.

And we've actually built it in to agent OS, which you can see right here. So we actually have Gemini anti-gravity Hermes, open claw and Claude all working side by side inside this dashboard. And this is pretty amazing because with the new updates, you can actually get the CLI for anti-gravity and for Google Gemini and plug that directly into an amazing mission control dashboard like this, basically automate whatever you want. So let me show an example of this.

So what we've actually done here using Gemini 3.5 flash is we have plugged in Gemini here so I can actually chat to it directly inside the chat here. I can just say, okay, you're working. Let's double check if it's working here. And then you can see it's going to respond to us.

And that's how we built this website essentially. Now if you're wondering how to do that, how to turn it into an amazing dashboard where you can control all of your agents at once, like you see we've got five different agents working alongside each other. Then I'm going to explain that to you in a second. What you can also see here is that we plugged in anti-gravity 2.0, which is a brand new update from anti-gravity and Google directly into this dashboard as well.

Right? So what that means essentially is we can build full websites and deploy them and preview them like you can see right here. And this is pretty good to go, right? It's a whole setup ready with the full website, all the images.

We open this up. Here's another website we built with anti-gravity 2.0, right? And so we've now got a agent operating system that's 10 times more powerful with Google Gemini 2.5, sorry, 3.5 flash. And anti-gravity 2.0.

So what are the main benefits of this and how does it work and why is it so important? If you look at Gemini 3.5 flash directly here is you can see that on coding benchmarks, it's absolutely crushing Gemini 3 flash, right? So look at Gemini 3.5 flash and look at 3 flash over here. So on the benchmarks on coding is scoring 76 versus 58 on terminal bench.

If we look at agentic tasks, 62% was the previous version of Gemini flash and even Gemini 3.1 pro, which is their most powerful model. That was at 78. Look at Gemini 3.5 flash is at 83.6%. So what this means essentially is number one is greater coding.

Number two is greater agentic tasks, which means you could plug it into your Hermes AI agent, right? And then you can control it inside your agent operating system like you can see right here. So what I could do, for example, is I can use computer use now with Hermes and Google Gemini flash. I can plug that into open core and it also has Gemini anti-gravity ready to go as you can see.

So it's a really powerful system that you can put together and all the benchmarks are up for this model. So it's better than ever. It's more powerful than ever. It's faster than ever.

And this just gives you a really strong, powerful way to do things together, right? It can also animate stuff. So you can see here, for example, you can create animations. If you say, okay, turn this setup into an animation, we'll just go off and do it directly.

There's so much cool stuff you can do with this. And also here's something else that's really interesting. So personal AI agents can be built with 3.5 flash. So 3.5 flash is now the default model for the Gemini app and AI mode in search globally, which is great.

And also this has really powerful agentic capabilities. It's designed for AI agents. So there's a new AI agent called Gemini Spark that uses 3.5 flash. It runs 24 seven and it can basically automate whatever you want.

Now, one thing to note here is that currently it's only been brought to people in the US on the Google AI ultra plan, right? So Gemini Spark will be using 3.5 flash, which is their brand new AI agent. However, it is only available in beta to us users on the Google AI ultra plan. So that's something to bear in mind here, but what you can actually do is you can plug this into your AI agents instead.

Right? So whenever we want to automate, we can do it using this plan. So for example, if I go into my terminal here, I'm like, okay, Hermes model, right? And we can switch between these and we can change the models that we actually have set up, which is pretty cool.

So we could add 3.5 flash with Google Gemini inside our setup. Now that should also be available inside open router as well, which is pretty cool. Let's just have a look and see if it's available on open routes yet. If not, it will be coming this week.

So if we go over to models on open router, yeah, 3.5 flashes there, which is pretty nice. So you could enter a custom model name here, put in the details of the model, which you've got here, plug that in. And then if we start Hermes now with our AI agents that can actually be used with Google Gemini flash. One thing I'd recommend is actually updating before you do that.

So you can see it's pulling in the latest updates here. And then Dominia says this is only available to that tier. No. So if you want Gemini 3.5 flash, it's available to everyone.

It's just Google AI ultra is only being rolled out for Gemini spark. So that's the difference right there. So you can see this is updating right here as you can see. And then if we run Hermes now we can get that set up, right?

Pretty nice. The other thing that you can do here is if you wanted the even easier way to set this up with your AI agents, you could take the information from open router here, go back into Claude and just say, make sure Hermes is set up with Google Gemini 3.5 flash via open router. So that's another way to do it. And then we can just have that run in the background and that will update our model.

So you can use this inside your agents. You can use it inside the Gemini app. The best place I think to use it is inside your agent operating system. If you're not sure what this is or how it works, et cetera, how to set up, let me walk you through it in a second and what it means for you.

So here's what you're about to discover, right? Google, they just dropped something massive. And most people really have no idea how and what this means for your business. Right?

So let's run into it first. What is an AI agent? We don't think of it like a smart, a regular AI is like a smart calculator. You press a button, it gives you an answer, right?

It's done and AI agent is completely different because it's more like hiring a super smart employee who never sleeps, right? So you can give it a goal. It goes off, it does the work by itself. It plans, it takes actions, it checks his work, it finishes the task.

That's an AI agent. And what just launched takes this to a new level that nobody really expected, right? So Gemini 3.5 flash delivers frontier performance for AI agents and coding, right? And it's really good at long horizon tasks, which means what it can actually do here is it can work autonomously for hours on its own.

And flash means it's incredibly fast. It's actually four times faster than the other frontiers at producing output. So you get speed and you get intelligence, right? And usually you just have to pick one, but Gemini 3.5 flash will give you both, which is awesome.

Now it actually outperforms Gemini 3.1 pro on coding and agentic benchmarks. So if you think about that for a second, it's basically a faster model that's also smarter than the previous pro model as well, which is a big deal. And it's available today for billions of people, right? Because it's in the Gemini app, AI mode in Google search and for developers via Google anti-gravity in the Gemini API, right?

Now at this point you might be wondering, okay, what is an agent operating system dashboard? So an agent operating system is a command center for all your agents. So we've got anti-gravity, we've got Gemini here. It's like your phone's home screen for showing all of your apps.

So an agent operating system shows you all your agents. You can see what they're working on, what the bill, what files have created, what tasks are in progress, and also how each task is performing. So instead of juggling and different tabs and tools, you have one clean dashboard, one place to launch, one place to monitor, one place CF in, and this is what keeps your AI operation organized, scalable, and 10 times more powerful. So this is the Goldie agent command architecture, which you can see here.

Most people use AI the wrong way. They think it's a tool like a hammer or a spreadsheet. You pick it up once, you use it once and then you put it down, but that's the old model. So that model might get you decent results, but having a command center like this with all your AI agents plugged in is a completely different paradigm, right?

It's not about using AI. It's about commanding AI and there's a massive difference here. So let's talk about the command architecture. I'm just going to check on Hermes and see whether it's set up here.

So you can see that should be wired in here. Let's just double check. Yeah. So we have our perfect, look at that.

We've got Hermes agent set up with Gemini 3.5 flash here, which is amazing. So you can see how easy that was to set up. Escala says hi from Brazil. Good to see you.

Thanks for joining. And so you can see the whole AI agent set up here with Gemini 3.5 flash. We'll just check it's working. And in the meantime, let's run through the layers of the agent command center, right?

So the first layer is you, the architect. So you don't write any content. You don't build any tools. You don't do any research.

You just direct agents who do all of it, right? So for example, if I say to my agents, okay, go off and create some content. Like you can see here, go off and deploy it. It will just deploy it to my websites, right?

So like this, my AI agents just go off and do this for me. So you want to think in terms of the mission level. So for example, build me a landing page for this research, a top 10 competitors in this niche, right? For days of social media content, right?

That's your job and one sentence. And then the agent does the rest. And you can have five different agents running in parallel. Like you can see here, right?

We've got open core. We've got Hermes, we've got Gemini anti-gravity and Claude all working in once in one nice place. Right. And then you have the intelligence layer, which is Gemini 3.5 flash.

And this is really your smartest agent. It's the one that reasons the one that plans the one that doesn't just follow instructions, actually thinks through the problem and solves it step-by-step. So Gemini 3.5 flash masters, deep reasoning across long horizons and does coding tasks for you. And that's the engine under the hood.

So if we say, for example, okay, go off and create a blog about open core, which we've done over here, right? Then inside our workspace, you can see that we have the open core blog ready to go. Right. And so we can open up, then we can open up the images it's created as well.

We'll see HTML and look at that. We've got a full website ready to go. Now you also have the implementation layer, which is anti-gravity sub-agents. So these are the workers.

So once you actually do the tasks. So under supervision, Gemini 3.5 flash paired with anti-gravity can reliably implement multi-step workflows and coding tasks with frontier level performance, which is what we did here. So you can launch one task. It spins up multiple sub-agents and each one handles a different piece.

They finish their report back. You review done like you can see. So another example of this is I actually told it to go off and create a beautiful website for the AI Profit Boarding in HTML. And if we open this up, we've got over here, that's all the files.

And if we go to the HTML, you can see that it built out a full landing page or the AI Profit Boarding. Pretty nice. And then you've got the organization layer and the organization layer is the agent OS system. So it's an operating system and without it, running multiple agents is chaos because imagine I have to click into one tab to get clawed.

Then I've got to open up Hermes inside my terminal, right? That can get super messy. Then I've got to open up anti-gravity and Gemini. It's actually a lot to open up at one place, whereas you can just have your AI agents talking to each other inside this section as well.

And then we have the compounding layer, the output stack, right? So every time your agents build something, it gets stored. Every time they write something, it gets saved inside the workspace. Every output becomes a building block for the next task.

So over 30 days, it all compounds together, right? You stack in new options. For example, we've got notebook LM set up over here. It can pull in podcasts.

You can pull in videos, et cetera, can create infographics for us. We have a Kanban board that we've set up here to build agents and teams. We have a full studio for videos, images, and text to speech with Hermes agent. Then we have our SEO content generator, and we can track all of our goals and all of our journals.

And we have a memory system over here, right? And so that just creates really a really powerful way where your agents build a stack of content, tools, systems, code, research, all growing, all stacking day after day. And that's the difference between using AI once and building an AI powered operation, which is what we have here. So it's not really about prompting better.

It's about thinking bigger. If you have an agent operating system, you're not a user, you're the architect. And that's the difference here. What we WebUI is that for Hermes.

So this is the agent OS system that we've built. If you want to get it, if you want to get my system for doing this, you can get it inside the AI profit boardroom. We actually have a full agent OS system ready to go here with all the prompts and the files that you can download and install directly. Right?

So if you just want to set this up for yourself, then that's what I recommend. You can connect it yourself with, for example, something like the CLI. You can use, for example, like Hermes to build this dashboard out for you. But if you just want to get my agent operating system that we've connected to all these agents and everything else, then you can get it inside the AI profit boardroom.

Now, here's what I would say with AI. I think a lot of people are limiting themselves and I would look at the wrong beliefs versus the right beliefs of AI, because this is what holds most people back from getting results of AI, right? It's not the skillset skills and the tools are easy to use. It's more the beliefs.

So most people are just one belief shift away from a completely different result. And here's what's holding people back and what's actually true. So the first wrong belief is people think AI agents are too technical for you. Right.

But if you can type a sentence, you can command an agent. You don't need to code. You don't need a computer science degree. You don't need to understand how this model works.

You just need to be able to describe what you want. And that's literally it. Right. So if we, for example, say build me a landing page for my coaching business, right, we can just plug that into anti-gravity over here using Gemini 3.5 Flash.

We can enter that and then anti-gravity will just build it in the background. Like you can see. The other cool thing about this is you can now use the goal command as well. So if you want to create more blog posts or you want to expand the project that you're building, you can type forward slash goal with the command and it will just go off and do it, which is pretty amazing.

So you can see it's now working on that website for us. The next step is some people say this stuff is in the early stages. I'll just wait. The window to get ahead is right now, not later.

That's a right belief really, because Gemini 3.5 Flash is available today to everyone over the world, right? It's not in beta. It's not experimental. It's live.

So the people who start today are going to look back in six months at the advances they built and the people who wait will be playing catch up against agents that never stopped working. Let's see what questions we've got here. So Nian says, I have Gemini Pro, how to use that in Hermes. I'm not sure.

I don't think they have an OAuth option with Hermes, honestly. So I don't think you can. I think they stopped that a while back. What is that UI?

So this is the agent operating system that I've built. Again, it's inside the AI profit boardroom. If you want to get the full video tutorial, all the prompts for me and the files that you can set up, you can get that all inside here. As you can see, link in the comments, description, or go to the AIprofitboardroom.com.

The final belief that's holding people back. It's like some people say, I already use ChatGPT. I don't need anything new. The right belief really is like ChatGPT and Gemini 3.5 Flash aren't competing for the same job, right?

ChatGPT helps you write, but Gemini 3.5 Flash is agentic. So it helps you build, it helps you implement, it helps you deploy. So it's built for everyday tasks, agentic coding, advanced reading. It can generate images like we've seen with antigravity here.

It can, for example, it's generated this image here and this one too, but also it can build four websites and put everything together. That's the difference. ChatGPT, you can use it. You can just get questions from it.

You can get answers, et cetera, but it's not going to help you build a whole website like you can see right here. So that's basically it for the whole system. How to set it up, what it is, how it works, et cetera. If you want to get a full guide with 100 prompts, the full framework for the Goldie command stack, and also a 30 day roadmap for implementing this into your business, you can get that inside the AI profitable and community link in the comments, description, or go to the AI profitable.com.

And just to recap, Gemini 3.5 Flash is Google's most powerful agentic model. Now it's four times faster than any other frontier models and outperforms their previous pro model on coding and agentic benchmarks. Antigravity is a platform where the magic happens because it lets you deploy multiple sub-agents working in parallel on your goals. An agent operating system is your command center, right?

So it's one clean place to launch tasks, monitor agents and review every file they create and the Goldie command architecture gives you a system, not just a tool, because you operate at the command layer. You describe what you want, the agents do the work and the output improves over time. So if you want to get everything, this guide is just the beginning inside the AI Profitable and you also get all our other guides, just like this, daily training, a community of people already implementing this, live support, every framework, SAP prompt library and roadmap I build and the full agent operating system from today. Plus you can ask questions inside the community.

You can connect with me personally. You can also jump on four weekly coaching calls. You can get all of my new trainings here. You can connect with people locally in your city from the map here.

So we have people all over the world and you can connect with people locally who are doing similar things to you and that's all inside here.
