Perplexy Health is Perplexy's new autonomous AI agent. So Perplexy just launched something that's going to change how you think about your own health forever, not in a vague maybe one day kind of way, right now, today, March 19th. They called it Perplexy Health and what it does is simple to explain but massive in what it actually means. It reads your medical records, your lab results, your wearable data, your fitness tracking, your prescriptions, everything scattered across every app and portal and doctor's office you've ever visited and it pulls it all together into one place.

Then it answers your health questions using all of it once. That's not a search engine, that's not a chatbot, that is an AI that knows your body. And Perplexy did not stop there because on top of the health launch they also shipped a new major upgrade to Perplexy computer, their autonomous AI agent platform. New projects on computer now automatically get tested using something called Playwright before you ever see them.

The agent builds your app then it navigates the app like a real world. User would click every button, test every workflow, find some bugs, fixes them, then hands you the finished product. So it builds, tests, fixes, ships, all without you touching a single line of code. Two launches in one single day, both of them pointing in the same direction.

AI is not waiting anymore. I keep saying this every single week something drops and makes a week before look slow and I can feel like, you know, this is a really crazy one. You know, I mean, let's start with Perplexy Health because this one is personal. Think about the last time you had a health question.

Maybe you got a blood test back and one of your numbers was flagged. Maybe you felt something weird and you googled it at midnight and ended up convincing yourself of something, right? Maybe you went to a doctor, they gave you five minutes, handed you a printout, sent you home and you didn't really understand what was going on. That is the experience that Perplexy just decided to fix.

Here's what Perplexy Health actually does. It connects to Apple Health on your iPhone or iPad. It connects to electronic health records from over 1.7 million care providers across the United States. It connects to Fitbit, UltraHuman, Withings, Clue and more integrations are coming fast.

Aurora and Function are listed as coming soon. On top of that, they partnered with a company called BeWell Connected Health and BeWell is not a small player. BeWell operates one of the largest connected health data networks in the United States with secure consumer access to health data access across more than 2.4 million providers and more than 350 health plans labs and more. 2.4 million providers, 350 health plans.

This is not a demo, that is infrastructure. So what does this have to do with all the data, right? And what does it actually do? Well, Perplexy tracks health metrics and trends over time across biomarkers and activity data for a personalized dashboard.

So you ask a health question and the answer draws from your medical records, your lab results and your variable data all at once. A question about resting heart rate, for example, can factor in your recent activity, your cardiac history, your latest blood work. Read that again. One question and it cross-references your activity, your heart history and your blood work all at once in seconds.

Your doctor doesn't remember that in a five-minute appointment. Your doctor is flipping through a chart trying to remember what you said last minute, maybe glancing at your last set of labs. They are doing their best but they're human, they have limits, they have 12 other patients waiting in the room, right? This thing has one patient and that's you.

And here's where it gets really practical. With Perplexy Health on computer, you can build a custom marathon training protocol based on your fitness data, generate a visit prep summary ahead of a doctor's appointment, create personalized nutrition plans or find the right medical care, right? A visit prep summary, for example. Think about that before you even walk into the doctor's office.

You have a document that says, here's what has changed since your last visit, here are the numbers worth discussing, here are the questions you should be asking, you walk in prepared, you use your five minutes better, you leave with actual answers instead of confusion. That's not replacing your doctor, that is making you a better patient. I want to be clear about something because I know what you're thinking, right? You're thinking, okay but is it safe?

Can I trust it? Is an AI really qualified to talk to me about my health? And those are great questions, serious questions. And Perplexy actually address them head-on.

Health data on Perplexity is protected with encryption in transit and at rest, with strict access controls and tools to manage or delete information at any time. Health data sources such as electronic health records or wearables can be disconnected. Your information is never used to train AR models to solve to third parties. So you can disconnect your data anytime you want.

And they went a step further, they announced the Perplexy Health Advisory Board, a group of physicians, researchers and health technology leaders who will pressure test future product decisions, content quality and clinical safeguards against the standards of evidence-based medicine. Now is this perfect? No. Perplexy is clear that this is educational health information.

It's not a diagnosis. It is not a substitute for your doctor. If you think something is seriously wrong, go see a professional. This doesn't change that, right?

But here's the thing, most health questions are not emergencies. Most health questions are like, you know, why is my iron low? What does that number mean? Or should I be worried about this?

Or how do I prep for this appointment? And for those questions, a tool that has your full health history, cross-references it with peer-reviewed medical literature, it gives you decisive answers, genuinely useful, like actually useful, not just kind of useful. Perplexity will answer based on your medical records, lab results and wearable data. For instance, it lets you create personalized nutrition plans and that sort of thing.

The company assures that answers will be grounded in premium medical literature, including clinical guidelines and peer-reviewed journals with direct citations to the source material for each response. So every answer comes with citations. You can check the source yourself if you're not really trusting AI, right? You're just looking at the actual research you pulled from.

And that matters because that's different from what most health apps give you. Now let's zoom out for a second because perplexity health didn't come out of nowhere. This is part of a race that every major AI company is now running. Microsoft launched Copilot Health on March 12th, 2026.

OpenAI launched ChatGPT Health back in January, 2026. Amazon Anthropic also debuted healthcare-focused AI products this year. Every single major AI company in the span of about three months, all of them launching health products. That tells you something.

It's not a coincidence. It's a category being born in real time. And think about why. Think about the size of the problem they're trying to solve.

Healthcare in the United States is broken in a very specific way. It's not that there aren't good doctors. It's not that the science isn't bad, right? It's that the information is scattered into a thousand pieces and nobody can see the full picture.

Your GP has some of it. Your cardiologist has some of it. Your Apple Watch has some of it. Your pharmacy has some of it and none of them talk to each other.

Right now, personal health data is scattered across portals, apps, and devices. Lab results are in one place. Prescriptions in another. Fitness data in a third.

And perplexity health answers questions from all of it in one single place. That's the problem. The data exists. It's always existed.

But nobody could see all of it at once until now. And perplexity is not the scrappy startup here. They reached a $21 billion valuation and roughly $200 million in annual recurring revenue by early 2026. This is a serious company making a serious bet.

And now, here's where I want to connect this to something bigger. Because perplexity health is one piece of a much larger move that perplexity has been making over the last few months. You might remember a couple of weeks ago I covered perplexity computer, the autonomous AI agent that orchestrates 20 different AI models to do complex multi-step work for you. Research, code, build apps, manage your projects, all from a single conversation with no coding required.

Well, perplexity computer just got a major upgrade too. And this one matters for anyone who has ever tried to build something with AI and hit a wall when it broke. So the problem before was that you'd ask an AI agent to build a web app. It would build it.

You would open it and something would be broken. A button doesn't work. A form doesn't submit. A page doesn't load.

And you'd have to go back and forth describing the bug, waiting for a fix, and testing it again. It was slow. It was frustrating. It was the friction that stopped a lot of people from actually creating stuff.

New projects on perplexity now are automatically tested using Playwright, right? So it navigates your app like a real user to identify and fix bugs before you ever see them. Playwright is a testing tool. So you want to think of it like this, like you built a store and before you even open the doors to the customers, you hire someone to walk through the entire store, try every door, open every drawer, test every cash register, check every price tag, find everything that's broken before a real customer finds it.

That's what Playwright does, except it's automated and it happens the moment your app is built, before you ever open it. So it builds, tests, fixes, and ships. That loop used to take hours, sometimes days. Now it happens automatically in the background whilst you're doing something else.

So, you know, if you're running a business or that sort of thing, well, you know, back in the old days, someone who has an idea for a tool that could save them time or make money has always thought, well, I can't build that. I don't know how to code. Perplexity Computer is not asking you to code. It's asking you to just describe what you want.

And now when it builds a thing, it also tests the thing, fixes it, enhances something that actually works. So it's a very different world and that is fundamentally a different relationship between a regular person and a software, right? So I keep coming back to this same point from different angles because I think it's the most important thing to understand about AI at this moment. The tools are no longer just for technical people.

They're for everyone. The question is not, can you use this? The question is, whether you're going to start using it before your competitors do, right? Because here's the uncomfortable truth.

The people in your industry who figure this out first are going to have a massive advantage over the people who figure it out second. Not a small advantage, a massive one. Because when you can build tools in hours, it used to take weeks. When you have a personalized health analysis, it used to require three specialist appointments.

When you can ship products and test them and fix them automatically, you operate at a completely different speed than someone who hasn't learned any of this yet, right? And I get the skepticism. Some of you might be think, have been hearing like AI is going to change everything for three years now. Maybe you've tried a few tools and they didn't work, right?

And you're thinking, okay, Julian, this sounds good, but so did the last five things. I hear that, I do. But here's what's different about this right now. The tools actually work, not perfectly, not without limitations, but they work.

Perplexi Computer builds real web apps that real people use. Perplexi Health connects to real medical data from real providers. These are not demos. These are products you can sign up for today.

And that's a shift that happened somewhere in the last six to 12 months. The gap between this is impressive in demo and this works in real life closed. And we're now in a phase where it's just about whether you're going to use it or not. And it's a good time to mention, if you want to stay ahead of all of this, not just watch it happen, but actually learn how to use it in your business.

The AI Profit Boardroom is where we go deep on, right? We show you all the workflows, tutorials, roadmaps, and step-by-step guides to implement this stuff and actually learn with it. The link's in the comments description or go to the AI Profit Boardroom and just join us. And here's the thing.

The new cycle moves fast. Every day there's something new and it's really easy to watch video after video and feel informed, but not actually do anything about it. What changes things is going from watching to do it. And that is what the AI Profit Boardroom is built for.

So back to the story. Let's talk about what both of these Perplexi launches mean when you put them together, because I don't think it's an accident that Perplexi Health and the computer upgrade dropped on the same day, right? They're making a bet on agents and personalized agents. And if you've got health, plus productivity, plus autonomous building, right, inside one platform, aka Perplexi, it's a serious vision, right?

And the implementation is starting to match the vision. So let's talk about the competitive picture for a minute, because Perplexi is not doing this in a vacuum, right? You've got ChatGPT Health launched in January, Microsoft Health launched on March the 12th, Amazon Anthropic having healthcare products, Apple has been pursuing and pushing health data integrations for years, Google has Gemini embedded in Android health features, every major tech company is making the same move at the same time. And why is that?

It's because healthcare is a 7 trillion dollar industry in the United States alone. It's an industry that has been almost untouched by the software revolution of the last 20 years. Your doctor still uses a fax machine in some cases, your medical records are still stored in systems that can't even talk to each other. The infrastructure of American healthcare is decades behind the infrastructure of almost every other industry.

So AI is about to change that, not gradually, fast. And the companies that figure out how to be the trusted layer between people and the health data, those companies are going to be enormously valuable. That's where every player is moving at the same time, because the window to establish trust and habit in the space is right now. And Perplexi's advantage here is interesting.

They built the whole reputation on giving you accurate, sighted answers, right? Every answer comes with a source you can check. That's the exact behavior you want inside a health tool. You don't want an AI that confidently tells you something, but there's no ways to verify it.

You want citations, you want the ability to say, show me where that came from. And Perplexi already built that habit with their users, and now they're applying it to health, which is a real mo, it's not nothing, right? Let me also zoom in on something that I think is underappreciated about the Perplexi computer playwright update as well. Because on the surface, it sounds like a developer feature, right?

Automated testing, bug fixing before launch, that sounds technical. That sounds like something for people who write codes. But think about what it actually removes. It removes the gap between idea and working product.

It removes the step between where you build something and it's broken, you have to diagnose why and describe the problem and wait for a fix and test again, right? That gap, the broken app gap, is one of the biggest reasons regular people don't actually build things with AI when they try, right? You describe what you want, the AI builds it, you open up, it's broken, you don't know how to fix it, so you give up. Playwright fixes that.

So before you ever open it, the agent has already been through the whole thing, clicked every button, tried every workflow and fixed what was broken. So when you open it, it actually works. It sounds like a small thing, but it's the thing that actually makes AI work, which is huge. And there's a bigger point here about where AI development tools are heading.

A year ago, the conversation was about whether AI could help developers write code faster. Six months ago, the conversation shifted to whether AI could write entire features by itself. Now the conversation is about whether AI can own the entire development cycle. We're not at full autonomous software development yet.

There are still real limits. Complex systems still need human judgment. Big architectural decisions still need experienced engineers. I'm not saying that AI is going to replace your senior developer tomorrow, but for the vast middle ground of tools and apps that regular businesses and creators actually need, that kind of thing where you need a booking system or a client portal or an internal dashboard or a simple automation tool, AI is getting to the point where it can actually handle that end-to-end.

And Perplexe Computer with Playwright integration is a real step in that direction. Okay, so let's bring this on. What does this all mean for you, specifically and practically? If you're a regular person who cares about your health, and I'm guessing that is most of you, Perplexe Health is worth paying attention to.

Not because you should stop seeing your doctor, right? You still need healthcare. Not because AI is going to replace your cardiologist, but because the gap between a health question and a real answer just got a lot smaller. The next time you get a blood test back and stare at a page full of numbers you don't understand, you have a tool that you can explain every one of those numbers in the context of your full health history, right?

The next time you want to prep for a doctor's appointment, you have a tool that can build a summary of everything relevant to discuss. The next time you want to build a nutrition plan that actually accounts for your personal biomarkers and your activity data and your goals, you have a tool that can do that. That's real. That's useful and it's available right now for Perplexe and Mac subscribers in the US.

If you're a business owner, a freelancer, a creator, the computer upgrade matters for you. The idea that you can describe a tool you need, have it built, tested and fixed automatically before you even open it, that's a real shift in what you can produce without a technical team behind you. Think about all the things you've put off because you didn't know how to build them, right? The workflow tool you wanted, the client onboarding system, the internal dashboard, the simple app that would save you an hour a day.

Those things are now buildable by you without code. If you're a manager or team leader, start paying attention to how AI is changing, what a small team can produce because the competitive math is changing. A team of five people who know how to use these tools effectively can produce what used to require a team of 20. That is not a theoretical future, that is happening right now in companies you've heard of and thousands of companies you haven't.

And this is genuinely exciting, the ability to get real answers about your own health, the ability to build tools about a developer, the ability to build more and do more with less, that's real progress and that creates real value for real people and also creates pressure because if a small team could now do what a large team used to do, that raises uncomfortable questions about what happens to the people who are in that larger team. I'm not going to pretend that has an easy answer, it doesn't. The economic disruption that comes from AI driven productivity is real and it's going to affect real people. What I will say is this, the people most at risk are not the same people who are learning how to work with AI, they are the people who are waiting.

The people who are assuming their skills and their workflows from 2023 are still going to be the most valuable version of those skills in 2027. The thing about technological transitions is they don't wait for everyone to feel ready. The internet didn't wait, mobile didn't wait, cloud computing definitely didn't wait and AI is not waiting either. And I don't say this to scare you, I say it because the transition is not over.

You are not too late. The people who learn this stuff now in 2026 are still early. The mainstream adoption of AI agents and AI health tools and AI built software is still in its first chapter. There's still time to get ahead of this whilst you can.

The question is what you do with the next 30 days. So I'm going to give you something concrete, three things you can do this week based on what dropped today. Number one, if you're in the US and you have a Plexi Pro or my subscription, go set up Plexi Health, connect your Apple Health, connect whatever wearable data you have and then ask it a real question. Something you've been curious about or confused by, see what it gives you, see how the citations work, get a feel for it.

You're not committing to anything, you're just learning how this works before everyone else does. Number two, go to your Plexi computer and describe a simple tool you've been wanting to build. Not a complicated app, something small, you know a simple form, a basic tracker, a one-page client, onboarding flow. Describe it in plain English and see what it builds.

And number three, start thinking about where you are in your work and where in your business the biggest friction points are. What do you spend time on things that feel repetitive or whether you lack information, you need to make good decisions. Write those down because those are the areas where AI tools like the ones Plexi just launched are going to create the most value for you and knowing where the value is before you need it is a big advantage. This is a moment, not some future moment when AI gets smarter or cheaper or more mainstream.

This moment right now, the tools are real, the products are live, the people who are learning how to use them are getting ahead of the people who are watching from the sideline. I've been covering AI news every single day for a long time now and I can tell you that the pace of what is dropping is not slowing down, right. If anything it is speeding up. Every day there's something new, every week there's something that moves the line further.

Today it was for Plexi, tomorrow it'll be something else and the day after that someone else again. The people who stay on top of this, who understand what the tools actually do and how to use them in real life, those people are going to have an enormous advantage over the next two or three years. Not just in their careers, in their health, their businesses, in their abilities to build things and understand things and make decisions. This is what this is actually about.

Not just AI news, not just tech updates, it's about whether you're going to be the kind of person who understands the world they're living in or the kind of person who wakes up one day and wonders when everything changed. Don't be that second person. I'll see you tomorrow. Thanks for watching.

If you haven't already, check out the AI Profit Awarding if you want to learn AI automation and how to apply this to your business and I'll see you on the next one. Link in the comments description or just go to the AIprofitboarding.com
