The Claude Agent Operator System 🤯

Why You Need an Agentic Operating System for Claude (Stop Using AI Like a Chat Box)

The script argues that using an agentic operating system with Claude unlocks most of its capabilities by centralizing multiple AI agents, workflows, and shared memory in one customizable dashboard. It contrasts Claude’s standard chat and Projects with an operating system that lets you organize and revisit past work, avoid tab-switching between tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and Hermes, and resume projects across agents via a linked memory system. The speaker highlights rapid integration of new agent features (like Hermes Mission Control) and demonstrates a one-click SEO content pipeline that deploys content to multiple websites, claiming it took about an hour to build. The video promotes the AI Profit Boardroom as a way to get the full setup, updates, tutorials, community support, and weekly coaching calls.

If you are not using an agentic operating system for Claude, you are missing out on pretty much 99% of its capabilities. And if you're wondering, okay, what is an agentic operating system? It's a way to control all your agents in one place. So you can have workflows and everything else together.

Now you might be wondering, okay, why would you need an agentic operating system? The biggest reason for this is that you can store and have everything in one place. You don't need to keep switching between tabs or losing things. Let me show an example of that.

So if we go to Claude here, what you can see is that it's very difficult for us to preview everything that we've created. We could scroll between different chats here, but if we look back on our history, it's very difficult to find what we've created. Very difficult to organize it. Very difficult to see what we've built in the past.

And also where are our other agents, right? For example, if we want to use Hermes alongside Claude, we'd have to go into our terminal, run Hermes, and then we'll contact switch in between two different tabs, which is very messy and energy demanding, right? At the same time as well, when you're doing this, what you can see here is that we have specific workflows prebuilt for everything that we can do. Now you might say, okay, but you could use projects for that inside Claude.

But the problem is you can't customize the UI and the experience of the projects you build within Claude. And let me show you an example of that. So if we go to our projects here and these are like our custom workflows, right? So let's say for example, I've got this hook creator for YouTube videos.

The problem with that is that I can't change the way that it's organized in the same way, whereas for example, if we go over to our setup here, what you can see inside our agentic operating system is that we have a create section, we have an avatar section, and it's all customized and personalized to me specifically, right? And I can also view everything that I've created previously. And that's pretty nice, right? Now you wouldn't be able to do that inside Claude normally or inside pretty much any other tool unless you custom built it.

And that is the power of an agent operating system. So the way that I look at this is that Claude is one of the smartest tools on earth, but on its own, a chat box, you open, you copy, you ask, and you close. It's a genius locked in an empty room. It forgets you the moment you leave.

It can't see your business. It can't act on its own. An agentic operating system is basically the office you build around that genius, your memory, your tools, your automations, and a real dashboard inside it. Once you have that, you stop using AI and you start commanding it.

And there's a big difference here. For example, what 99% of people make the mistake of doing is they might have, for example, Claude in one tab, then they've got chat GPT in another. Where is the memory between them? How do they all link together?

You can't really. And the problem with that is if I open up a new tab inside, for example, my terminal, how am I going to resume the conversation I had with chat GPT, right? Or how am I going to resume the conversation I had with Hermes inside Claude's code? It's impossible, right?

But what you can do is if you are using a memory system, which we have set up inside our agentic operating system, then we have everything linked together. All our memories are set up together. Why is that important? It's important because then we can see everything that we've done, all our conversations, all our agentic operating system history, and it's shared across every single agent.

And so if I need to resume a project inside Claude that I previously had inside Hermes, guess what? Super easy, super easy. We can do that in one click. Not only that, but we can also customize everything and every functionality inside here too.

Let me show you an example. For example, recently Hermes, literally just less than 24 hours ago, they dropped a new setup inside Hermes called the mission control. And so you can switch between all these different things as you can see right here. Now, as soon as they did that, literally within two hours, we had already plugged into our agent operating system.

And so any new updates that we have, we can implement straight away. Whereas for example, how are you going to do that inside Claude? How are you going to do that inside Claude code? You can't, it's impossible.

And so again, these are some of the major benefits here. If you want to control, and if you want to manage teams of AI agents, and if you want to have them built around your business, instead of you building your business around theirs, then you set up the system. And you might be wondering, okay, how do you set up a system like this? But if you want to get my full setup, it's inside the AI profit board, link in the comments and description.

Or if you want to build your own from scratch, then you would just explain exactly what you want. You say to Claude, listen, build me a mission control. The other thing that I would say here as well, is it totally changes what you realize is possible for your AI agents. Let me show you a workflow that I thought, wow, before I did this, I was like, I don't think this is possible.

I think you'd need to invest a hundred million dollars into a SaaS company to be able to do this. And what I mean is that, for example, I have a bunch of websites that do a lot of SEO and I was like, okay, do you know what would be amazing is if I could just click one button and then from there I can deploy content to my websites. Now, previously inside Claude, I'd have to type it, type out a prompt. Hey, go off, create this content, whatever.

Whereas now what we've got is we have a skill built into our SEO content pipeline that creates content in one single click and all I have to do is plug in the keyword and plug in the case study, right? And then once I've done that, it's going to deploy it to five different websites so that we can start ranking our content. Now, previously, if you went back two or three years ago, that was not possible inside any AI agent, right? It would have taken hundreds of hours and a big development team.

Now you can do it inside the agent operating system and it literally took me about one hour to get it mocked up and working and then what we've also done is we set it up inside the agent operating system so anytime I need to come back to it, boom, it's over there, right? Whereas for example, if you were doing this manually inside Claude, you're not going to have that same setup, right? It's just not going to be as smooth and easy as this. And so creating your own custom workflows, your own AI agents, creating everything around your ecosystem and your business and having the AI agents work for you, not you work with them, I think that's a huge mindset shift and it totally changes everything in terms of what's possible.

The other thing I would say here is I don't understand code, but I can build this. So if I can build it, anyone can build it. I've actually seen a lot of people inside our community who have built amazing operating systems themselves. They are not coders.

In fact, there was actually, we had one guy who was a doctor who created his own mission control, right? So if he can do it, bear in mind, he's not using the computer all day, obviously, if he could do it, then anyone could do it. And so I think this is probably the next step in AI and how people use it, but we're just very early to that setup, right? And so if you get onto this now, you're going to have a system, not a chat box.

And that really is all Claude is. Literally it says new chat, right? This is just a chat box. The other thing I would say here as well is like, when you do this, you improve it every day.

It's like a masterpiece that you're sculpting and chiseling away at every single day. And so you have something that improves over time instead of something that declines over time. So what I mean by that, for example, is if you look at the recent changes of ChatGPT, and the reason I use ChatGPT as an example is because that is where most people are still using. That's where the most users are.

If you look at ChatGPT, it's really not changed that much since it came out in 2023, the format is exactly the same, right? So if you've got a system that hasn't improved for three years, how are you making progress as a business owner? How are you building systems that are helping you grow? You're not, right?

And so when I created this, literally I only created it about, I would say three or four weeks ago, and it has evolved so much every single day since I've started using it. Let me give you another example. So for example, this week, Ant CLI just came out for Claude, and we already built out several AI agents and plugged this in. We already built out a workspace with, for example, Minimax.

It just came out literally this week. And so as soon as something comes out, boom, we've got it there. We've got the voice agent right there with Minimax. Minimax again with M3 just came out this week.

As soon as it did, we'd created a video generator, a voice generator, an image generator. And so if you're not using this, you're falling behind. And the biggest issue is that you will fall behind to one of your competitors who is using an agent operating system. So you definitely want to get one of these set up.
