The video explains how to run Claude Code for free by installing an open-source tool called Free Claude Code, which acts as a middleman between Claude Code and various model providers. It demonstrates a five-step setup: install the helper via a terminal command, launch the control-panel dashboard, add a provider/model (example: OpenRouter with OwlAlpha) by generating and pasting an API key, run Claude Code using the Free Claude Code terminal command, and optionally connect everything to a “mission control” agent operating system for better visibility into chats, projects, and builds. It notes supported options like Ollama, LM Studio, DeepSeek, OpenRouter, NVIDIA, Kimi, OpenCode, and ZAI, and suggests using the setup for websites, tools, content, and client work, with an invitation to join the AI Profit Boardroom for a packaged system and tutorials.

Unclawed code for free. So today I want to show you exactly how to use Clawed code for free and break it down step by step for you. So essentially what we're doing here is we're plugging a new brain into Clawed code itself, right? And this is through an open source project called Free Clawed Code.
Now to install it, you can do it really quickly by just copying and pasting this command and then you go to your terminal and then what you do from here is you plug in that command to install it. Once you've done that, it's going to install and set up Free Clawed Code. Now you might be wondering, okay, how does it work? Well, basically Clawed Code is one of the best AI coding helpers in the world.
And with this setup, you can plug in free APIs, for example, our alpha and also local models really quickly and easily just using a quick five step process. It takes about five minutes to set up, right? And this is a question we actually had from Jason in this AI profit boardroom. And he was basically asking, you know, how does it work?
How do you set up? So it's a brilliant question. And essentially step number one is the install. Once you've done that, then you can copy this command.
So we can go into the terminal here and we can paste that command right here. Once we've done that, it's going to open up a dashboard, right? This is like a control panel for managing Free Clawed Code. And from here, you can plug in any sort of model that you want into Clawed Code itself.
So you could use Olamo, you could use LM Studio, you could use DeepSeek, OpenRouter, NVIDIA, Kimi, OpenCode, ZAI, bear in mind OpenCode as well, they have some free APIs inside there as well, that you could also plug into this. And the model config that we've used is OpenRouter with our alpha. Now you might be wondering, okay, why would you use our alpha? So our alpha is a really powerful agentic model and it's really growing in size, right?
So a lot more people are using this more and more now. And one of the top apps it's being used with is Clawed Code itself, along with Hermes Agent and OpenClaw. So if you learn how to get an API from this, it's pretty quick. And also you get a million token context window, a very agentic model, and you can plug it into all your favorite AI agents.
So what you can actually do from here is you can grab an API key and then plug this into Free Clawed Code. And if you want to have a setup like this, as you can see, where all your agents are plugged in together, they're working with Hermes and Gemini and Antigravity and Codex and Free Clawed Code, along with these awesome tools that we've built in, then I'll show you how to set that up in a second. So Free Clawed Code is basically a little middleman you install on your computer. It sits between Clawed Code and basically a phone line, right, it's an API itself.
So it sits between Clawed Code and the model that you want to plug into this. And so you get the same agent, you get the same screen, same way of working, but it's free and it's an open source project and it can work with many different APIs. You don't just have to pick one. So this is the stack that we use.
It's a free process and you can do it in like five steps in five minutes, right? So number one, install the helper. How'd you do that? You go over here and you use this command.
Number two, how do you add the API? So you go over to the control panel, as you can see right here, and plug in your model. How do you launch the control panel? Use this command.
And then you plug in the brain, which is step three. This is our alpha. How do you get the brain? Basically, you would just go to Open Router, then grab an API key from the API key section, create a new key and plug that into the provider section inside Open Router like so.
And when you refresh your models, you can see all the models you've got. Then inside the model config, you add the details like you can see. And you can enable thinking as well. Step number four is you run Clawed Code.
And step number five, what I think is the most powerful unlock of all of this is that you plug it into your mission control dashboard. So this is how you can control your APIs, how you can control your projects. And also you can see everything that you've built with this particular thing. You can also chat with it inside the chat here.
So we can say, hey, are you working? And then you can see here that Free Clawed Code is coming back to us. And you can see that it understands exactly what we want to build, right? And so that's the journey, pretty simple and easy.
And all you need to do is copy and paste this command to install it. Then you can open up the control panel. From there, you're gonna plug in the brain. From there, you run Free Clawed Code.
Make sure you use the terminal command for this, not the normal Clawed Code command. And then finally, you want to drop it into an agent operating system. This is where it gets really good, because right now, Clawed Code, if it's stuck in a terminal where you can't see what you've built, you can't see anything that you've created, it's not that useful, right? So if we run that terminal command to set up Free Clawed Code inside a terminal, it's quite hard to see, okay, what have we talked about previously?
What have we built? How do we preview our projects, right? We can't. Whereas if we plug it into an agent operating system like this, much better.
Now you can actually ask Clawed or Free Clawed Code to build out the agent operating system for you, or if you want my setup, you can get it inside the AI Profit Boardroom. Link in the comments description. We actually update this daily, and you can see the full system here. We have a zip file that you can just quickly install, a video tutorial, prompts, and we show you when we last updated it.
So again, we update this daily, and we add new video tutorials daily as well. So just to recap, you installed the AI agent, you opened up the control panel, you plugged in the API key, you ran Clawed Code, and then you dropped it into your agent operating system. That's exactly what you can build. Now, you might be wondering, okay, what can you actually do with this?
What can you get it to do? So for example, you could use it for websites and landing pages, you could use it for tools, you could use it for creating content, client work, et cetera. The point isn't the tech. The point is what the tech sets you free to do.
And when basically AI is free, you can start building some awesome stuff. So thanks so much for watching. If you want to get my full setup for this, you can get it inside the AI Profit Boardroom. Link in the comments description, or just go to the AIProfitBoardroom.com.
Inside the community, we actually create video tutorials like this for people who ask questions. So for example, you can see Egbert asked this question about the agent operating system. We actually created a step-by-step breakdown of how to implement it, and a video tutorial personally for Egbert. And you can see that he found it very useful, right?
And so if you want me to do that for you, you can join the AI Profit Boardroom. Link in the comments description, or go to the AIProfitBoardroom.com. You get the agent operating system, you get our new daily video tutorials, you get four weekly coaching calls, you get the map where you can connect with people in your local city, who are also building with these AI automations. Plus you can connect with me personally.
Thanks so much for watching. See you on the next one. Cheers, bye-bye.
