Claude Fable 5 just dropped and today I want to show you how to get a hundred times more out of it using the system that I've created and I'm going to show you exactly what I'm using Claude 5 for, why I think it's now the right time to start using this stuff, and also explain exactly what's been released and what's happened here. So today we have Claude Fable 5. If you're not sure what this is, basically this is a mid-class model. Mythos is not coming out to the public by the way, they've said that, but Claude Fable 5, which is basically the same tier as Claude Mythos is here, is available.

It's a tier above Opus, it's a tier above Haikyuu or any of those other models and it is absolutely crushing everything else on benchmarks. So you can see some examples of how it's performing on frontier code, it's smashing it on agentic coding and it can for example play Pokemon Red, it can actually just beat Pokemon FireRed playing this autonomous game which is absolutely insane when you think about that. They've actually created a time lapse of it right here and so what you can do with this tool is absolutely amazing, but here's the problem. You've only got two weeks to use it for free, so if you're on the subscription plan you can only use it for two weeks for free.

Right now is the right time to start using this because if you don't you're going to miss out on that window and then you have to pay for the API instead and that is no winner. Why not just build some amazing stuff with it? So let me show you exactly what I'm building with this. So what we've got over here is Claude 5, so Claude Fable 5 plugged into our agent operating system with Claude and we have all of our AI agents over here and you can see for example we say what model are you, we have switched everything over to Claude Fable 5.

Now you might think okay that's great, but what can you actually build with this? So let me show you some examples. Just messing around this morning we created this little Fable 5 showcase as you can see. So we created all sorts of interesting cool stuff.

It's kind of like Japan as a city in the rain with an animation. We created a black hole, we've got a YouTube title lab, we have the SEO SERP preview tool, pulse desk as well and you know we've just created like a prompt vault as well, an invoice generator, a Fable 5 wormhole which is like pretty cool. If I move my mouse around it will just start creating awesome stuff. We have a phoenix that's also reactive to my mouse and we created this as an animation too.

These are all in HTML coded out by Claude Fable 5 which is pretty awesome. A DNA helix as you can see here, Aura setup where again this all responds to my mouse and you know it's like kind of the northern lights in Norway or whatever and then we have the agency ROI calculator. So some fun stuff to build there and also some pretty cool stuff and again like you can use this for building websites, you can use this for for example SEO keyword strategies or whatever you want to build but the main point here is that you've got a much more powerful model however you only have that powerful model for two weeks before you have to start paying for the API so why not make the most of it my friends. So what I've built with it here is that we have the chat and I would recommend that you have a setup like this because if you don't have some sort of operating system then yes you could use Claude inside the terminal but is it going to be that good?

I mean for example we go inside Claude here and we want to use Fable 5. Where's the previews? Where's everything saved in one place? How do we get it in a group chat with our AI agents?

We can't inside the terminal so I wouldn't recommend using it that way. You're only going to be getting, you're going to be like basically parking a Ferrari in a garage right? You're not going to get much value out of it plugging it into the terminal and even inside Claude desktop like it's okay but if you really want to get the full power of this stuff why not have it next to Hermes, next to OpenCloud? Why not have a group chat where you can have your AI agents talking together?

I'll give you an example so for example here we have a group chat. I call it the AI agent mastermind. We have Claude, we have Hermes, we have Gemini, Codex, OpenCloud, Free Claude code and this is with Claude Fable 5. Now the great thing about all of this system that I'm showing you is that these are just models which means you can plug them in, you can plug them out, Miphos drops tomorrow, Miphos 10 comes out next year, whatever it is doesn't matter.

You can swap the models in and out. Why is that useful? It's useful because you never feel behind, you never fall behind and you have everything organized into the systems you already use. Like Claude and Fable 5, 99% of people are not going to get much value out of it just using inside the chat.

You might as well just be using Fable 5 right? If you're just running Fable 5 inside the chat window, what are you going to do with it? How are you going to organize everything? How are you going to have it running sub pages?

How are you going to have it running autonomous workflows? You can't. Why? Because it's just a chat window, it's just chat GBTs.

Basically you're stuck in 2023 my friend. Whereas for example we go over here, what we've got is a full agent mastermind and this is a way to properly orchestrate your AI agents because we have this mastermind, we can have a group chat, we can say okay based on the air profit boarding, come up with some keyword research ideas around Hermes agent, boom shakalaka Claude comes back, boom shakalaka Hermes comes back and here's another one right. So for example here we say Claude what's a good SEO keyword research tool we could build? It comes up with an idea and I say what do you think guys and then everyone tears it to shreds because Hermes, Gemini, Codex all pile in and then when they get something decent guess what they're going to add it to my pipeline.

Now can you do that inside the terminal? Of course you can't right. Can you do that inside a chat window with Claude, a chat GPT? Of course you can't right.

There's no such thing as that but if you set it up like this you unlock something that's 100 times more powerful with Claude Fable 5 and whatever comes next and again doesn't matter what comes out tomorrow, doesn't matter what AI agents come out tomorrow, I can plug it into the system like that and that's the difference between all of this. Now if we have a look over here what we've also got is a pipeline. So remember I was saying before how we had this conversation between our AI agents and our agents decided on okay let's do this. So what it actually does from here is it takes our idea and it plugs it into our pipeline so that we can start building and creating it.

So you see over here we've got for example build a user-friendly dashboard for a keyword research tool. I just click a button boom we plan it out and then what we do once it's come up with the plan it's going to move to the human gate which is the human approval loop for me approving all the projects or rejecting the projects that come through. So for example here you can see we can click approve or build because that idea for the keyword gap analysis tool is ready to go. Now if we have a look on the right hand side we have everything plugged in here.

So here's a website we created, here's a interactive galactic galaxy animation that we created as well. I mean let's pull this up this is pretty cool right we can see an example of what we've got over here. There we go look how cool that is we've just built that and then we've got it ready to go. It's a Stellarium.

Now do you need that? Probably not but can you build it? Absolutely and is it kind of fun to build this stuff and just you know build out games, apps, tools, whatever's in your brain and then build it out? Absolutely right and how cool is it that I can just pull this up in literally two seconds in an unedited video because I've got everything neatly organized in one place right.

How many more people can do that? Nobody right. The thing is if someone's using Hermes inside the terminal or Claude inside the terminal or Claude in the chat, good luck finding what you built last week mate. I mean for example here how are you going to know what you built last week?

How are you going to find it? You can't. Again you could go to for example artifacts over here but what if you built it in chat gpt? It's not going to be here right.

What if you built it with Hermes? Not going to be here. What if you built a landing page and then you're trying to find it? You might have something like this but does that look as good?

No. Is it as easy to organize? No. Like how do you deploy it?

You can't right. Whereas for example we want to deploy a real website we can just plug in the keyword plug in a case study and then you can see all this stuff that we've created over here. So this is an actual website we've built with AI using this SEO workflow and any other single workflow that you have you should be building into a system like this. Now if you want to get my full agent operating system like this you can get it inside the AI platform.

You could build your own if you want to but if you just want mine I've literally put probably hundreds of hours into at this point and we've already plugged in Claude 5 CLI. We've already plugged in Hermes agent. We've got the group chat ready to go. Then you can get it link in the comments description or just go to the AI platform which also comes with like coaching calls the community and everything else.

Now also what you see over here is that we have a paperclip extension where we can see all this stuff that we've built. Now why is this useful? Because not only do we have Claude 5 but we can have all of our agents inside a company an autonomous AI company that just builds and ships 24x7 inside Goldilaps. So I've created this Goldilaps team and then we can see everything that we've built recently.

We can see it by date. We can go into one of these things. We can see everything that we've built. If it's something visual so for example let's pull up an example over here.

If it's something visual like this great we've got the example preview over here. If you want to see everything that we've built here we go. So this was a blog that we built about AI SEO and BoomShack Lakerit built it. The AI agents just built it.

In fact you can see here that it's actually offered one of the blogs as the name one of my AI agents. And so why is this useful? It's useful because again like you can have Claude 5 and this is the way that I would organize a team especially if you're using an extension like paperclip that we've done is I would have Claude 5, Fable 5 as a brain. The genius behind the operations and I would have that as the CEO at the top.

And then I would have the sub-agents right at the bottom probably with like local models if you're doing a lot of stuff 24-7 so you don't use up too many tokens. And then you've got Claude at the top which is a brain of the operation but they just come up with the ideas. They're not doing the work. And then underneath that you can have like Hermes.

You can have OpenClaude. They could be plugged into free APIs like our alpha and you see how you get the power of Claude 5 with the decision making the organizing and the full genius power of all of this and you have that at the top but that doesn't use up many tokens because it's delegating everything downwards from the top down. The CEO just delegates and comes up with the vision and then for example you've got these other AI agents which are running on free APIs and then you can have sub-agents on local APIs doing the grunt work. And so that's the difference between all this and then my agents can you know they can DM me, they can message me, they can flag new issues to me, they can build anything in the pipeline that I want it to and then we can chat with it, we can see our workspace and everything that's built and you just see how this all links together.

Also built in ultra code here. Honestly do I use ultra code? Not that much. Not that much.

It's pretty powerful but I don't think 99% of people don't need it right like just one AI agent delegating or creating tasks inside the chat is good enough right. You don't need to really use that. The same with ANSI like it was pretty cool when it came out. Do I use it these days?

Not really. Not much at all. The main things that I use are the group chat, paperclip, the pipeline especially. Pipeline is probably the most practical thing I've ever built and then you've got the Claude chat over here.

So if you're thinking about building agent operating systems I just want to show you what I actually use and what's not worth spending your time on because either way if you're just building stuff for the sake of building it you're going to get distracted, you're going to use up tokens and you're going to build stuff you never use anyway. And the thing that I would say is like for everything that you spend time on or your team spends time on try and create a pipeline around that so that you can come back to it and everything's in one place. So SEO we do a lot of that in my SEO agency and so what did we do? We built out an SEO tool using this and by the way some people will be watching this and being like this looks technical I don't know how to set this up.

Again you can get my version inside the AI Profit Boarding but the thing I would say is like when I've seen other people inside our community build this stuff out so for example if you look at these AI Profit Boarding members like Ken built out an awesome agent operating system. Did he have to be technical to do it? No that was pretty chill. Nick built out an amazing agent operating system.

Was he technical? No right. Ethan is one years old and not a coder but he still set up an agent operating system with eight agents and voice and obsidian installed. So if they can do it you can do it and I've just seen so many people who've never had any technical expertise or any AI experience they're not you know particularly technical people and they're just building amazing stuff.

I mean we have 180 pages of testimonials and wins like this and you know people just making awesome progress. So I know okay if this many people getting results anyone can do it at this point and you know that's only growing. So over here we've got SEO and then we've got video. So we have an avatar agent that we can use with CloudFive.

It can create content for us. It can create AI avatar videos for us and what you'll see actually over here is if we go to our workspace we've actually created apps and tools with Claude and then it's turned it into a video as a highlight reel right. So we can come back and see what we've built and it can create videos for us on the spot. So what I really like about that is not only can it create the stuff but it can also advertise the stuff and it can also generate AI avatar videos like you can see.

Same with for example like thumbnails. I can generate thumbnails whenever I need to using my style, my specific style. If I have like custom instructions I'll pop them in there. So everything that I do day to day I can just automate inside these pre-built workflows and come back to and it's all organized in one place.

Now how much more powerful and again it's the same brain behind both of these. Like compare these side by side. Exactly the same brain just a different system and that's what matters is the system. So if we go over to Claude over here right this is Claude in the chat.

How are you going to make that productive? Right how are you going to see everything you build? How are you going to come back to your workflows? How are you going to be navigating and seeing everything you built previously?

How are you going to plug it into a memory across all of your AI agents? How are you going to navigate teams of agents? You can't with this. It's so limited and I see why they've limited the chat because you know 99% of people don't know how to get the full power of AI agents and probably Claude are expecting like you know most humans are going to fall behind in the next three or four years.

They've actually predicted that most people you know won't be necessary basically in terms of like workforce because you know if you look at the way Claude is impacting the economy it's like I have full agent teams creating stuff 24 7 and actually shipping it over here whereas for example 99% of people are using Claude chat over here and they're just falling behind right. They're not going to get the full power out of Fable. It doesn't matter how good even if they release Mythos tomorrow at like full full power and unlimited tokens would people get the full power out of it inside a chat like this? No and so that's why you need a really good system because if you have something like this where you have a team shipping 24 7, you have a group chat with all your AI agents, you've got Claude and the workspace here of everything you built, you've got all your pipelines and every single element of your business and team automated into separate workflows like we've got over here.

How much more powerful are you going to be? 100 times more. How much better are you going to be at using Claude? 100 times more and how much faster are you going to be able to work?

Way way way faster. So I'll give you an example like previously we had a team of like 10 different content writers across five different websites. Guess how many people we have now for all these websites? Zero.

Literally zero and that's the difference. We're achieving 10 times more at you know nowhere near the same cost because we have these workflows ready and automated and that's the way I would like you to think if you're watching this because if you don't think like this and if you don't think about how can you be more productive, how can you achieve more and less time, how can you be getting the most and squeezing the most out of these new updates like Claude Fable 5, then you're just going to fall behind and it's going to be absolutely brutal. I've seen it already and I've seen it within my own team. I've seen the fact that I haven't hired anyone for for months now you know and it's not even something at the top of my agenda because I can just build a full community like I've you know we've got the air profitable community, we've got the agency and I can just automate more and more and scale more and more without people and the other thing to note here is like a lot of business owners and if you're watching this you probably understand a lot of business owners their biggest bottleneck was talent and people.

So for example hiring people, organizing people, quality controlling people, making sure they actually show up you know make sure they're not like watching Netflix on a Friday afternoon you know one hour before they finish. Those sort of things with AI you don't need to worry about. You might need to direct it and give it feedback and it might be a bit silly at times with AI but it's not gonna it's not gonna be a bottleneck, it's not gonna constrain your whole business, it's not gonna stop you from achieving your goals and so that's the difference really between hiring a team of agents and a team of people and it's brutal but that is a brutal reality and that's what we're living at. So it's like okay do you want to be in the 99% the full behind over here or do you want to be mastering these systems and building amazing systems that help you get ahead and help you save time and help you achieve your goals without any constraints.
