This episode discusses a new Anthropic report warning about rapidly accelerating AI capabilities, arguing that autonomous agents are “closing the loop” by running code, delegating work, and potentially enabling recursive self-improvement. The creator shares firsthand experience building an Agent OS and a voice-activated “Hermes Jarvis” system largely from simple prompts, describing feeling increasingly unnecessary while also noting the risk of not understanding or fixing systems when they break. Quotes from Anthropic employees highlight how AI is driving large increases in code output and changing collaboration dynamics by removing human reciprocity. The script questions future hiring needs, suggests humans’ current advantage is big-picture thinking and taste, and explains Anthropic’s view that slowing development would be beneficial but unrealistic in a competitive race without government intervention. The episode ends by promoting access to the creator’s AI Profit Ballroom community, trainings, and the Agent OS system.

of giving out a warning about AI basically telling us that we need to stop we need to stop using AI the company that builds AI says when AI builds itself there's some serious implications which I'm going to get into so this is a brand new report from Anthropy directly some people by the way before we even get into this are going to say listen mate they're great at PR they're great at talking about stuff like mythos and this is all a big PR campaign which I can see where you're coming from so we'll come on to that in a second but you can actually see their timeline here in terms of how things are working so they've broken it down which is we had chat GPT back into when now we've got coding agents and you can see the progression here it goes from literally coding agents agents who are sometimes able to create code or create a nice website we could do that last year towards the end of last year and today we have autonomous agents that can now run code themselves and delegate hours of work to other agents and so the thing that we're looking at is that we are closing the loop that things are getting pretty scary things are warming up and the rate at which AI models improve is accelerating right so the length of tasks they can run are running for hours and hours we're looking at for example something where in 2027 which is less than a year away of course AI systems could be capable of tasks that take a person weeks so you're seeing that progression between humans where we were of chat GPT and we were yeah chat GPT is not that good and now we're at the point where Claude is doing crazy powerful stuff and then we're kind of like tapping away on our keyboard and think I'll give you an example so like earlier today I was coding out the agent operating system I'm building out more stuff into it we were building out Hermes Jarvis and this voice activated system right here right pretty amazing stuff like it blew my mind and you know what I did I just gave it one sentence and it builds everything and I kind of just stood around feeling useless because I'm just waiting for Claude and my AI agents to build this out and in the meantime I just stand there twiddling my thumbs because I don't need to have any input on this process right it just goes off and does everything for me and so we are seeing a serious progression it does feel like it's moving fast it feels like it's accelerating it feels like it's getting scary and out of control that's what we're seeing with Claude I can understand the warning where it's coming from because if you look at the rate that they're shipping and the crazy updates that they're creating it is mind-blowing is scary and it's only going to get worse right this is we're at the point now where it's not going to slow down mate this is getting crazy now and I've seen it like I bear in mind I can't code but all of this is just built for me messaging an app and saying build this out that sounds like a cool idea I bet you can't do that and then it actually does it right so you can see for example here Hermes Jarvis like I can talk to it and this is like a full activated voice agent that I've built just by going back and forth with an autonomous agent and we've built that using Claude and I can understand where they're coming from because where is this going what is the point of us doing the work what's the point of me even standing there when AI can create everything and we'll get to the point where it looks at me like I've got a peanut brain and it can do everything and automate everything without me right I don't think that's the way we're looking at it and I actually saw something interesting here that was from an anthropic employee right and you can see an example so this there's lots of cool quotes inside this so for example this anthropic employee said I started learning and leaning sorry leaning hard into claudifying about a year ago that's been a crazy adventure and it's now been five months since I last wrote my any code myself so a company that is a coding company anthropic their team don't do any code and the other thing is with these new updates they've actually achieved 80% more code and you can see the progression here if you look at the code contributed per person by quarter look at this trajectory here and also look at how much claude mythos and claude and everything else is bringing to the table right 8x more code with claude mythos preview now the other thing to note here is again like this could be hype because no one really has access to claude mythos apart from some crazy leak of a Chinese API the other day which I've already done a video on but the point here is like this is steepening in its acceleration the other thing that I saw here as well this is super interesting so someone actually said they felt useless in so much words I'm paraphrasing there but you can see this other quote from an anthropic employee says on days where everything works well I can't help but think nothing I do matters everything is automated and better and faster than I'll ever be but then there are days when everything breaks and I don't understand why and I realize I have no idea what I've been up to anymore and there's two angles to that so number one is I and I've felt it I felt it today and you're probably watching this and you're feeling like you felt it too which is you can use AI now and you just stand there and half the time it's just waiting for the agent to finish right it's like you're not really actively doing anything you're barely using your brain I'm just coming up with ideas off the top of my head and then see if the AI can do it it can and so the difference is AI agents handling everything for me and not just that but when we actually look at this the other thing is sometimes you can be in so deep at such a level that you've never been before with what you're creating that if something breaks you have no idea how to fix it because you weren't the one building it right the AI agent Claude was building it and so that's the other thing that's the other side of it too now there's another quote here which is work and life ran on a gift economy of small favors between humans for example can you help me get this script running each one created a little debt a little mutual awareness but Claude is faster it creates zero debt and with all of this there's a lost bid for human collaboration which is an interesting thought which is if there's no need for reciprocity anymore because AI agents can do everything and this is like you're going really deep you know you were looking at something where you'd zoom out across maybe 10-15 years here but if you're in a situation where Hermes and AI agents can just automate everything for you and we don't need humans to do anything then there's no more reciprocity between us which is quite a weird one as well now you might be wondering okay what is the point of having humans doing any work and this is something I've been contemplating as well recently and you can see here an example of where if research went wrong could Claude have done better and you can see here the there are more and more samples where the AI model so for example Claude Miphos is actually something that can do better than a human right and so you have a Claude 3 haiku back in March 2024 I remember testing it and thinking who is Claude and now we've got Claude Miphos preview and look at the improvement in the model look at the way the AI model can do better than the human and it's only taken what two years between March 2024 and April 2026 and the other thing to note here as well is you got to ask yourself here are you still hiring because for me I'm not and I feel like I'm way ahead of the curve and so usually what I see is if I'm an early adopter of a technology then the trends that I see now will play out with everyone else in three to five years that's typically how I see it and what I can see right now is that there is no need for hiring assistants so for example like a virtual assistant copywriter content creator any of those sort of things you don't need anymore and the reason for that is because all of that can be automated and done better than a human with AI and this is the worst it's going to be imagine in the future so I'm not like all doom and gloom but I am realistic and I'm like shocked by what I've created with the AgentOS system and it does blow my mind what it can do and how I don't understand how it actually works but I love what it does and it feels fun and it feels customizing it I've had great feedback on it from other people and so when it comes to this whole system you're like okay what is it what's the need for humans in three to five years when it comes to work and so Claude talk about this and they say the comparative advantage of humans as of right now is still seen in the bigger picture and thinking beyond the confines of the immediate task so planning ahead having taste differentiating between quality and not quality I'll give an example of this and this is a great example is if you ask Claude to create a website or a UI the first draft it'll create will be terrible most of the time and you just have to keep chiseling away giving it nice examples of what you want I found that a lot here right it didn't look anything like this when I first created it and so it doesn't know what good looks like sometimes when it comes to UI and what I think is really important for us as humans now is to understand okay if we're not the ones doing the work then we have to be something else right we have to be great with our ideas if you look at someone like Apple or for example Steve Jobs who created the iPhone and whatever his power wasn't really in doing the work or creating the iPhone it was coming up with the idea and seeing the future of the iPhone two different things right one of them requires a lot of hard work but less thinking and one requires deeper thinking at a level that maybe most humans are not capable of right now but it requires focus discipline and it requires patience and slowing down a little bit and I think maybe that's the future of our work as well so it's interesting to see where everything goes if you've seen this report it's amazing and well worth reading if you haven't seen it check it out and you can see here they actually talk about what happens next and it depends on two things so the one is the trend stalls and they actually recommend Claude recommends slowing down and just taking the breaks again and then the other one is the AI labs continue to see compounding efficiency gains there's no reason why it wouldn't so far seems to be improving all the time and you can see here that they actually say the role of humans at companies like Anthropic would shift because people would partner with AI systems and together they would build systems but aka you need less people on the team right if you had for example a hundred person company that could do the work of a ten thousand or a hundred thousand person organization then where does that leave most of the companies today it leaves them on a smaller scale with less humans and more AI right and AI doesn't get tired it doesn't fall asleep it doesn't get grumpy at work and that sort of thing so these are the biggest differences and then also your AI systems themselves that become capable of full recursive self-improvement and begin building their successes so what this means for example is let's say you got Claude 4.5 or 4.8 and then it could build 4.9 before we even know about 4.9 and so it just builds itself and improves itself to the point where it gets faster and better and stronger and more powerful and you can't really control it at that point and that I think is the summary of the whole setup you can see here that they actually say okay what should we do in this report and they're like if it were possible to effectively slow the development of this technology to give ourselves more time to deal with its immense implications we think that would likely be a good thing but the problem with that is everyone has to agree to that and if it's a race between companies and a competition between OpenAI and Anthropic and all the companies in China and DeepSeek and everything else are they all going to agree let's slow down and who cares about all the investments we've had and the billions of dollars that they've had in funding are they going to slow down on that no absolutely not right no one's going not everyone is going to pause on that so if Anthropic decided to pause and then everyone else decided to continue then there would be a disadvantage as a company and they would fall behind as are people actually going to slow down is that realistic no I don't think so I know unless for example government steps in and says okay we've got to stop and slow that down but I think even then to change policies and regulations that wouldn't be something that would be done overnight right that would take a long time to adapt especially for something like AI where it impacts the whole economy the whole world and there's a lot of big players with lots of big money in there right so that's basically it again I've shown you how it shocked me with building this agent operating system if you actually want to get this full system with Hermes with Hermes Javis with the voice activated AI agent the studio all of your AI agents built in an amazing mission control plus you can join our community where we have 3400 members inside the community you can ask questions get help and support whenever you need to there's always people online 24 7 which is great as well and then you get access to all my best trainings on this stuff so you can go from beginner to expert inside the airport for boarding you can learn and get new daily updates like you can see in terms of the agent os we actually update and build that every day if you want to see more about Hermes and Jarvis you can get that right here if you want to learn more about all of this different technology you can get it inside the airport for boarding and I show you exactly how to apply it to your business as well we also have four weekly coaching calls where you can jump on ask questions etc and then the whole goal of this is that you scale with a automation you learn it before everyone else does so you have a competitive advantage and you move faster because this stuff is moving at crazy speed and if you're not deep into it right now if you're not even using it properly if you don't have autonomous AI agents building stuff like this for you you're falling behind my friend get in the airport for boarding I'll see you in the next one cheers
