In this video you're going to learn how to build your own AI agent operating system with the exact prompts, the exact setup order and the exact setup running my business right now. One dashboard where all your AI agents can live, share one memory and keep working whilst you're out for a walk or at the gym or whatever you do. So by the end of this you'll know how to build the dashboard, set up the shared memory, wiring your AI agents, hand them tasks on a board, open the whole thing from your phone, anywhere in the world. And the best thing about this is you don't have to write a single line of code.
You'll see why in a minute. First, 30 seconds why this matters because the problem is probably costing you a lot of time right now. So right now for most people their AI lives is like a pile of tabs. They've got Claude here, they've got Hermes there, they've got openClaude in a terminal, notes somewhere else, nothing talks to each other and nothing remembers you.
And if you look at the research from Harvard Business Review, they actually published research showing that workers on average toggle between apps around 1,200 times a day and lose almost four hours a week just reorienting after all that switching. Now Gloria Mark's research, UC Irvine found it takes about 23 minutes to properly refocus after each interruption. So the tools are smart but you're the glue and the glue my friend is exhausted. So an agentic operating system fixes that with three pieces.
You've got one dashboard, one shared memory and one task board where agents pick up work. So let's get straight into building. So step number one is build the dashboard. You can open up Claude code, you could open up for example DeepSeek harness, whatever you prefer to build with.
So from here we can go into the harness like you can see. We can start up a new chat and I'm just going to use DeepSeek harness because I'm quite liking it right now. Now from here we're going to start with piece number one which is one screen. So when it comes to installing the dashboard we can use a simple prompt to get this set up which you can see right here.
So I'm going to say create a beautiful operating dashboard hosted locally on my computer for managing AI agents. I want a mission control home page that shows the life status of every agent, which ones are online and what they're working on. Give each agent its own section with a chat panel, a file workspace, a control room, start with Claude code, make it easy to add more agents later using the same pattern. Make it run in my browser at localhost.
So we're just going to copy that and then we can actually go into DeepSeek harness and build this out as you can see right here. So we're now going to click enter and that's just going to start building out our agentic operating system. So you can just send that and let it work. Now Claude code or DeepSeek harness or whatever you're using will build a local web app.
Mine actually runs on Next.js but you never need to know that. The same way you drive a car without naming the engine parts. When it's done it gives you a local address. So you can see our local address right here for my current mission control.
You can open that up in your browser and that's mission control. That page becomes the first thing you open every single morning and it won't be perfect on the first pass. Mine definitely wasn't. So you do what I do for every feature.
You look at it and then you tell your agent harness what's wrong in plain English. So for example the agent cards are too small. Put the sidebar on the left. Make the status update live.
Describe what you want. Review. Refine. And that loop is the entire skill.
You're not a coder in this system. You're a director and anyone watching this can direct. Now my dashboard today actually has for example Claude code. We have Hermes agent all plugged in.
We have all of our agents plugged in with custom workflows and all sorts of cool stuff. But this is how you start right. So for example you could have Hermes in there. You could have Google's anti-gravity codex Gemini free Claude code and every single feature on it from the Kanban board to the video studio.
I actually built with that same describe, review, refine loop. So nothing was hand coded by a human. Now if you hold that thought because we're actually going to use the same loop for everything else in this video later. Now if you're using DeepSea Carnage it will give you a few options.
So you can just select the ones that you want and now it's just going to run off and start doing that. So we have seven different agents wired in to our current agentic operating system and then that all plugs into one dashboard with the chat, the workspace, custom automations and shared memory. So that is the full layer of step one. Next up we're going to talk about step two which is the memory vault and this is the piece that separates a real operating system from a pile of chat tabs.
It's a piece almost everyone skips. So for example if we go over here this is my memory system and everything inside here links to our AI agents. They write inside there and they also update it as well and they pull that for context. So this is the memory system which is layer two.
Now if we want to get access to that first thing you need to do is download Obsidian. This is a free note-taking app and underneath it's just plain text files in a folder on your computer but that folder is about to become the shared brain for everything and every AI agent you run. So you can open up Obsidian, you can create a vault and give it a structure. So if we have a look this is what Obsidian looks like once it's fully completed but don't worry about that because you can actually ask Claude or DeepSeaKhanis or whatever you prefer to do this for you with one single prompt.
So we can go back to our prompts here and what we're going to do from here is we are going to say create a memory vault structure in Obsidian for my business. I want folders for goals, journals, business context, decisions and memory. Then interview me about my business, what I do, who my customers are, what I'm working on, what I've already tried and write everything into the business context folder as organized notes. That's it.
So you just copy and paste that prompt into your harness once it's completed stage one and that interview step matters as well. So instead of you just staring at a blank page wondering what to write the AI asks a new answer. So you talk your answers out loud if your tool supports voice. So for example you can do voice input on Claude or chat GPT.
I actually personally use whisper flow and then you'll get far more context down far faster than typing. Now connect the vault to your dashboard. So here's an example of when I connected Claude code to my memory vault and again you can use whatever harness you prefer and the prompt that you would use for this is simply connect my dashboard to my obsidian vault at this folder path. Every agent should read from the vault for context at the start of a session and save important outcomes, decisions and also new information back into the vault at the end.
Add goals, journal or memory pages to the dashboard that display live from the vault. And this changes everything about how AI feels to you. So for example my vault passed 1200 memories in its first month so when I open up a fresh chat with any agent it already knows my website, my contact pipeline, the goals I set on Monday and what we tried last week that didn't work. So there's zero re-explaining it anymore and there's a name for the thing you just deleted from your life.
Bot sitting. So babysitting an AI that forgot everything overnight that is all gone now and notice who owns this memory. You do because it's text files on your machine. That means there's no subscription that holds your brain hostage and any new agent that launches next year gets pointed at the same vault from day one.
So it's the same for example with DeepSea Karnas. When I was building out with DeepSea Karnas, it just got released a few days ago, I instantly plugged it into my genetic operating system and I instantly set up the memory system that links directly to that and it's literally just text files on your machine. So it looks something like this and now we're on to step number three. So you wire in your AI agents and here's where the dashboard goes from.
A nice screen to a team. Each agent installs with one or two commands and then you can add it to the dashboard with the same prompt. So if you've got a new agent, let's say for example Hermes has just dropped, you know you've got Prime Agent that came out a couple of weeks ago, DeepSea Karnas it just dropped recently, all of those can be added to your dashboard here. And the pattern is the important part, so here it is.
When you're prompting your agents to add this in, you just say add and then agent name to my dashboard using the same layouts called code. So the chat panel, workspace, control room, connected to the obsidian vault. So it reads context and writes memories like the others. And then you can do this with Hermes, with OpenClaw, you can do this with for example DeepSea Karnas, whatever you prefer to add inside the same place.
And that's it, it's the same prompt but a new name every time, which agents should you actually add? Well, only add the ones you actually use day to day, right. So for me for example I have Claude Code inside there and that's really like the builder. So what that allows me to do is like orchestrate the whole agentic operating system so that everything can be done.
So for example I can actually get Claude Code to control DeepSea, to brief Hermes. You've got other stuff like Hermes as well, Hermes is really good for just scheduling tasks and then coming back the next day. So for example if we look at Hermes over here, this is a powerful system where we have like Hermes Oracle. And what Hermes Oracle does is every single day, like clockwork, it's on a schedule and I don't have to do anything, it just gives me the history if I miss the day.
It basically shows me every single day what's trending right now and what is working right now when it comes to our content. Then we also have for example Hermes Astros and this monitors my competitors and gives me ideas for what sort of content we could create next. So Hermes is actually really really good as well for setting up custom workflows like Hermes Oracle, which you can easily set up. So each of these custom workflows that we've got inside here is a simple prompt away.
So you can say for example create a Hermes agent called Oracle. Its job is to check my competitor's sites, news each morning and write a short report into the vault flagging anything I should react to or create content around. That's basically it. Then you've got like free cloud code.
Free cloud code is just great if you want a harness that runs with a free brain. Now one thing that I'll say is you don't need to install all of them today. You know you can start with cloud code plus one more. The pattern means you can add the rest any weekend and when some brand new agent launches next month, which it will, it slots straight into your system as one more card instead of blowing your workflow up.
The system stays, the parts upgrade and step number four is the task board and this is where you stop doing the work and start assigning jobs to it. So you can give a prompt like this to create a Kanban board. Now if you're wondering what a Kanban board is, basically it's like a to do list for your AI agents. This is what it looks like.
So I can drop a task in over here and then it gets triaged and then it goes from do to ready to running to blocked or done. And that's just how we can give our agents a to do list. So the prompt for that would be add a Kanban board to my dashboard with columns for to do, in progress and done. Agents should be able to watch the board, pick up task cards, work on them in parallel and move them to done with a summary of what they did written into the vault.
So a Kanban board is just columns of task cards, simple, but once agents watch it, your morning's changed shape because I can now drop a batch of tasks into it. For example, I draft the outline for a script or check indexing on these pages or pull this week's search console numbers, go to the gym, come back, it's finished work sitting in the done column with notes in the vault explaining exactly what happened. Now the rule that makes all of this work, because this is where most people wreck their automations, you never want to automate a task you haven't done manually with the agent before. The order is manual, right?
Then assisted, then automated. So first you do the job in chat back and forth until the output is right. Then you can save a refined process and only then do you do it on the board for agents to run alone. People who skip straight to full automation usually don't get very good outputs, so I always think it's good to like do the process yourself and then you can say a prompt like save that exact process as a workflow called weekly report so an agent can run it later.
Something like that. So step number five, you've installed the, you know, you've installed the memory, you've set up custom workflows, you've set up the to-do list for your agents, you've connected all your favorite agents in one place. Now let's talk about step number five which is tailscale. Now this is a really cool free app that allows you to connect to any device, right. So you can install tailscale, it's free and it creates a private network that only your own devices can see.
So there's no exposing your computer to the internet, no router settings, you install it on your home machine, sign in and just note the host name it gives you and then from there what you can actually do is scan that QR code, install tailscale to your phone and basically it can be used on other laptops, it can be used on other devices, it could be shared with your team and so when you've got this agentic operating system you don't have to just sit behind your desk using it, you can use it from your phone for example. You could open up a browser that has your agent OS working on it and you know you just don't need to be locked to one device and that way I can access all of my different workflows and systems from one place whenever I need to. So that's a full build, dashboard, memory vault, agents, Kanban boards, anywhere access. Now let me show you what it stacks up to and then handle the three doubts probably sitting in your head.
So if you remember the numbers from before, four hours a week lost to app switching per Harvard Business Review, 23 minutes to refocus per interruption per Gloria Marx research, one screen that makes it difficult to switch between everything, whereas with this system you've got one screen with every agent on it, one shared memory, you don't need to switch between apps or tabs, you can focus and just get stuff done. Everything is saved into the vault, a new model you can just plug in from day one and you can operate this from anywhere in the world or any device. And the great thing is that my job or the tasks I work on moved up a level when I started doing this. So less doing tasks, more deciding which tasks exist and checking the output.
Now some people are going to say I'm not technical enough but you watch the whole build right, it's just one install command and then plain English prompts. You know I've helped over 3,700 business owners with this stuff and a chunk of them had never used AI before inside the AI Profitable Boarding right, they just followed the roadmap one day at a time and the system's now run. So if you can write a text message you can direct an agent. Other people say well I don't have time to do this.
The core build, the dashboard plus vault plus one agent is an afternoon. If you weigh an afternoon against four hours recovered every single week forever plus every hour of babysitting and AI that you delete, no time. It's literally the reason to build this because the system is what hands you the time back. Other people say well this will be outdated in a month but the models will be outdated in a month.
The system won't. So the dashboard, the vault, the board don't care which model sits inside them. Mine has swapped many models several times already and every swap just makes it stronger with nothing rebuilt. The faster AI moves the more this architecture matters because it's just the one stable thing that absorbs change.
If every new release makes you feel behind that feeling isn't a tools problem it's a no system problem and you just watched the fix. Now there's one more layer for you when you're ready. So that is the creative studio. Now this is the same describe, review, refine loop.
Mine has for example image generation, voice, live talk. We've got a video generator inside there. We even connected it to for example Gemini notebook which feeds research straight into the system. So we can have everything running inside one place and again all you do is you describe what you want to the agent and then it builds it in for you.
So to recap you get your agentic harness that you prefer to use. Could be for example cloud code. Then you prompt the mission control dashboard. From there you create the obsidian vault.
You let the AI interview and connect it. Wiring agents one at a time with the same pattern prompt that I showed you earlier and add the Kanban board and automate tasks in the manual assisted automated order. Then you can set up tail scale so it's all in your pocket. Now everything you saw today already exists as a finished system inside the AI profile board.
