I Build Your Custom AI Automation LIVE 🤯

I'm about to build a custom AI automation live on camera from scratch in real time so you can copy the exact same thing for your business. One of my members needed a way to take content she already had and automatically rewrite it for any audience, any niche in seconds. So I built it for a live in front of the whole community. In this video, I'm going to walk you through the entire build, the prompt, the setup, the mistakes, the fixes, everything.

And by the end, you're going to know exactly how to build this for yourself without any coding or technical experience. Just Claude and a few prompts. I'm also going to show you the four mistakes that make most AI automations produce the same boring output every single time and how to fix all four of them fast. So we have some custom automation requests that have been given, and one of them I'm going to run through today. So basically, people post like the custom automation requests here inside the AI Platform Boardroom, and then I build them out for you. Right. And so this is super useful for you to see because you learn how to basically automate anything.

And you're going to learn how I approach automations and what I do right here. Right. So we're going to run straight through this. So basically, Christine was asking, like, how to create content using AI.

Right. So, for example, what this can do is I rewrite content or what they should do is rewrite content. So, for example, someone is let's say they've got a blog about SEO, but then they want to rewrite that content so that it talks about the same sort of process. But it's like, oh, here's how to do it for lesson planning instead.

And so what we're going to do here is look at some of the best ways to create content using AI by tackling it from different angles. Let's have a look at the brief here. All right. So you can see this is what Christina has done so far.

And she's trying to use it to to write content directly. So let's have a look and just test this out first. We're going to test out this prompt. I've got some ideas already on how we can improve this prompt to get better outputs.

And basically, this is based on an input case study. Right. So you put the case study that's originally about something else and then it should rewrite that case study to tackle a different angle. Right.

So basically rewrite it so that it's focused on helping teachers instead. All right. So let's try this out. And we've also got an example output right here.

So let's have a look at this. Yeah, this is this is a little bit messy. And so I'm going to approach it completely differently. So we've got an example case study here that we need to run through the AI using some custom instructions so that it can rewrite it and change it to tackle a different angle.

So let's try out the original prompt from this so far from Christina. Let's have a look at this. So interesting. So I'm going to edit this to come up with more relevant example use cases and make it super actionable.

This is good. This is much better. And then it comes up with visuals, the script, the duration, and then also which part of the script this is focused on. And so I would just give it custom instructions to edit your prompt so that it's more relevant to the topic that you're talking about.

Right. And if it's whatever the problem is, I don't really see a massive problem in the original. But I think the biggest issue was that it would always pick the same tasks. Right.

And so there's a few ways I would approach this. Number one, add this at the top to the prompt. And then number two, when you're prompting AI, give it a list of things to avoid. Right.

So for example, if you're looking at a prompt and you're like, oh, it's using the same things over and over again. Whatever things are that keep being repeated and that to the prompt, just tell it to avoid those. Also, I would use Claude instead of ChatGPT, right, because ChatGPT is OK, but it's not great for writing. Like any sort of writing that we do in my business, we're always using Claude, not ChatGPT.

The final thing I would say here is if you are doing this regularly for us, for example, anything that we do regularly inside the business, we create a project for. And I would attach inside the project a list of example files that you like, plus inside the custom instructions, list out the repetitive tasks you want to avoid. So that's four ways you can make the prompt better. So you can change the prompt with like important instructions, avoiding it being repetitive.

Number two is you can give it a list of things to avoid, which is super useful because then it's, ah, I know what to avoid. I know how to stop repeating them. Number three is if you're doing any sort of writing tasks with AI, always use Claude instead of ChatGPT, you'll get much better outputs from it and it just feels a lot more human. And then finally, create a Claude project, right, and attach a list of example pieces of content you like, plus inside the instructions, list out the repetitive tasks you want to avoid.

Those four things will help you a lot. Awesome. All right. So we have answered the next automation.

What I do every day is basically I answer these custom automation requests and then I build them out live, like you can see. So for example, like Michael yesterday, we built our custom automation for him. We actually built our custom GPT. Today, we looked at the request from Christina and we showed her exactly how we would improve the prompt and what we do, and then we create a custom video.
