Your Hermes agent is probably way less powerful than it could be right now. And in this video, I'm going to fix that. I'm answering the exact questions that are stopping people from getting real results with Hermes agent. So you can stop guessing, stop wasting time and actually get this agent working for you.

By the end of this video, you're going to know exactly how to set up Hermes. So it runs faster, runs from anywhere including your phone and start saving you hours every single week. Let's get into it. Today, we are going to be running through, first of all, Q and A's inside the AI Profit Boardroom.

Then we'll be doing some, we'll be building out some custom agents later with Hermes agent as well. And I'll be showing you exactly how to use this. We'll also be looking at some ways you can use Hermes agent for free. And I'm just going to crack straight into it.

So if you are not familiar with the AI Profit Boardroom, this is my community and people post inside here like questions every single day. Right? And so one thing that I want to run through is some of the latest questions that people are asking and how you can use this stuff. And I think a lot of the questions that people have inside our community will be very useful to answer for anyone watching.

And the other cool thing about this as well is like you can just get a feel for what the community is like and everything else. Right? So for example, Joaquin is asking, my Mac mini is having performance issues with RAM. In this situation, were the memory RAM of the Mac mini getting stuck and is it better to have open core on a VPS?

Which is a great question. So the way that I typically look at this is I'll use something like LM studio to help me figure this out. Right? So when, if you're running local models, which it sounds like you are Joaquin, when you're doing this, what you want to do is make sure that you're using something like LM studio to help you figure out, okay, which models are the best.

So for me, for example, I'm recording this from a Mac studio. And if you're using LM studio where you can download and use local models with open core Hermes, you can go to the agent section over here. And then from here you can start scrolling down and deciding whether these agent, these models are best for you. So you see how it says likely too large, et cetera.

That means these models are not a good fit for my current setup on a Mac studio. Right. Whereas for example, if we went to a smaller, more lightweight model, then it would be a lot more efficient and easier to use. You can see here, for example, this is much easier to use than these bigger models.

So that's something you want to bear in mind. And then also, yeah, you can use open core on a VPS. Just be careful with security there. And also one of the other things I would say here is like, when I'm using these AI agents, one of the best things I've found between Hermes and open core is that Hermes is pretty lightweight, right?

If you're using something like Hermes agent instead of open core, it's a lot more lightweight. So I'd recommend that instead if you're struggling there and then, yeah, you can always use VPS, but if you're just using like Hermes and API, you should be good to go. It shouldn't be a problem. Let's see what else we've got here inside the questions.

Vinay has just joined. Welcome here, Vinay. Shout out to Vinay for joining. What else have you got here?

Someone was asking about which Hermes variant I was using on a certain video, right? So before I get into that, Mohammed says, do you recommend using Claude agent SDK? Actually, I don't think it's, I don't think it's necessary for 99% of people, right? Unless you're really struggling with stuff.

I think the reason that people use Claude agent SDK is because you can't use OAuth, so you can't log in with Claude anymore and open core and Hermes. So you can use agent SDK. I just, I think for 99% of people watching this, like it's too technical to set up and it's also not necessary if you've got something like Hermes agent as well. So I would just go with Hermes agent.

So someone else was asking, what's my Hermes setup in this particular example, right? So you can see my Hermes here, right? So we're actually using something called Hermes workspace with Hermes agent. And the way that you can set this up is you just run through the setup instructions here.

So it's a one line in store. And once you've done that, it will be set up like this. We can just log in. And yeah, this is a lot nicer as a UI versus something like the normal T, right?

The only thing I don't like is a pop-up says super annoying. So let me show you an example here. All right. So you can see over here, for example, this is Hermes workspace.

And then if we go to the terminal and I'll show you what Hermes looks like side by side, that's Hermes inside the terminal, right? And which one is nicer and easy to use for sure is Hermes workspace. Yeah. Personally, I prefer Hermes workspace.

The other thing I would say is whenever you're using these sort of external add-ons, for example, like Hermes workspace, or yesterday I covered some others, just check them first, make sure you're comfortable with them. You can look for all the files or you can actually grab the GitHub link and then give it to Claude to check it as well. And just make sure you're not installing anything or giving the access to anything that you're not comfortable with, right? There's something to be careful of as well.

Cause these are all like open source projects. They're free. They're pretty cool to use, but you just need to be careful with them as well. This was pretty cool as well.

So Jad actually created this awesome process flow here and then explain the whole flow. So what I like about this community as well, we're just sharing and learning and growing together. That's the goal for everyone here. It's like, we want to learn, we want to grow, et cetera.

Right. Steven says who else doesn't like the terminal? What's the better setup? So I would recommend something like if you're using AI agents, it depends what you're using, but if you're using Hermes, like Steven is, then I would recommend that you go with something like Aon UI.

Aon UI is pretty nice. You can see how much nicer and easier it is to use in the terminal. And then the other one, and also you can manage board, you can manage open core inside there. So that's pretty cool.

And then the other one that I recommend is Hermes workspace, which we've already covered. Steven says would be nice if I could use the Hermes UI on the iPhone. I think you might be able to actually, let me just double check it. Yeah.

You can actually use it from your iPhone on Hermes workspace. So there you go. I'm glad we, I'm glad you asked that question. That's a great question.

So if you're using Hermes workspace, right, then you can connect it to your iPhone, for example, here. So the way that you do that is you open up Hermes workspace on your iPhone, tap the share button, add it to home screen, and then you can just connect to it anytime you want. Right. So that's how you can use Hermes workspace on your iPhone.

It's also available for Android too. And that means you can just connect to your iPhone with Hermes workspace. Or what you can also do is this, what I've done in the past is you can just, you can set this up with telegram or WhatsApp, whatever you prefer, right? It doesn't have to be Hermes workspace.

So that's another good option. This was cool as well. So if you've not tested out hyper frames, Paul actually shared his results with hyper frames right here, and he actually created an awesome video with hyper frames, right? This is super powerful if you're using Hermes agent.

So what this allows you to do is it allows you to create awesome videos with your AI agents, right? You can actually connect this to Hagen as well. So if you want to add like an avatar character to your videos as well, but the point here is you can actually create awesome videos using Hermes hyper frames. And you, all you do is you literally just take this GitHub URL, you use a quick start here, give it the command, like and then it can actually just go off and create videos for you.

If you want to see an example of that, let me find a example. So here's an example that we actually did with a Hermes agent and you can just create videos like this directly from here. So it's pretty cool. Julian, what hardware should I run?

I would go with a Mac. If you can get a Mac studio, that's pretty good. Honestly, like you need something more powerful than that. I think you need a really good setup like a Mac mini or a Mac studio or run Jemma for like fine, totally fine.

But it depends how good you want your setup. But again, like if you want like cool models, but for a cloud and you don't have a powerful setup, you can always just run something like a Lama as well. I don't know many people have a really good setup for local AI. And I don't know a lot of people that are getting really good results of it.

But from what I've tested, like Mac studio works the best for me as well. You can also get an RTX, but I just, I don't like using windows. So that's why I don't recommend using windows instead. But yeah, that's basically, I think we've handled all the latest questions inside the air profitable community.

If you want me to answer your questions on the next one, I'm going to start doing this daily and just running through the latest Q and A. So I think it's super useful for everyone watching. And also, for example, like Steven has questions in between and we just help people as we go along the same with Mohammed. So I appreciate that.

So yeah, if you join the air profitable link in the description and go to the air profitable.com, you can actually ask questions inside the community. And if it's something that requires video, I'm happy to help you for it and that sort of thing. The other cool thing about this community is we have over 150 seven pages of testimonials, as you can see right here. So loads of people winning with this stuff, loads of people may get an awesome results.

Lots of people enjoying it. It's just a great community with good vibes. I feel like it's a group of friends, not really just like a an AI automation community. And I think that's good as well.

Cause you can connect with people, you can make lifelong connections. You can meet people who are doing similar things to you and you can get it all inside here. So feel free to get that. And you can also connect with me personally.

Thanks for joining. So Hermes agent has just become the biggest, most trending popular app in the world, right? Which is crazy for AI agencies. So you can see the global rankings right here.

This is on open router, which is one of the most popular platforms in the world for using AI. And you can see that Hermes agent has overtaken open core, which is crazy stuff.
