NEW Agent OS Makes Claude 100X Better!

Claude Agentic OS: One Dashboard for All Your AI Agents (Shared Memory, Automation, Fusion & Hermes Jarvis)

The script showcases a “Claude Agentic operating system” that centralizes multiple AI agents and models in one dashboard with a shared memory, mission control, and a pipeline that takes ideas to built apps with minimal approval steps. It highlights built-in tools like Hermes with API profiles, live chat, and voice control via a Jarvis-style layer, plus one-click generation for images, video (including AI avatars), voice, and music, with workspaces that save and preview everything created. The system integrates new model releases (e.g., Groq Build, GLM 5.2, Kimi K 2.7) and uses a Fusion panel where multiple models debate with a judge model for high-stakes decisions, providing resilience when models are removed. It automates daily workflows like SEO and content production using multi-agent teams and a quality-control judge, and promotes access via the AI Profit Boardroom with tutorials, updates, and coaching.

This new Claude Gentic operating system is absolutely wild. So what we've basically built here is all of our agents inside one single dashboard so that we can control and build whatever we want. For example, if we have an idea, we can just go from idea to app in literally one single click. My agents have a full to-do list, as you can see right here, where they plan, we approve or not, then they go off and build, and then we can actually preview what they've previously built, like you can see right here, and automate anything.

And there's so much more to this. So, for example, we've got Hermes built in over here. We've got profiles for every single API that we've plugged into Hermes. We can also have a live conversation with it.

And not just that, but we can actually voice control our Hermes agent with our voice, and it's activated. It can actually sit in warm mode, and then we can have a wake mode, sorry, a wake word over there ready to go at any time. We can also see the full conversation of what we've done over here. We can see everything that we've built and preview it and see much more too.

And this is super powerful. On top of that, we can generate images. We can generate videos. We can generate voice.

We can generate music in one single click. And we can even generate videos, including AI avatar videos that are ready to go. And we've got a full workspace with everything saved inside our video agent section here as well. This is super powerful.

Now, not just that, but anytime something new comes along, so, for example, like Grok build came out recently as a new upgrade, and it's become a lot better. So, we actually build that into the full system to automate whatever we want right here. And then, for example, GLM 5.2, this is right up there with Claude Opus itself, probably the only serious model, especially open source, that actually rivals Claude Opus. And we've already plugged it into the system like you can see.

So, every time something new comes out, we can add and create new things and start building it in. So, this is super powerful because what we've got here is a full system, a full dashboard ready to go. And I show you this not to boast, but to really sort of teach you what's possible with agents and Claude and everything else. Because Claude is super powerful, but most people waste it by parking a Ferrari in a garage and just using it inside Claude chat or inside the terminal.

And they don't really get the full power of it. Like they can't even find anything they've built, for example. Whereas with this, we've got everything saved in one place. We've got all of our agents working together.

If we want to bounce ideas off different agents, what we can actually do is we can go to the agent mastermind section over here, where you see all of the previous conversations that we've had. We can get Claude talking to Hermes. I can say, okay, what's a good tool to build? And then say, hey guys, what do you think about this?

And they'll just go off and critique Claude. And then anytime we get something good, guess what? That goes into the pipeline so that we can start building again. We also have like this full SEO section over here.

And we have a game studio even. And then anything that I do day to day, so you can see, for example, like this, we can just automate that in one single click so that we've got these workflows ready to go. And we just save time whenever we want. The other thing I would say here, and this is what most people are missing out on, is a memory galaxy.

So most people, they don't have their memories organized in one place. And if that's you, definitely work on fixing this. Because if you don't have an agentic operating system where your agents have a memory and they can work together, well, how are you going to have the time to re-explain context to all of your agents? They don't store memory very well natively.

But if you have a system like this where they can all plug in, they can see what you've done recently, you can see and organize what everyone's done recently, and you can see your recent logs in terms of what's been done lately. So for example, this was just updated two minutes ago, as we were building everything else. Well, isn't that powerful? Absolutely.

So this is the sort of stuff you want to build into your systems. And if you haven't done it already, definitely recommend it. The other thing I would say is recently, of course, Fable 5 from Claude got banned. That means the model got taken out.

Now, one of the biggest issues with that is like, if it gets banned, for example, if you've got your workflows built around this, well, then everything stops. What we've actually done is if it's like, oh, okay, Claude gets dropped, no problem. We'll plug in 4.8, right? Or we'll plug in Fusion, which we've got here, which actually on benchmarks beats Fable 5, because you've got five models working together, which is always going to get you better results if you've got the right judge that can fuse that right in.

And so, for example, we can use this Fusion panel here with the OpenRouter API and just plug in our prompts and then build anything that we want. And it's pretty insane what you could do with that, right? So this is the sort of stuff I would recommend thinking about, because if you don't have a system where you've organized everything, you're missing out on like 99% of the potential of AI. And it's really something that most people have not seen build, but they should have.

It will save you so much time. I mean, imagine, for example, if you do something every day, like, for example, I do SEO every day. Imagine that I could just go in and just organize that in one click. And before this might take me, for example, like an hour to log into the websites, organize the content, edit it, quality control it.

We can just have that ready to go. The other thing that I would say here with this agentic operating system is that we can easily build teams of agents working together with the newest, latest updates. So as an example of this, right, we have inside here a content Kanban board where we can automate based on our keyword. We literally just type in our keyword here or the topic that we want to cover.

And then we can automate a video and we can automate a blog post that's automatically posted to our websites. Now, the other crazy thing about this, right, is that when this has been generated, we have multiple different agents, content, SEO, and video agents, as you can see right here, that work together to make sure that content is the best it can be. Now, what we have on top of that to make sure the content is even better is we have a judge inside the team that looks at the content, gives his team a verdict. And if it's like four out of 10, mate, it's going back around and you're going to loop around until you get it done properly.

And so these are the sort of systems that would never be possible if you were just using, for example, Cloud Desktop, or if you were just using, for example, Hermes in your terminal. And, you know, like these are things that are super powerful. And so if you're not using systems like this, you're missing out. I definitely recommend it.

And again, like I just say that to inspire you, because I want you to know that there's a powerful way to get the most out of AI that 99% of people have not thought of yet. And this is really the future. This is the way that I see everything going. I think that, you know, in the future, we'll have companies that are running off these sort of dashboards because otherwise, how are you going to manage and organize and plug in the power of all these CLIs?

Like, for example, we're talking about Fusion. If you have multiple models working together, they are way more powerful than if, for example, you have one model working alone, because, you know, great minds all working together tend to critique each other and review each other's work better and get better quality control. And so, for example, when GLM 5.2 came out and then Kimi K217 came out, guess what we did? We plugged them in.

But you can't do that if you're just using, for example, like the normal sort of terminal with Claude or Hermes or OpenClaude or whatever. So I call this system the Goldie Dream Team, right? So you've got the Claude agent operating system and you plug in all your best models, Claude, GLM 5.2, whatever you prefer to use. That goes into agent operating system with one shared memory.

And then that comes out as a content or the automations or whatever you want to automate from there. So all the automations, all the stuff that I work on day to day, I'll automate inside the agent operating system and then it's good to go. And so, you know, you can plug in every frontier model, you can have one team, you can have one shared memory, you can build whatever you want. And this is working 24 seven whilst you're not even there.

Now, the first thing that we have here is a mission control so we can see the progress and the status of all our agents. And the thing to note here is like most people run one AI, one tab at a time, one model, no memory, everything by hand, and that's a mess. So for example, we go to Claude AI over here, there's no way I'm going to get half as much done inside here because it's just not organized. Whereas I can customize this exactly how I want it.

I can make everything exactly how I want it. And that's the secret to all of this, right? Now, if you go back over here, the way that I look at this is we run every top model on one screen sharing one brain that knows everything about me. And so we can plug this in, we can build whatever we want.

And there's some really interesting stuff that you can do with this. So let me show you some examples of a couple of things we've built recently using the new updates from GLM 5.2. And we got Claude to plug that all into our system. So for example, we built this.

As you can see, it's like an open world game, pretty nice, very smooth, super easy to use, and it's ready to go. It's saved inside a workspace so we can come back to it at any time. Now, you could do this websites with apps, with games, with tools, whatever you want. The main thing is you can build something absolutely amazing.

I mean, look at this as well. Here's another example of what we built recently. This is like a full Minecraft game and you can see the power of this. Now, this is using a combination of GLM 5.2 and Claude working together inside our agent operating system.

And literally, I just say, Claude, go off, start organizing this, use the power of this, test this out, compare Opus 4.8 and Kimi K217 code side by side, stuff like that. And then you can quickly get these models working for you, but you're not spending all the time setting up and going back and forth and messing around, right? Like this is a whole world that we've created in one single click using the same sort of process I'm describing to you. Here's another example.

So this is like a pretty cool game that we built out. Look how futuristic it feels and looks, and this is wild stuff. And this is barely even touching the surface of what you could do. Now, some people say, well, you don't need that setup.

I actually think you do. And the reason that I think you do is because, for example, if you're doing something every single day, you've got to automate it as soon as you can, because if you don't, your competitors will, and it'd be very difficult for you to compete. And so the way that I look at it is the more I can automate and the more quality control I can build into those systems, the better the outputs and the faster I can move. And that's how we can, for example, move so fast with stuff like this.

So like before, and you might feel like this as well. So before I had 14 AI tabs open, no idea which one to use. Every model was kind of working on its own. None of them knew anything about me.

I had to re-explain who I was at the start of every single chat. I would have to get my team to edit things by hand or write SEO content by hand or log into websites by hand for hours. And, you know, the other problem is as well that you've got all these different things that are super hard to manage and make the most of. Then I wired every model into the Claude agent or print system that we've built, the dream team.

And now after doing this, every top model sits on one screen and shares one memory of my whole business. I can point the cheap model at the grind stuff. I can get a local model working on some stuff. I can have Hermes editing and creating SEO content like you saw before, and I can hand it a job, walk away, and it's done when I come back.

So you can have this too. It's the same models, it's just a separate system. And that's what we're building out here. And you might say, well, this is too technical for me.

I don't know how to get started, et cetera. So a lot of AI Profit Boarding members I've seen, are getting awesome results with this, and they're setting this up themselves, right? So I know like if all these people and I can do this and none of us are technical, none of us are coders or developers or programmers, then if we can do it, you can do it, right? You're at the point now with AI where you can build anything you can imagine.

So why not build the best thing that you possibly can? And that's what we're doing right here. So I'll show you a few things that we built recently that are new. So one of them is GLM 5.2 with the CLI and also built into Hermes.

And you might say, well, why don't you use Claude Opus 4.8? The thing is, with Claude Opus 4.8, number one, you're limited on tokens, whereas GLM 5.2 is a lot cheaper. And then number two, when you're doing this, you can't plug Claude into Hermes, but you can plug GLM 5.2. You can plug KimiK 2.7 into that.

And that's the difference. And also if you look, GLM 5.2 is beating GPT 5.5 on coding, which is wild when you think about it. And then also you've got Fusion. So these are really for the calls where you need to have the right decision.

So Fable 5 obviously got taken down. That left a gap for the big can't be wrong decisions, the ones where you want more than one brain working on it. So we plugged in Fusion and the power of it into this agent operating system as well, which means you have a whole panel of models debating your questions with web search. And then a judge model reads the debate and writes a final answer.

That's how the whole system works. Pretty amazing. Now, some people say, won't that use up a lot of tokens, blah, blah, blah. But you don't run it for everything.

You just run it for the big important stuff where you need something super powerful. That's it. Also Hermes. Hermes can now create content.

It can write SEO content. It can create videos. And this is super powerful as well. So we can drop in one sentence into that Kanban board that I gave you before.

And then Hermes works in the background. It can create videos. It can create SEO articles. It can build apps as well.

So how do we build the apps? We build them over here. How do we build the video content? We've got the video agent.

How do we create the SEO content and deploy it to five websites? Here you go, right? That's what we're doing. That's how we're building this stuff out.

And some people say, well, I'm not technical. This sounds hard to set up, but if you can paste one line of type, what you want in plain English, you can run this. That's the power of this stuff. So with this, you've got like every top model, one dashboard, one shared memory.

It knows your code. Route around any model to the whole bench. Hermes, creating content for you. You've got cheap models doing the grinding and you can have jobs running in the background.

Whereas like the old ways, you would have a different tab for every model. You're explaining yourself over and over again. If a model stops working or stops being effective, and we saw that with Claude recently, then before all your systems would be down. Now you can just switch around them and move around them.

So it makes you a lot more flexible as well. And one of my favorite parts of this is the pipeline. So you go from idea, you sort and plan it, you approve it, the agents build it. And there's minimal input from you.

So if we go to the pipeline section over here, we can just build and automate whatever we want. And all I have to do is approve the stuff that we've got. See, it's as simple as that. And so it's super simple and easy to set up from here and we can just get it done.

And then also the cool thing is, once you've got it saved in one place, like for example, this website, we can just come back and view that or deploy that whenever we need to. It's ready to go. And that's the power of this stuff. And I'm not seeing anything else like that.

It's a AI agent powered idea board that actually gets stuff done. So you can go from ideas to implementation like as soon as possible. And then of course you've got Hermes Jarvis, which again is something super unique. I've not seen many people doing.

So with Hermes Jarvis, what we've got over here, for example, is a voice activated AI version of Hermes Agent. And this one kind of feels like the future. You know, you've got Hermes Jarvis is a voice layer. You don't type, you just talk, you say what you want and it runs the agents, checks your stuff, builds hands-free for you whilst you do something else.

So you can say, okay, check this morning's leads, draft a reply for each, and it'll pull the leads, write the replies and read you back the summary. That is wild. And it's all inside one screen. So you can see, for example, at the studio, we have the thumbnail studio, we have Notebook 11 plugged in as well, Kanban, the memory system, the music agent, the game studio, the agent mastermind group chat, the mission control, much more as well, but that's basically it.

And the other thing some people say is like, I need to pick one AI and master it. But honestly, like the people winning are running them inside the agent operating system so they can orchestrate all their agents together. Other people say, well, running this much stuff must cost a lot of tokens, but you only use what you need. You don't need to use all of this.

You can just plug in a couple of models. So you can use a couple of agents or you can use free APIs and local models and also free models on Hermes with News Portal. Like for example, Step 3.7 Flash and Nemetron 3 Ultra are both free with News Portal if you log into Hermes. And other people say, well, I'll wait until this settles down.

And honestly, every day you wait, you're falling behind. Like people like me are just learning this stuff and implementing it ASAP. You saw that there's 3,600 members inside the Air Profit Boarding as well. It's like, if you don't move on this stuff, someone you know or someone in your industry or someone you're competing with probably will.

So you want to start learning this stuff as soon as you can so you never feel behind. So that's basically it. I hope it shows you the power of this stuff and how important it is and also how much more useful it is now that you can have all your agents orchestrated like this in one place with the memory, with your workflows in one click, with basically anything that you want to automate is ready to go in there. Now, if you want the full agent operating system and to connect with 3,600 members, daily tutorials, a 30-day roadmap for this stuff, you can get it inside the Air Profit Boarding.

You've also got one dashboard for every model. We update that system daily as well so you can get the new zip file every day with the new updates. And that's all inside the Air Profit Boarding right here. Now, also what I do is I answer with video tutorials daily, the questions inside here.

Inside the classroom, you get access to all my best lessons and learning. So for example, if you want to get the agent operating system, you can get that over here. And we add new daily tutorials based on what's dropped so you can get step-by-step guides, video tutorials, and a roadmap on exactly how to implement this stuff. If you're a complete beginner, you can go from beginner to expert over here.

And if you want to get weekly coaching calls, we've got four weekly coaching calls where you can jump on the call, share your screen, ask questions, et cetera. Inside the map, you can actually connect with people in your local city and area who are using AI agents like you. And this is all available in the Air Profit Boarding. Link in the comments description, or just go to the aiprofitboarding.com to get access.

Thanks for watching. Cheers, bye-bye.
