This new Hermes agent operating system is absolutely wow. We've actually got GPT 5.6 plugged into the system right here. And today I'm going to talk you through the Hermes agent army, which is a powerful system where we've got, for example, Hermes Apollo, Hermes Oracle, Hermes Astro such out over here. We have goal mode plugged in.
We even have an email outreach tool with Hermes agent. And this all connects to our whole system. So, for example, if we want to generate AI films, we can do that over here with open montage. If we want to edit videos, we can do that with a video editor.
If we want to use open code, we've got that plugged in over here. If we want to generate images, we've got that inside this system. So we can pretty much automate and build anything using the agent OS. And today I'm going to talk you through the Hermes agent army.
So you've got one command and a whole army of agents. And the thing is, most people running AI are like one chatbot. Inside the agent OS, Hermes is an army. We've got over 30 profiles, 14 different stations, voice command, 24-7 radar, outreach and SEO squads.
And every mission actually saves inside my memory vault. So we've actually got this memory system where everything that we do with our agents is plugged into the system. All of our other agents, Claude, everything else gets updated automatically using our obsidian vault. And this is all plugged into this amazing system right here.
So let's talk about why we do this and why this matters. So back in the day, you know, I don't know about you, but if you're using, for example, Hermes desktop or Hermes terminal, the problem is that you are the only employee of your AI, right? So you'd have like one chat window and you're basically the second, which means every job you're typing, you're waiting, you're copying and pasting the answer somewhere. Then assign the next one, research, outreach, SEO, video.
These are all like one at a time workflows typically. And so previously for me, my AI was smart, but it was just one worker. And I was its manager, its courier, its filing clerk. I was basically the employee running the whole team.
And then I turned one Hermes agent into an army inside my agent OS. So now one command line reaches over 30 different AI agents. I've got a radar that watches my competitors whilst an outreach squad fills my pipeline with new leads. I talk to it out loud whilst it builds, missions run in parallel whilst I sleep and every exchange water saves to my vault so the army never forgets a thing.
And this is the same agent you can get access to. It's just Hermes, but it's how it's organized that really makes the difference. So let me show you an example here. If we go into Hermes agent, I've got, for example, Hermes Apollo plugged in.
And with Hermes Apollo, we can actually build and speak to it in real time. So if I say, Hey, how's it going today? You can see that actually replies. I'm not going to play the sound because I don't think it'll sound very good on this video, but you can see that it's replying over here and it speaks back to us.
We can also see our full transcript of what we've been talking about over here. And then we have everything that we've built with it. So it can even build websites with my voice and I just give it the commands. That is unbelievable.
And 99% of people don't know how to do that. We can also have it in wall mode and we can speak to it. It's, it can wake on a wake word. We can have it run in the background.
The same, for example, with Hermes Astros. This is monitoring my competitors 24 seven. So this is the sort of stuff we're talking about here. And you know, you might say, well, that sounds technical.
How'd you get this set up? So we've actually got the AI profit boardroom where you can get the agent OS system from us, but we've got over 200 different wins and testimonials from this. So these are all non-technical people. I'm non-technical myself.
I'm not a coder or anything like that. And the great thing about this is that if they can do it and I can do it, you can do it too, right? Whether you build it yourself or whether you use our system. And so let's talk about why this is so important.
So the problem here is like you've hired a genius and you've made it a typist. And here's the problem with how almost everyone runs AI, including me for far too long, which is you've got the smartest employee in history, right? Hermes agent, but it's just sitting in a chat window or sitting in a desktop app. And its entire job is waiting for you to type.
It can't start anything on its own. It can't watch your competitors overnight. It can't send the outreach, plan, the cluster, build the page whilst you're on a call because the moment you stop typing, it stops working. Uh, if you, for example, have to go into any app and command your agents to do something, then you are the bottleneck.
You're slowing yourself down. And the worst thing is that if it gets you between sessions, it can only do one thing at a time. And every AI that you subscribe to after that lives in its own silo within its own tab. So most people, for example, have Claude in one tab, then they have chat chibity inside the browser.
And then they have Hermes inside the terminal. It's super messy. So the problem here is not the model. The problem is that one chat window turns an army grade agent into a single typist and you into his secretary.
So the fix isn't the smarter model, it's organization. And that's the framework that we're talking about today, which is the Hermes agent army of five divisions. And an army isn't a crowd, it's organized. Mine has five different divisions and each one is the thing you can actually build.
So you command, and then we've got the radar, the watches. If you wonder what the radar is, that is the system right here. And basically this is Hermes Oracle. Every 24 hours, it gets consulted.
It pulls in the latest AI automation news. If we need to create any social media content or SEO content, we just click this button, we're ready to go. But it's also really interesting for just staying up to date with all the latest news inside our industry. And then we have the outreach agent.
So this is the system over here where we can basically send emails. We can generate leads in one single command. We can send email campaigns. We can have everything managed inside our inbox.
We've our agents, so we can actually send, manage our emails for us. Then we have the SEO squad that can write for us. So for example, if we go down to the SEO section over here, we can create SEO content just by plugging in a keyword, plugging in a case study, generating it, and then it will deploy blogs to our website in like one single click. Here's an example.
So if we click on this button, you can see that we have this blog fully generated. I don't need to log in or anything like that. And then finally we have the studio builds. So if you have a look, for example, if we go to the Hermes over here.
When we click on the studio, we can generate images, videos, and voice in like one single click using Hermes agent. It's like a custom made SAS workblog, but it's built with your Hermes agent. So it's free, it's open source, and you're good to go on that. And so this is a really, really powerful system.
And this is an army of agents. It's not just you using one job at a time. So if you look at the old way versus the new way, it's the same AI underneath, but it's a completely different business because one of them scales past your keyboard, one of them doesn't rely on you typing. So if we look at the old way, it's just you and one chat window, one job at a time, you're the courier, you type a prompt, you wait, you copy the answer out by hand.
It's one job at a time. You're the queue, you re-explain your business every session. There's no radar, there's no outreach, there's no voice, just chat. You close the tab, you lose your work and AI stops the second you stand up.
That is 99% of people on the planet right now using AI. With our system, you can run like 10 different missions at once, hands-free. So you've got one command line, types are spoken out loud. So you can use the voice agent or you can type.
You've got loads of different agent profiles you can switch between. So one thing that I really like to do with Hermes agent is I will actually create inside the chat here, multiple different profiles, depending on the model that I'm using. So for example, Grok 4.5 comes out. Guess what?
We plug it in. GPC 5.6 comes out. Guess what? We plug it into Hermes.
If we've got, for example, local models we like, we can just run local models with Hermes over here. And so we can switch between all these different profiles, which means that we have way more tools and way more variations of Hermes with different APIs that we can run at the same time. And then we actually have over 14 stations inside the system. I've just shown you a little glimpse.
We have missions that fan out and run in the background and every exchange is autosafety of all. So for example, if we go over to Hermes down here inside the memory, right? So this is our memory vault. Every single one of these nodes is a little memory inside our system.
And if we go to the recent section here, we can see that Hermes Apollo just updated five minutes ago. Why is that? It's because we're talking to Hermes and it automatically logs a context to our system so that all of our AI agents can understand what we've just done and never forget a thing, which is super frustrating. For example, if you're using like Claude, if you ask it what you just did with Hermes, it doesn't know.
It doesn't know. So that's why you want that memory system where you can instantly get all of that context in. And that army just works whilst you sleep as well, which is beautiful. Now you also might say, okay, you know, I already pay for chat GPT.
I pay for Claude. Isn't this just another thing, but the army doesn't replace what you pay for. It orchestrates it. Your Claude subscription, your Codex, your GPT, each one becomes a soldier in the ranks, commanded from the same line, sharing the same role.
So you stop juggling their tabs and you start commanding them together and then nothing you own gets wasted or just get set up inside the same system and orchestrated. So this is really, really cool. And then we have Hermes, which is commander, right? So we have Hermes the commander.
We've got all these systems that link directly to it. We have the content writer, the local SEO machine. We have Jarvis, the voice, we have the daily vaults inside our memory system. We have the SEO machine.
We also have even a game developer. So if we scroll down here, we actually have the game studio and we can generate games on the spot just by plugging in a single prompt. That's how amazing this stuff is. And so this all works together in one beautiful system.
You can save time and you also might say, this looks way too technical to set up, but like I've shown you, you know, we've got 200 pages of wins from non-technical people. Myself, I don't know how to write HTML. I don't know how to code. I just built it based on solving the problems that I had with AI currently and just create the system and then shared it with everyone inside the Aircraft Reborn community.
That's what we're talking out here. You can also do the fan out, which is missions in parallel. So this is where the army stops being a metaphor and Hermes can delegate missions in the background. So you can hand the job to another profile and keep the chat line free.
How does that work? So basically we have a squad leader that plans a mission and then it sends all of those tasks via our Kanban board through our different agents. So for example, we go to our Kanban board here. We can orchestrate our agents by typing in this task and then it gets fanned out to different agent profiles.
So if you want to see an example of that in agent, let's check out the content Kanban board here. We have a video and a blog post that were fully generated using the system. We have a judge, we have a video director, we have a video builder. So the judge quality controls the work, the builder creates a video, the director directs the builder on how to create it.
And you have this beautiful system where all of your agents being orchestrated as a team, which is unbelievable. You also might say, okay, will parallel agents just produce parallel AI slot, parallel garbage, which, you know, is a fair question. But when the army shares one brain, when every soldier reads the same vault, your voice, your office, your standards, the 10 background missions come back sounding like you because they're using that obsidian vault, the memory galaxy that understands your brand, your voice, your goals, your projects. And it doesn't just sound like 10 random freelancers trying to coordinate together.
So this is how it all works together and how powerful it is. You also might say, doesn't this use a lot of tokens? But actually no, because you can use free models. We actually have token minimization playbooks inside the AI profile board as well.
And then also when you're using the systems, you can use what you already pay for and just plug it in. So for example, Grok 4.5, I was already subscribed to Twitter, so I just plugged it into Hermes, doesn't cost me anything extra, right? Cheapty 5.6, Frontier model, right up there with Fable 5, but we don't pay anything extra because I was already subscribed to chat, Cheapty. HY3, that is a free API.
You can plug into the system. It doesn't cost you anything. Omniroot, free system you can plug in to use AI agents, doesn't cost you anything. Right?
That's how this works. And so you can get the most out of this without spending loads on tokens. And that's the power of this stuff. Now you might also say, okay, one, one Hermes agent is all I need, but actually no, because if you're just running Hermes inside the terminal, let's let's test out or Hermes inside the desktop, where's your memory?
Where's your systems? Where's your outreach agents? Where's your teams of agents in different workflows? Where's everything else?
You can't link or find things quickly right there. It's quite, it's quite messy. It's quite difficult to coordinate. And also you might say, well, this stuff sounds like it's just for developers, but the whole point of the dashboard is that your team of agents, they can work on any mission.
That could be creating content, working on SEO, creating videos. Whenever you're trying to automate your business, you can run through this system right here. So you just learned how to stop being the courier. You learned how to recruit a whole team of agents and just rely on, instead of just relying on the chat, you learned about the radar, the voice, the outreach systems, the SEO, the game studio, the image voice and video generation as well.
And you stop waiting for a queue. Submissions fan out to background soldiers and finish work lands in your command board instead of waiting inside the chat for going back and forth. And you also learned how to give the whole team a memory so that every exchange autosaves to the board. The whole thing improves every single time you use it.
