So today we're gonna be looking at the new update from Claude and combining that with the power of Notebook LM. Now, Notebook LM is one of the most powerful research tools on the planet, and it's free to use. And what you can actually do is you can use this alongside Claude design to create amazing designs. And I'll show you exactly how this works.
So you can basically build websites, you can build games, you can build apps, and you can use it all with the power of something like Notebook LM and then combine that with something like Claude design. And the reason that you would use Notebook LM first is that it has amazing research. So let me give you an example of how this works. So with Notebook LM, let's say, for example, you've pulled in all your research here.
And this is a research tool where you can pull in sources and you can custom train this AI on everyone. Now what you can actually do is you can say, okay, give me an app idea that would be super useful for OpenClaude. Let's say, for example, this particular Notebook LM is focused on OpenClaude. So it's gonna explore all the ideas that we've pulled in to the resources, which we've got on the left-hand side.
So it's a custom trained AI on the context of OpenClaude. And so this is really powerful for understanding knowledge and taking that research to design websites, to design apps, to design games, et cetera, which is what we're doing with Notebook LM here. So you see how it's actually created an idea here, which is, for example, a CRM, which you can see here. Or for example, what else we got here?
A follow-up process as well. This one will be pretty cool. So I'm gonna take this, right? We're gonna take that.
Then we're gonna go over to Cloud Code, so you can see, sorry, Cloud Design. We're gonna plug in our OpenClaude app like this, and we'll go with high fidelity, click on Create. And now inside the chat, what we can do is we can tell it exactly what we want, right? So we're gonna say, okay, build the OpenClaude web search app, right?
And so we're gonna take this idea for OpenClaude and the app that we're building, and now we're gonna plug that into over here. We're gonna tell it who the target market is. So for example, let's say it's for entrepreneurs. What's the main service?
Agents, let's have a look here. All of the above, aesthetic direction. We're gonna go with black and yeah, this color here. We'll go with that, the vibe, like this.
And then you can select all of this, or you can tell it to figure it out for you, but I'm just gonna go with those options right here, right? And so now what it's gonna do is take the information that we got from notebook.lm, right? To get app ideas, to get game ideas, to get website ideas, et cetera. And then we can create these tools with Cloud Design so quickly just by pasting it in, right?
So it's like a quick two-step workflow that helps us basically automate whatever we want. So now it's gonna start building now, and from here, we're good to go, right? Let's have a look at the questions here. So George says, are there any guides on how to make a mission control dashboard for Hermes?
Yeah, so if you go inside the school here, go to the classroom, new advanced AI tutorials, and then you'll find this full setup on how we use a mission control, right? Now, also, if we go to Hermes v0.9, this has a full section on mission control as well, right? And it walks you through how to set up mission control directly for Hermes. The other option that you have is you can go to the full setup guide for Paperclip.
And so there's loads of training inside the app offer volume on how to set up mission control dashboards for AI agents inside there. All right, so if we go back now, you can see here that it's designed the app, the sidebar, the agent chat panel, the header, et cetera, and the three main services, right? And so we can use this to start building out the app that we want. Now, you're gonna see here it has a progress bar for whatever we're building.
And also, bear in mind, it doesn't just have to be, for example, a app that you're building. You know, you could take, let's say, for example, if we took this infographic here, we could download that, right? So let's download that infographic. And then we'll go back to Cloud Design.
I'm gonna open up a new tab. As you can see right here, we're gonna plug in the infographic and we'll use it as a reference, right? So we've uploaded that infographic into our project. We're gonna use that as a reference.
I'm gonna say, create an amazing landing page based on this infographic plus embed it. Then we'll hit send. And so what this can do is it can actually take the images that we have or the assets or, you know, whatever you want. It could be a video, it could be a podcast, et cetera, and embed it directly to the landing page that we're trying to create about that particular topic.
And also the cool thing is here, we've got two projects being built side by side, right? So we have, for example, the open core landing page that's focused on the infographic. And then we also have the app that we're building out here, as you can see, based on the topic here. So you can use a combination of notebook LM and core design to build whatever you want, right?
And the reason that you would use notebook LM first is that it has a lot of context and it gives you a lot of media that you can then organize, right? So if you look at open core directly, like it's not great at creating apps. It's not gonna help you do that. It can create individual media, but it's not gonna tie them together in one single page, right?
Whereas for example, if you take all the information here, you can then bundle it into core design and core design takes everything that you have and organize it into one nice place, which is exactly what we want. Now, what you could also do is you could say, okay, give me all the information I need from your training that I can create an amazing website with the data and research you have. All right, so notebook LM is great for smaller things, like just a one-off video, a one-off infographic. And it's great for doing research too.
That's what it's strongest at, but it's not great at organizing it. It's not great at designing it. It's not great at turning that into a website. And that's exactly why we use notebook, sorry, core design in this process.
So if we come back to notebook LM here, we've got all the details. And also, if we come back to the app that we were building, you can see that we have the full app right here, right? For configuring open core. So that open core idea for the app that we wanted to build is now ready to go and fully designed with core, right?
So we just gave it the idea and it configured the whole app, right? So we've got the UI, we've got the setup. We even got history of like safe stuff that we've done. We've got the setup in terms of briefing the agent and configuring it.
And then you would just link that directly to open core. You can even select, okay, here's what it's gonna watch, here's what it's gonna check, et cetera. And also the listening brief here. And then you can also talk with the agent on the right-hand side.
So you can ask it questions and you just link that to open core. And so any ideas that you have, you can build out automatically. And again, like if we go back to open core, we've got all this information. So we could take all of this, like you can see, and then again, go back to cloud design, come up with a new prototype idea, paste in the information in the chat and say, okay, use this to create a website, use this to create a landing page or use this to create a new blog post, et cetera.
And it's super easy to set up. So it says, hello, thanks for educating us. Happy to help. I have one question.
The he same is done through Canva Gemini. So what is extra in cloud design? So like Gemini is just nowhere near the same quality. They can create basic webpages, but they're never gonna create something as amazing as this, right?
Like even the fact that, if you look at the quality of designs here, let me show you an example. So if you look at the quality of like customization you can have on these apps that you build, it's just 10 times nicer overall than something like Google Gemini. So Gemini is okay for like, you know, your generic sort of basic designs. It's never gonna catch up to the level of something like cloud design, which is built specifically for creating awesome design projects.
And also it's just a lot more intuitive to use as well. Like if you go into Gemini, let me show you a difference here. So if we go inside Gemini here, let's say for example, we're trying to create a webpage. Like here's an example.
If I say, okay, redesign my website like this, it just puts the HTML inside the middle here. And it's just nowhere near as useful or as interesting as if we go back to cloud design and we check out the website we built recently using the exactly the same process. Look at that, right? And you see how inside here as well, you can tweak this design as much as you want.
You can change the colors, you can change all the little details about this project. It's 10 times better, right? Than if you were using, for example, Gemini, which just doesn't give you that level of customization or that level of control. And so like Canvas and cloud design is 10 times better.
So thanks so much for watching. That is how to combine Notebook LM and cloud design directly to build awesome projects. It's really powerful because you combine in the power of research inside Notebook LM with the power of probably the best design tool out there right now, which is cloud design. So thanks so much for watching.
