This Setup Makes Hermes 100X More Powerful! 🤯

Jarvis, what have I been working on this week? You've been tinkering with thumbnail work this week, sir. The thumbnail's log shows recent edits there, suggesting that's where your focus has been landing. Jarvis, tell me a joke that's about AI.

Why did the neural network break up with the database? It said she had too many issues and wouldn't commit to a schema, sir. Jarvis, show me my numbers. Pulling up the numbers, sir.

So you get the point. This is a powerful AI agent that I'm building out and just improving everything. I'll be honest with you, sometimes it doesn't always work. Sometimes it's not that smooth, but the power of this is blowing my mind.

Even, for example, just building out this, and there's loads of cool stuff we can actually build with this project. That was just a little example. And what we've also got here is if we scroll down, number one, we can see the full history of all of our conversations, which is pretty cool. And then also we have this section where we can see everything that we've previously built.

So we can actually view this and we can see all the cool tools and games and websites that we've built here. So here's an example. So we actually built this habit tracker, like you can see right here, using Hermes Jarvis. This is another example of a full website built.

And let's be honest, this is the worst it's ever going to be. It's not going to get better. Here's, for example, like a Japanese flash card game. It can even create videos, as you can see right here.

There's just so much amazing stuff you can do with this. We even created a meditation timer with this. That's how powerful this stuff is. And bear in mind, I don't code, but I built this out directly with Hermes Jarvis.

Now, what is this? It's a combination of Hermes Agent, which is an open source project. So we basically took that, and then we combined it with Claude to actually build it out and get some ideas for it. And then after that, we plugged it into 11 labs so it could generate the voice, right?

So there's three key parts to it, which is, number one, Hermes Agent and all of its agentic capabilities are built into this. Then number two, we've got the voice response, which is with 11 labs. And then finally, we have the improvements in the system that's built in the background, and that's using Claude. Jarvis, show me my team.

And you can see here- Here's the team, sir. You can see here, it even pulls up the agents that we've got ready inside our system. So this is Claude and OpenCore and Hermes and everything else, right? All together.

Not only that, but it can also open stuff up. So if we say, for example, Jarvis, open up juliangoldie.com. Opening Julian Goldie's site now, sir. And you see how it actually opens up the website, and it's basically got computer use and browser use built into this system, which is really powerful in itself.

Now, we can switch between voices. We can switch between auto and agent mode. We also have a wake word, so we can say Jarvis or Hermes, and it will switch on. Then we can switch it off.

So if you want it just on in the background, it's a kind of like warm mode where you can use your voice assistant when you need to. It's ready and waiting. And then you can type into it if you want to. You can see your full history, and then you've got all the builds.

Let me show you another one. Show me everything I've built. Here's everything we've built, sir. And then you can see we can actually open this up.

We can see what we've built previously as well. Now, what's also cool here is anything that we've created with this, we can also see inside this section. So you can see everything that we've built previously. We can come to later, which is pretty amazing.

We can also link this and just Hermes in general with MCPs. We can manage the model and the dashboard and everything too. Then we have the control room, the goal. And then if you just want to talk to it, you can do that inside the chat mode here.

So there's just so much you could do with Hermes Agent. It's blowing my mind. I'll give you another example. So our conversations with Hermes and Hermes Jarvis are linked to my Obsidian memory.

So this is my second brain. I call this the memory galaxy. And so what it means is that everything that we do with Jarvis, like you see right here, we can actually see in a log and we can go back to later and we can see what we've built. So that's super useful as well.

It just makes it easier to get everything managed in one place. And then on top of that, we've got everything. We can have a mission control over here. We've got Paperclip built in with AI agent teams.

We have an agent group chat where, for example, Hermes can talk to Claude and Gemini. But I think this particular part is like my favorite part. So if you're looking to build it out, just combine Hermes with 11 labs. You can get Claude to help you in the background.

And that's basically it. I'd actually be pretty interested to know if you're watching this, like, what would you like to see with this system? What would you like to build next? Now, I've also done something similar with Free Claude Code here too.

So what we can do with Free Claude Code is we have this agent factory. We can basically speak to it, like so, or type to it. And then it can actually build things live over here. And you can see some examples of what we've been building out on this side too, which is pretty cool.

And it also collects the other projects that we've been using with other AI agents. But even, like, these cool visuals are pretty interesting. So it's just something, like, fun. But I do think, like, this might be the future.

The only interesting thing about all of the setup with Free Claude Code is we actually use Quen 2.5 Coda with Olama to set up. So that runs on a free local model too, which is mind-blowing when you think about it. Like, you know, these local models are getting better and better. So that's it.

Now, I think from an actual, like, implementation side of things, you would prefer to have something like this or, like, paperclip for getting stuff done. And I think you can create a lot more a lot faster. But as a fun sort of party trick with AI, this is probably my favorite bit. So thanks so much for watching.
