01What Is Claude Fable 5 and How It Works

Claude Fable 5 is the most powerful model ever released from Claude. It is basically in the MIlfos class. That means it is great for deep thinking, coding, and coming up with ideas.

But it cannot create images or videos on its own.

In this episode, Julian Goldie shows how to combine Claude Fable 5 with Hermes Agent, a powerful AI agent that can actually get stuff done. Hermes can schedule tasks, generate images, create videos, and build projects. When you put them together, you get two minds on one operating system.

Claude is the brain, Hermes is the hands.

Julian calls this setup the Olympus Protocol. It lets two AIs work as a team inside one dashboard. You do not need to copy and paste between tabs.

They talk directly to each other, debate ideas, and ship work together.

02Main Features of the Agent Operating System

This system has several key features that make Claude Fable 5 and Hermes work as a team. First is the agent group chat. You put both AIs in one chat room, give them a brief, and they talk to each other.

Hermes pitches ideas, Claude judges them, and they pick the best one.

Second is the idea pipeline. When the group chat produces a good idea, it gets added automatically to a pipeline. You can approve it, and then the agents start building it.

Third is the memory galaxy. This is an Obsidian second brain that logs every memory, decision, and project. Each memory is a star linked together.

  • Agent group chat for collaboration.
  • Idea pipeline for approving and building projects.
  • Memory galaxy in Obsidian for shared context.
  • Paperclip integration for full teams of sub-agents.
  • Hermes studio for generating images, videos, and voice notes.

You can also see a gallery of everything built, check previous chats, and leave comments on work.

03How to Set Up Claude Fable 5 with Hermes

Setting up this agent operating system takes a few steps. Julian shows you how inside the AI Profit Boarding program. Here is the basic setup process from the episode.

  1. Get the zip file from the AI Profit Boarding classroom. It contains the agent OS setup files.
  2. Install the agent OS on your system. Follow the included video tutorial that was updated on the day of this episode.
  3. Add Claude Fable 5 as a model in the advanced configuration. Give it a name like "Claude CEO".
  4. Add Hermes Agent as another agent. You can also add other models like OpenCore.
  5. Create a group chat with both agents. This lets them talk directly.
  6. Set up an org chart by assigning a manager agent. For example, Claude can be the CEO and Hermes agents work under it.
  7. Connect Obsidian for the memory galaxy. This logs all chats, decisions, and builds.

After setup, you can start building projects right away.

04How to Use the System: Examples from the Episode

Julian demonstrates several use cases. First, he creates an agent group chat between Claude and Hermes. He asks Hermes to give three scroll-stopping visual concepts for an interactive AI agent explained in 30 seconds.

Hermes returns ideas. Then Claude picks the winner, rejects two, and gives a build spec plus a cinematic image prompt for Hermes studio.

Next, the image prompt goes to Hermes studio. Hermes generates the image because Claude cannot create images. Then Hermes builds the actual game or app from the approved idea. This whole process happens without Julian copying anything between tabs.

Another example uses Paperclip integration. Julian sets Claude as CEO and adds Hermes sub-agents under it. They build landing pages, write launch memos, and set priorities.

The agents work autonomously. Julian can check the gallery, see what was built, and leave comments like "great work" or "redesign this."

He also shows the memory galaxy in Obsidian. Every chat and build gets logged as a star. You can search past memories, see what MCPs were used, and pull context for new ideas.

05Results, Tests, and Comparisons Shown

Julian compares the old way versus the new way. The old way was having Claude in one terminal tab and Hermes in another. You would copy Claude's plan, paste it into Hermes, then copy the result back.

Neither AI knew what the other said. Ideas got lost, and you got tired as the messenger.

The new way fixes that. Both agents are in one room. Hermes pitches, Claude judges against real build history and the Obsidian memory.

Then Claude's prompt goes directly to Hermes studio to generate concepts. The result is a design studio, a dev team, and a full AI agent company working together.

Julian also notes a token comparison. Claude Fable 5 uses twice the tokens that Opus uses. But in this system, Claude only acts as the brain, so you use minimal tokens for Claude.

Hermes can run on free models like Nemetron 3 Ultra through Nose Portal. This actually saves tokens overall.

He reminds that Claude Fable 5 is only available until June 22nd. So using it as a brain with Hermes as hands gets the most out of its limited availability.

06Tips, Limits, and Mistakes to Avoid

Julian shares important tips to get the most from this system. First, do not be the courier. Do not copy and paste between Claude and Hermes yourself.

Let them talk directly in the group chat. That avoids lost ideas and saves your time.

Second, watch your token usage. Claude Fable 5 uses twice the tokens of Opus. Only use it for deep thinking and judging, not for routine tasks.

Let Hermes handle implementation on cheaper or free models.

Third, do not ignore the memory galaxy. Without shared memory, each project starts from scratch. Log every chat and build in Obsidian.

That way both agents can pull past context and improve.

  • Set up a manager for each agent to avoid chaos.
  • Check the gallery regularly to see what was built.
  • Leave comments to guide agents if needed.

Finally, plan for the June 22nd deadline. Claude Fable 5 may not last forever. Build your workflows so you can swap in another model if needed.

07Who Should Use This System and Why It Matters

This system is for anyone who wants to build projects with AI without spending hours managing tools. If you are a developer, you can design and ship apps faster. If you are a creator, you can generate images, videos, and voice notes from ideas.

If you run a business, you can create landing pages and launch memos with a team of agents.

It matters because it saves time and tokens. Instead of switching between different subscriptions and tabs, you have one dashboard. Claude does the hard thinking.

Hermes does the building. The memory galaxy keeps everything connected.

Julian says this is the best way to get your agents working as a team. If a better model comes out tomorrow, you can just plug it in. You never feel behind.

And because Claude Fable 5 has a temporary availability, using it as a brain now maximizes its power.
