My Claude Agent OS Setup is INSANE

So this is my agent operating system that I've been building out and we've built it with Claude, OpenClaude, Hermes. I want to just explain what I've done here because it's genuinely blown my mind that number one I can do this and number two that no one else I've seen is really doing this properly and it shocks me to the point where I'm like why are more people not doing this and I'll give you some examples of just what I've built alone today with Claude code and these are just things I've done today right so for example here we've built out this idea factory where basically I can plug in an idea here and then it classifies it in terms of what it should be doing then I approve the plan and what it's going to do so it breaks down okay here's what we're going to do next from there it implements it and then actually builds out right and to the point where we can build out these websites we can see the full plan of what it's done and literally all I do is just plug in an idea now at the same time we also built out something called paperclip which is basically a way to organize and manage your AI agents together so you can see we've got Hermes local as a CEO we've got Claude then it's running a bunch of other agent profiles and these are all different agents just working together as a team right in separate divisions and departments this again I just built today now one final thing that I've built out just today alone is if we go to the memory section here I've built out something I would call the agent galaxy right it's a memory galaxy and this is built with obsidian where it's not just like a fancy chart it's actually a universe of my ideas my brain things I've worked on recently and you can see that the stars that burn the brightest in this universe are the ones and ideas I've worked on recently so it shows me and prioritizes the connections inside my second brain that all my AI agents are plugged into and are operating look at Claude just flying across the screen there as it's doing this all whilst I'm talking to you and so these are all different memories with quite detailed instructions inside every single one and the crazy thing is I haven't written a single memory it's just done this automatically with my AI agents I didn't even come up with the idea for the memory galaxy I just said hey Claude what should we build that's interesting and amazing today and the other thing is they're all connected now the cool thing about this is if we were just using obsidian normally which some people will some people won't if you're not it's basically just a bunch of markdown files where you can connect all your memories and it's a nice knowledge graph that's pretty cool but this is 1000 times cooler and more interesting to look at right it's literally I feel like I'm getting a dopamine hit just looking at this screen and so what I want to basically run through today is how am I doing this how is it working why do I recommend it to you and it's shocking me that more people aren't doing this so basically what we're doing here is we're building out this mission control and this kind of just started as an idea where I can manage all my agents together and I started off with Claude gave it an idea I actually found some cool stuff that people had already built I was like do you know what let's see if we can start building this out and to my surprise Claude could just handle everything that I throw at it it's pretty amazing to the point where if I'm like okay turn my brain my second brain into a galaxy it'll do it right if I'm like okay create an ideas factory where I can plug in an idea it will do it right if I if I'm like okay all right let's just build out Jarvis Hermes Jarvis it'll do it right we've actually created this as you can see Jarvis can you just open up Google for me so you see how powerful this is like anything that you can imagine you can build and that is a very strange world to live in to be honest look at this we even got this sort of stuff will blow my mind but we basically built out a studio here where you can generate anything that you want on the spot and so how do I do it what do I do why am I doing this so reason that I built this is just I loved Hermes love the idea of Hermes but I didn't want to go into terminal every single time and be like right Hermes let's go back and forth in a tiny little terminal chat that gets lost right I didn't want to do that and so what I did instead is basically build out this system whereas okay I can see everything that I've built but also when a new interesting feature comes out from Hermes and bear in mind like they're constantly shipping they're constantly creating stuff I want to plug it into the dashboard so that I can use it straight away so for example minimax comes out boom let's have a live chat right there Jarvis looks pretty cool okay let's create something with that right I want to see all the videos and voice and images I've created in one place and then generate voices and images whenever I want boom okay no problem we've done that right I want to see everything that I've previously created okay great and you see how like it's just 10 times easier to organize I can even see for example apps I've created weeks or months ago using this system and it's effortless and the thing I would say is you just feel like way more in control and you feel like wow I can really manage these agents in a way that maybe me as an agency owner I have an SEO agency when I have a team it's chaos sometimes right like after quality control of their work they go off and do crazy things sometimes they forget to do stuff and sometimes you might be saying the same thing 30 or 50 different times to one person genuinely and that's just human beings that's how the human mind is but what if you could just have a whole system where you don't need to do that where you've got a memory where everything plugs in and you might need to remind an agent to do something once or twice but you're not going to be doing it 100 times a year right you're not going to be doing it 50 times a month and so that's a big difference here and also the other thing I would say is like it compounds and it grows on itself and what I mean by that for example is like day one it was literally just Claude and Hermes and mission control that was it that was literally day one when I built this and it didn't look anything like this it didn't look nice and then I was like do you know what okay let's plug in a talk mode into Hermes and we build that out and so like it's a system where everything improves every single day and if you don't have that I feel like you're just going backwards with AI because you're not really growing anything you're not improving anything and you're not making steps forward you're just running through the same process over and over again and I don't like that for me I don't want to be like a hamster on a wheel I want to be just focused on building something unbelievable to the point where I'm like isn't this something that you could sell and people would actually buy it if for example let's say I don't know Facebook or for example Twitter build out something like this if they built this out and then they started charging for it people would pay money for it right underneath I would subscribe anyway and my point here is that if this is possible and you can do it why are we not all doing this and why are we not building something like this together and I've seen loads of people build it out inside the AI profit boardroom you can see for example Nick built out one you can see Ethan he's 61 years old he still built out one which is amazing right that's really impressive Eric built out an amazing one here and the other cool thing I would say is everyone feels like this is fun right everyone's just having a good time building this stuff out it's really cool look at this one David actually built out a virtual office where you can see his AI agents it's just like a game almost and that's what it reminds me of it's like I don't know if you used to play Final Fantasy when you're younger or trying to think what else even like GTA Grand Theft Auto was similar as well where you could build something and you created an empire and you felt in control and I feel like that's what you get with systems like this and you can mold it and your only limitation is time energy tokens and ideas and I think we all have that at this point like even Claude itself I don't run out of tokens ever and I'm building tons of stuff with this stuff so I'm just wanting to give you some inspiration if you're watching this and you've never built something like this out number one go for it and number two it will change your life like when I wake up in the morning the first thing I want to do is just go off and build cool stuff into this and then the other thing that we do is let's say for example I don't know let's say for example open claw nobody uses anymore let's say we get to that point I feel like we are getting to that point to be fair then no problem we can take that out and it doesn't affect anything it doesn't impact anything and what I mean by that is there's going to be a lot of people out there who have built all their workflows around open core and then one day they're going to realize I don't want to use this anymore or I want to switch to Hermes and they're going to be stuck right but if you can set up a system where it doesn't matter what the agent is it doesn't matter what the update is everything else stays the same and you just improve and you ignore the noise and you just focus on building cool stuff out that's way better right so if for example Claude Mythos comes out nothing's going to change for me I'm just going to plug it out into the system right if something 10 times better than Hermes comes out no problem we'll just add it to the agent section so it's one of those things where I think it makes you more powerful when there's a new update that's released whereas I think 99% of people feel overwhelmed when something new comes out I'll give you an example like last month I didn't have this built out properly and last month in this I think it was the same day or it might have been April in the same single day you had Hermes with an update you had DeepSeek that got released Claude I think came out with a new update and then OpenCore came out with a new update and you had oh and no it was chat gpt 5.5 and DeepSeek on the same day that was it and it was how amazing is that but also I feel like I just woke up and I'm behind even though I'm almost full time on this stuff all day every day and so I never wanted to feel like that again and so that's the cool thing about this no problem Hermes has an update all we're going to do is just go to manage over here and click update right it's right there no problem it's just one button if for example OpenCore doesn't become becomes totally redundant and not useful at all anymore no problem we'll just delete it out of the system or we'll have a toggle where you can hide it if gpt 6 comes out with a cli we'll just plug it out into this system with codecs and so you see how this kind of makes you like very adaptable and almost anti-fragile to the point where if something crazy happens no problem mate we'll just build it into the system and make our systems better and so that's what I would like almost everyone in the world to be like I don't think it's possible for everyone but I do think if you watch videos like this you have the potential to build something like this out because you're obviously very interested in AI you like AI you have goals you're probably very excited about this stuff just like I am and you feel like wow we're ahead of the world we're early this is the point I don't know about you as well like I felt behind when I started building a business online because there were people out there who'd been working online for 20 years by the time I got around to it right and it was the same for example with coding I was just so far behind I didn't learn coding even though it fascinated me simply because I started like way too late and it just didn't make sense to go into it and thankfully we don't need to be able to code to build this stuff anymore but my point is that you are super early with this stuff you're watching this and so you have the opportunity to build something out amazing and you are not too late this is brand new technology look at Hermes Hermes only came out in February the for example the goal mode only came out a couple of weeks ago the Kanban board only came out like a month or two ago this stuff is super early if you're watching this you're probably about three to five years ahead of the rest of the world and there's nothing stopping you from building this out and as I mentioned before Ethan for example is 61 years old and he built it he said I'm 61 not a coder but through this I have agent os set up and have eight agents and voice and obsidian installed right so much more to do but proud of myself and the others actually doing the agentic thing it teaches a lot how amazing is that and if so if Ethan could do it if I can do it I can't code either if we all feel behind then why can't we all build this and so that's my message to you and so if you're not building this definitely build out if you're wondering how just go into Claude and say this is what I want and then every day spend like an hour or two building out or write down a list of ideas offline and then when you get back to your computer you can build all this stuff out and just ask it if you do want my setup then you can get it inside the AI profit boardroom it's ready to go we update it daily so inside the AI profit
