I'm going to show you how to automate anything with chat GPT. And once you know how to do this, you'll never waste hours on repetitive tasks again. You can take any job in your business, hand it off to AI and get it done in seconds. I want to show you exactly how to do this and prove it to you by building a custom AI automation live right in front of you.

So that by the end of this video, you'll have a simple process you can use today to save hours every single week, which I'll show you right now. Let's get into it. So today what we're going to do is we're going to use Hermes agent to build out some custom automations based on the requests inside my community. So you can see, for example, Michael here, he was requesting to build out a custom GPT actually.

So we can build a custom GPT that takes a client brief and automatically generates a full proposal document with scope timeline and pricing. Right. And so we're going to start working on that first. And if you're inside the AI Profit Boarding, you can actually just post your requests on this thread.

And then I will build these out for you daily, right. Just to help you. So let's get straight onto this. Michael, as you said, this is incredible.

So happy to help. So let's go into chat GPT and I'll build out a custom GPT for this. All right. So what we're going to do over here is we are going to go to GPTs.

Actually, I need to switch to a different account here. I think to share this stuff. And so what we're going to do over here is we're going to start building this out. Okay.

So for example, what we need to do is really look at what the stage is here in terms of building it. So if we go over to the GPT section here, then we're going to click on explore GPTs. This is how you can create them. We're going to click on create, and then we're going to name it.

So for example, let's name this client proposals. And then over on the right hand side, we can actually start using chat GPT to generate this. Now you can, if you want the AI to prompt the AI to get better results, which is what I recommend, then you can actually get Claude to take the idea, plug it into a prompt and then plug it into chat GPT to build your automation. So let me show you how that works.

So when I say please create a prompt to build out a client proposal machine, see the below example, and we're just going to create that prompt first, and then we're going to plug it into chat GPT. So you can see here it's coming up with the ideas. The reason that I would use AI is because the AI knows how to speak to itself. So if we can get Claude to help us, then we can create a chat GPT and then go over.

You might say, why don't you create the projects inside Claude? Cause they're not shareable inside Claude, unless you actually have a team inside Claude and they all have to have different emails to access it. Right? So that's why I build it inside, inside Claude first, get the prompt first, and then we'll go from there.

So now we've got the system prompt as you can see is you're an expert client proposal writer. When someone pastes in the brief, your job is to generate a professional document. So we're going to take that, like then we're going to go over to chat GPT here. We'll plug this in, and then we can add a conversation starter, basically a button people click to get access.

So we're going to say, okay, start a client proposal here like that. You can also attach like knowledge files and context to custom GPTs to make them better, but I'm just going to go with that. Then we're going to click on create over here. We're going to save that, grab the link like this, copy that.

And then now we can test this out. As you can see, it's updating. So I'm just going to reply to Michael and say, here's the custom automation. All right, then we'll reply on that.

So we've given Michael the custom automation. And if we test this out, say, let's do a client proposal, please. All right. And it says, okay, paste the details here.

So I'm going to say, okay, Goldie agency SEO project within one month, rank number one for AI community terms, and then budget. Boom. Look at that. Creates it straight away.

So actually breaks down the summary, the scope of the work, the timeline with a nice little table, and that's ready to go. Pretty simple and easy to do. So we've built out that full custom automation. You can see how we did it.

And basically the process is you want to get a prompt. You paste in the details, your idea into Claude. Then you get that prompt and you plug it into chat GPT. From there, you would test out as you can see right here and you can grab a shareable link.

Right? So every time I do this sort of stuff, I'm going to share it inside the AI Profit Boardroom. So if you need help, et cetera, you've got it right there.
