01What Is a Claude Video Agent?
A Claude video agent is a system that turns Claude into a tool for creating and editing videos. You type one sentence, and the agent writes, edits, and designs a complete video for you. In this episode, Julian Goldie shows the Goldie Neon Forge System, which uses Claude to generate showcase videos from just one prompt.
This is not a template. The agent writes original videos and designs per prompt. It creates scenes, transitions, and effects.
It also uses your recent builds with Claude, giving the videos a kind of self-awareness. The result looks like a real editor made it.
The system works with Claude 4.8 or Claude Fable 5. Hyperframes, a free open-source skill, helps Claude turn what it writes into a video. You can train any AI agent to use this skill.
02Main Features of the Video Agent System
The Goldie Neon Forge System has several key features that make it powerful. First, it has one prompt creation. You type a single sentence, and the agent does everything else.
It writes the video, creates the composition, adds effects, and handles every cut.
The system also includes an avatar system. You can select a scene or title and type a prompt to generate AI avatar videos. This feature adds another layer of creativity.
- You can see all your previous videos in one workspace.
- Every video becomes a project, so you can come back and edit later.
- The system has a preview of each video you create.
- It uses Hyperframes, a free skill that works with any AI agent.
- You can train Claude, Hermes, or other agents to use the system.
All of this lives inside an agent operating system. It is more useful than trying to do this in Claude Code inside your terminal.
03How to Set Up a Claude Video Agent
Setting up the Claude video agent is simple. You do not need to be a video expert. If you can type a sentence, you can use this system.
Here is how to get started:
- Get the Hyperframes skill, which is free and open source.
- Train your AI agent, like Claude, on how to use the Hyperframes skill.
- Open the agent operating system, such as the Goldie Neon Forge System.
- Type a single prompt in the one box provided.
- Let the agent write the video, create the composition, and generate the final video.
- Review the video in your workspace and save it as a project.
Julian notes that you can build this yourself with Hyperframes and Claude. He also offers his full setup through the AI Profit Boardroom at theairprofitboarding.com.
04How to Use the Video Agent
Using the video agent is direct. In the agent operating system, you find the video agent ready to go. You type one sentence in the box, and the agent starts writing the video.
It creates the whole composition, including effects, editing, cuts, and design.
For example, Julian shows a 22-second meet the team video. It was made from a single prompt. Another example shows a different video, also from one prompt.
You can select between a scene or a title when using the avatar system, then type your prompt.
You can also use your recent builds with Claude. If you created something with Hermes or another tool, the system can use that in the video. This makes each video unique.
- Type one sentence to start.
- Use your recent Claude projects as content.
- Choose a scene or title for avatar videos.
- Review the result in your workspace.
The system saves every video into projects, so you can return to them later.
05Results and Comparisons
Julian shows several videos created with this system. They look clean and professional. He says they look better than some editors could create.
The videos are fully edited and ready to use.
He also compares this to using Claude Code in a terminal. In a terminal, you cannot preview the video, see the change history, or manage projects. The agent operating system solves that problem.
It gives you a clear workspace with every video in one place.
Julian found that earlier versions of the system were boring. The videos did not look interesting. To fix this, he trained the system on better prompts.
He added prompts to make the output more visual and animated. The newer creations look much better.
Claude, even Fable 5, does not truly understand good design or UI. So, good back-end systems and prompts are necessary to get high-quality results.
06Tips, Limits, and Mistakes to Avoid
One big tip is to invest time in the back-end prompts. Claude does not naturally understand what good design looks like. You need to train the system with specific prompts to make the videos more visual and animated.
Do not expect a terminal-based approach to work well. You will not be able to preview your work, see your history, or manage changes. Use an agent operating system instead.
- Generic videos come from templates. This system writes original videos per prompt.
- Use your existing Claude builds to make videos unique.
- Save every video as a project so you can edit it later.
- Be patient with the design quality; you may need to refine the prompts.
Avoid skipping the avatar system if you want variety. It adds another option for creating videos with AI.
07Who Should Use This and Why It Matters
This system is for anyone who makes videos or wants to use AI to create content. You do not need video editing skills. If you can type a sentence, you can generate a video.
It matters because it saves time. You do not have to brief an editor, QC their work, give feedback, or train them. The AI agent is ready to go.
It does not get tired or run out of ideas. It can work on weekends.
The old way was to brief an editor and review their work. The new way is to type a prompt and get a video instantly. This changes how you create content.
Julian offers his full setup, including the agent operating system, with access through the AI Profit Boardroom. That includes a zip file, video tutorials, daily tutorials, and community support.
