Google's Gemini Spark is INSANE!

Gemini Spark: Google’s New AI Agent That Works While You Sleep (Task + Schedule + Skill)

The script explains Google’s new AI agent Gemini Spark, now live in the US, which runs in the cloud so it can keep working even when your devices are off. It connects to Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, and can browse the web to complete tasks like sorting and replying to emails, booking meetings, organizing files, and capturing leads (e.g., logging booking inquiries and creating client folders automatically). Spark is framed around three concepts—Task (what to do), Schedule (when to run), and Skill (what it learns once, like writing in your email voice). The speaker cites tests from Wired and TechCrunch showing strong results plus glitches, argues businesses shouldn’t wait for perfection, notes it may cost $100/month on Google’s top plan, and promotes the AI Profit Boardroom coaching program for setup and workflows.

Google just released a new AI super agent called a Gemini Spark. So you can give it a job, you close your laptop, you turn off your phone, you go to bed and it keeps working. It keeps doing the job overnight and showing you the results in the morning. This actually went live this week, right now in the US and most business owners still have no idea that exists yet.

So I want to walk you through exactly what this thing does, why it matters for your business. And the one thing about it that nobody's talking about. It's the simplest way to think about Gemini Spark. So picture an assistant who never sleeps.

You hand them a task before bed. They do it through the night and the work is done when you wake up. That's the whole idea. Google's own CEO, Sundar Pichai said on stage, he joked with Spark, you can close your laptop.

That was the punchline. Other AI tools make your computer on and awake. Spark doesn't. It actually runs on Google's own computers in the cloud.

Your machine can be off. Now, why does that matter? Because most AI tools need you. You sit there, you type, you wait, you type again, you're babysitting.

Spark actually flips that. So you set it loose and then you walk away. Let me show you what it actually connects to. So Spark plugs into your Gmail, your calendar, your Google Docs, your sheets, your slides, Google Drive.

And it can also open up a web browser on its own and click around websites like a real person would. So think about what that means. It can read your email. It can write replies.

It can clean out your inbox. It can check your calendar and book meetings. It can pull files from your drive and organize them. It can search the web and bring back answers.

One small example, a photographer set it up so that every time a new client emails asking about a booking, Spark grabs the client's name and date, logs it in a spreadsheet and makes a new folder for them automatically with no clicking. That's a real lead that's just captured and flied and filed whilst the photographer was out shooting. That's the kind of thing this does. Now I want to break down Spark into three simple parts because once you get these, you understand the whole tool.

The first word is task. A task is just the job you want done. Like, for example, find me interior design internships in New Orleans for this summer and keep tracking them. You say it in plain English, no code, no tech skills, and you just talk to it like a person.

The second word is schedule. A schedule when it runs. So you can tell it every Monday at 9am, scan my inbox and give me a list of the most important things from last week, then block out time on my calendar for my most focused work. So every morning, Monday morning, for example, before you even sit down, everything is done, your week is mapped out.

The third word is skill. This one is my favorite. So a skill is something you could teach it once, it remembers it forever. Here's the example Google actually gave.

You tell Spark, read the last 50 emails I wrote and learn how I write. It studies your style. Then every time you ask it to write an email, it sounds like you, not like a robot, but actually like you. So now your AI writes in your voice and that's huge for a busy business owner who hates writing emails.

Now, let me pause here because I think I know what some of you are thinking. You're thinking, this sounds complicated. I'm not techie. This isn't for me.

I want to push back on that gently because it's the single biggest reason people get left behind with AI. It's not about money. It's not about time. It's a belief that people need to be technical to do this.

So you don't, Spark was actually built. So you just talk in normal words. Google said it straight out, actually, that no technical skill was required. So you test, you set a task the same way you text a friend.

If you can send a text message, you can run this. Now I've actually watched this happen with over 3000 business owners inside the AI Profit Boarding. Some of them have never touched an AI tool in their life before they joined. Now they're running agents, they do real work for their business every single day.

The thing that changed wasn't their skill. It was someone showing them the simplest way to start. And that's exactly why I built the AI Profit Boarding. If you want to set something up like Spark for your own business, an assistant that reads your inbox, books your meetings, writes in your voice, we go through the exact steps on our coaching calls, four of them every week.

And we'll show you how to set up your first task, how to build a skill so that the AI writes like you and how to schedule it so it runs whilst you sleep. Plus you get a 30 day roadmap to put one of those agents to work, getting you more leads and saving you hours every single week. There are members inside there using AI agents now to handle client emails and follow-ups on autopilot. The link's in the description or go to the AIprofitboarding.com.

So back to Spark, let me show you what real people found when they actually used it. So a writer at Wired named Rhys Rogers gave Spark access to his whole digital life, his email, his docs, his calendar. And then he typed one short line, help me plan my birthday party. What it actually did was wild.

In a couple of minutes, it found the actual reservation he'd already made at a karaoke bar buried in his email. It built a five page plan, a guest list, a venue, nearby restaurants with phone numbers, after party spots, even draft invites ready to send. It pulled all of that from his inbox without him telling him to do any of it. And he just said, you know, plan my party and it found the rest.

Now here's the honest part because I'm not going to oversell this. It wasn't perfect. It actually listed him as a guest, but forgot to invite him to his own party. And when he asked it to actually call and book a restaurant, it tried, then glitched out and he had to call it himself.

A reporter at TechCrunch, Sarah Perez tested it too. She had to watch it. So she actually had it watch her newsletters and send her the top articles every day. It worked.

She had it find local weekend events by digging through her email on the web. It actually worked. It even found a charity beaver costume pageant near her she'd never even known about, but she asked it to save a packing list to Google keep, and it couldn't. Google's own note app, Spark, can't use it yet.

So why am I telling you the flaws? Because this is where most people get the wrong lesson. They see the glitches and think, see, AI wasn't ready yet. I'll just wait.

That's a mistake. Look at the gap between where this was a year ago and where it is now, right? A year ago, an AI couldn't read your inbox, find a real reservation, build a guest list, and draft invites from one sentence. Now it does that in two minutes.

The misses are small, the wins are massive, and it's getting better every few weeks. Waiting for it to be perfect means waiting until everyone already knows how to use it. So the advantage isn't in using the finished tool, it's in learning the messy early version now, whilst your competitors are still ignoring it. And let me give you the second thing people get wrong here.

They think these AI agents are just toys for personal stealth, planning parties, packing lists. But look closer at what Spark connects into, right? So for example, you've got Gmail, you've got Calendar, you've got Spreadsheets, the web browser. It's not party planning.

That's a daily grind of running a business. And think about the photographer again. New lead comes in, it's logged, the folder's made all by itself. And now picture that for your business.

Every inquiry that hits your inbox gets sorted, flagged, logged, and replied to before you even had your coffee. PCMag pointed out that you could have it build an outreach list for your business straight from the emails and meetings already sitting in your Gmail and Calendar, your follow-up list, built for you from contacts you already have. And that's not a toy. That's a salesperson who works the night shift for free.

And here's a third belief I want to break. People think if I just buy the tool, I'm set. But the tool is the easy part, right? Spark can cost a hundred dollars a month through Google's top plan.

Paying for it is easy. Knowing what to point it at, that's the hard part. And that's where the money is. A writer at TechCrunch said, the smartest thing about all of this is like when the AI can do the work in minutes, the valuable skill becomes knowing what to build and why.

So the AI is the labor, but you are the brain and the person who knows exactly which job to hand the AI, that's who wins. So Spark gives you a worker who never sleeps, but a worker is only as good as the boss telling them what to do. And if you don't know what to ask for, a 24-7 assistant who just does nothing very efficiently is not good, right? Now, let me make this real simple for you.

You know, here's how you'd actually start. So the way that I would approach this is that you pick one thing you do every week that you hate, right? It could be for most business owners, that could be the inbox. So your first task is simple, right?

Have it read your email each morning and hand you the three things that actually matter with everything else cleared out of the way, and that's it. That's your start. One annoying job, hand it off. Then you build from there.

And here's the truth about where all of this is heading. Google was rolling this out to everyone slowly, right? They've already said Spark will soon be able to spend your money for you, booking things, buying things with your okay first, already connects to Canva, OpenTable, Instacart with Uber, Spotify, and Adobe coming too. It's going to live inside your web browser and it's coming to more people every single week.

So this is not a one-off. This is the general direction, AI that doesn't wait for you, AI that just goes off and doesn't work. So the business owner who learns to run these agents now will look back in a year with a huge head start and the ones who wait will be paying someone else to do what an agent could have done for them all along, so that's Gemini Spark, an AI assistant that reads your inbox, plans your week, writes in your voice, and works through the night whilst you sleep. It's real, it's live, and most people don't even know about it yet.

Now, if you want my help setting one up for your business, here's the deal, inside the AI Profit Boarding, we don't just talk about tools like Spark, we actually build with them.
