And in this video, you'll know how to run your own business off one single screen, one screen where AI does 80% of the work for you. And I'm going to show you the exact setup I use, what's on it, how I built it, how you can build your own, even if you've never written a single line of code yourself, and I call it the one screen business because once you see it, you can't unsee it because the problem is, and never was, sorry, that you didn't have enough AI tools. The problem is they're all scattered. One tab here, one app there, a login over there, and you spend half your day just jumping around between them.

The one screen business fixes that. So you pull every AI agent onto a single screen, one place, one view, and suddenly one person can run the whole team. So let me show you what I mean. So I run three different businesses and I tell you that not to brag, but so you see what's possible with this whole setup.

I run a marketing agency, I run a group for business owners, and I run a YouTube channel that I post every single week and day. So three businesses, one me, that should not work. And for years it didn't, right? Then I built the one screen business and everything changed.

Here's the idea. Most people think more AI means more apps, right? More tabs, more tools to learn. So they open up chatGPT in one window, some tool in another, and they just drown in tools, right, and terminals.

They've got more AI than ever before. And somehow they're more busy than ever before. And that's backwards. The win isn't more tools.

The win is one single screen, one single tab that controls all of them. So I built mine, I call it the agent OS. You want to think of it like a mission control for a rocket, one desk, a few screens, and the astronaut sees everything from one spot, except mine isn't a flying rocket, it's running my business, right? And the part people don't believe is I built it without any coding, none.

I just opened up Claude, told it exactly what I wanted in plain English, like talking to a person, and it built the whole thing for me. Now, let me walk you through what's actually on the screen. So on one side, I've got my AI agents, people call them AI helpers or agents, whatever you want, and each one is good at different jobs. You've got Claude, the smart one, great at thinking through hard problems.

Then you have OpenClaude, which my team helps on as well. It's free. It runs right now on my own computer. And then there's Hermes, which remembers things between chats.

So it never starts over. And a few more, right? And most days I've run like three or four different AI agents at once. They don't fight.

They actually work together. They each do their own job, like a small team, except this is a team that never sleeps, never quits, never gets sick and never stops working weekends. So here's the first belief I want to break, because I think it's one that stops people when it comes to this sort of stuff is you think this is only for tech people or coders or engineers or developers or AI geniuses or Silicon Valley types, but it's not anymore. I'm not a coder.

I never learned. I run a marketing agency. I built this whole thing by typing what I want in normal words. So if you can write a text message, you can do this.

And I'm not being nice about this. This is just where the tools are at right now. Think about the old way. For example, you wanted more work done.

So you hired more people, but more people meant more pain, more trainings, more meetings, more stress, more headaches, right? So if you wanted to double your output previously, you would double your team and that would double the stress load and also the number of problems inside your business, and that was the only lever we all had, right? The one screen business actually flips that. So you build one good setup.

It works whilst you sleep. It doesn't ask for a raise. It doesn't quit on a Friday. It just runs.

Let me give you a real example of what these agents do for me every single day. So my agency helps websites rank on Google, Goldie agency. So they get more customers for free. And a big part of that is writing content and building backlinks.

It's slow, boring, monotonous work. They used to take up hours. Now, most of my agents do it instead. So they write, they build the links.

My team checks and ships it. And that's 80% of the agency running without me touching it. Here's another one. So content I post on YouTube every day, but I don't need to film every day.

I can just take one video and the agents can basically use that as an AI avatar and then generate more relevant content, right? They can also write the scripts, they can edit it down and my team just checks it and ships it again, right? And so one thing becomes 10. The channel grows whilst I'm focused on something else.

Quick pause here. If you're watching this and thinking, okay, Julian, this sounds great. I have no idea where to start with this stuff. I get it.

That's the whole reason we built the AI Profitable Boardroom. It's a group of over 3,200 business owners. A lot of them joined having never touched AI before. So we don't just talk about this stuff.

We hand you the full agent operating system set up with a zip file you can install, there's a 30 day roadmap that walks you through building your own one screen business and the same agent OS dashboard I've just been talking about. So you get the files, you get a video for each step. And four times a week we hop on live calls where you can ask me anything about my own setup and I help you fix it. People in there are running these exact agents on their businesses right now.

So if you want help building yours, link in the comments description or go to the AI Profitable Boardroom.com. So let me talk about how I actually built this because this is where people don't really believe me. But literally I just opened up Cloud, typed one prompt and that built the dashboard, the screen itself. I typed another to connect all my notes.

So every chat and idea saves on its own. Another to add goals in a daily journal. And that was eight prompts in about an hour with no code, right? Was it perfect the first time I built it?

No. Stuff broke all the time. It was buggy. I told the AI what looked wrong, fixed it back and forth.

Like working with a helper who learns very fast. But I never opened a coding book. I never watched a programming tutorial. Never had to touch a line of code or edit anything myself.

I just described what I wanted and kept going. And that's a real shift here. The skill is not coding anymore. The skill with AI is knowing what you want and being able to say it clearly.

And business owners agree at that because you already know your business better than anyone else. Here's a second belief that holds people back when it comes to building this. So some people say I'm too busy to learn this. And listen, you don't learn this because you have time.

You learn it because you don't. This is the thing that gives you your time back. So if you're busy, great. This is the perfect time to start building it.

Before I was buried, right? Writing, posting, following, checking up work. And now the agents carry most of it. So I spend the time, my time, on the stuff only I can do, which is like the big calls, the relationships, the direction.

The agents do the busy work. I do the thinking. And here's why the one screen part matters so much. Every agent saves its work in the same place.

Claude writes me something. I see it there. OpenClaude builds something. I see it there.

Videos, pages, notes are all in one single window. And I'm not like hunting between different taps, right? There's just one screen, one view. And that alone saves me hours every single week.

So I can just talk to it out loud. Instead of typing, I press a button, speak. It hears me, it answers. We go back and forth like a real chat.

So I can be making coffee and still moving the business forward. And let me be straight with you. This isn't magic. Obviously agents make mistakes.

They get things wrong sometimes, but the difference is you might tell it to fix that mistake once. If you're hiring a team and if you're managing a team day to day, you might tell each person the same thing like 10 to 15 times minimum, right? Especially across a space of one or two years. So this is way faster than having a team, way less stressful.

And I can even just talk to it out loud instead of typing. And the other thing here as well, it's like the right way to see it is that the agents do the heavy lifting, but a human makes the final call. That's the right way to see it. So the agents are fast, tireless workers who need a good manager.

You're the manager, they do the work, you make sure it's good. So what does that mean for you? If you run a business, an agency, a shop, a service, anything like that, there's a version of this for you. You don't need three businesses.

You don't need a YouTube channel. You just pick one slow, boring task that eats your time and then you hand it to an AI agent. Maybe it's answering the same email over and over. Maybe it's writing product descriptions.

Maybe it's chasing up leads. Start with one, get it working, and then hand it to an AI agent. And that's how I got here. I didn't build this all in a weekend.

One piece, then another, and it's stacked up and improves. And now it runs three businesses off one screen. And here's where this is going. And I really believe it here.

Soon the gap won't be between big companies and small ones. It'll be between people who run a one screen business and people who don't. People who know how to build good systems and people who don't. And one person with a good setup will literally run circles around a team of 10 people doing everything by hand.

And that sounds dramatic, but I'm watching it happen in real time. Regular business owners inside my community are doing more with these agents than they ever did with a full team, right? And they're not tech people. They're just coaches and business owners and freelancers and agency owners who decided one day, I'm going to learn this.

And they learned it fast. So the ones who wait might be fine for a while, but the gap grows every single month, right? The longer you wait, the further back you start. And also this stuff's improves all the time.

So if you don't start now, you're going to fall behind and you're going to get left behind. That's the problem here. The ones who wait will be fine today, but not next month, not next year, et cetera, not in six months. So that's how I basically went from doing everything myself to having AI run 80% of three businesses, one screen, one step at a time.

If you want to build your own agent operating system, that's exactly what we do inside the Air Profitable Boardroom. You actually get my full agent operating system ready to go set up. So the dashboard where you can plug in all your agents, Quad, Hermes, Open Quart, all in one place. You get the zip file, a 30 day roadmap that walks you through it step by step and a video tutorial for each part, right?

We've already helped loads of business owners build their own and we keep improving it so you get the updates as they come, plus four live calls a week about your own setup, you can ask questions, you can meet other cool people. And there's 3,200 business owners in there building alongside you, plus a prompt library so you never stare at a blank screen again. If that's what you want, link in the comments description or just go to the AIprofitableboardroom.com to get access. Start with one agent and I'll show you the rest.

Thanks for watching.
