NEW Claude Agent OS is INSANE!

Today I want to walk you through my agent operating system, what I've built, because this is literally the most powerful system I've ever built with AI. And I actually think it's the most powerful system that I've seen out there when it comes to automating anything with AI agents. And I'll walk you through exactly what all of this stuff is, how it works, how you can use it, and why we built this, plus how you can basically build your own version today. So what is this?

This is a dashboard where we control all of our AI agents in one place. It is a mission control system. So for example, if we want a team of AI agents working together, we've got that over here and we can orchestrate our agents inside Paperclip. Then they can build stuff all day, then we can see everything they've built.

Also got a Hermes group chat here. So this is actually a group chat between all of the CLIs that I have. And this is very important to know, is that you can run all of what you're seeing on free CLIs you already have access to. So for example, if you have a cloud subscription, you can plug in the cloud CLI into the system.

And also you can use free APIs or local models for the other parts of this. So if you have Hermes running, just plug in a free API or plug in free Groko off. So you can do all this for free if you want to, with no extra costs. So we have the AI agent mastermind over here where all our agents could talk to each other.

Now, when they talk to each other, they bounce our ideas off each other. And when they actually come up with something good, so if I'm like, come up with a great idea for an SEO app, guess what? They add it to our pipeline. And then inside our pipeline, we can go from idea to implementation really quickly.

I just approve what they're actually gonna build in their plan. And then from here, we can preview and see everything that they have built. But let's talk about some really crazy stuff. So what we've got over here is Hermes Oracle.

And Hermes Oracle is a powerful system for taking the latest trending news. And with that latest trending news, we can then quickly create social media content about it. So we can draft and quickly create social media content about whatever is trending on X right now. So for example, if Fable 5 and Bedrock is popping off, which it is right now on X, we can quickly create a post about it.

As you can see right here, we could quote the original like this. So we can just click quote, paste it in, boom shakalaka. We have now just created a social media post in the space where I'm talking to you, but not just that. We can also click publish to WP, and this will publish to my WordPress website.

So I can create SEO content. I can create blog content automatically. I don't need to touch my websites. I don't need to log in.

I can create SEO content. And guess what? It's based on what's trending right now, which is super important because what that means essentially is that we can create content around stuff that is trending so that we can easily start ranking for it. And we can see this is new stuff, super new stuff, way better than Claude, way better than anything else I've built.

So for example, we can click on any of these articles you can see, and it actually takes us straight there. We can see all the content that we've published over here. So if we click on this, for example, we can view it. If we want to edit it manually, we can click on edit and we can edit the blog content that we created.

So if we go to here, for example, this is a blog post that I've created on this particular topic. And this is pretty powerful stuff because it's even indexed on Google, right? It's indexed on Google as soon as we create the content, which is pretty insane in itself. So we can take advantage of trending topics, get more traffic for it, get more customers for it, get more leads for it.

And all I do is click a button, that's it. And if you actually look at the content itself, guess what? It's all personalized to me. So for example, we scroll through this, got my lead magnet at the top, which talks about me and what I do.

It embeds the original tweet that we talked about. And then, for example, it actually subtly sells everything that we offer, right? Which is really powerful throughout the content. And then we also have on the page this example right here that sends traffic to our free AI success lab and everything else, right?

Super powerful stuff. Now, if we keep going through this, that's just one little tiny piece of it. This is Hermes Jarvis. If you've never seen my videos before, basically we can voice control this.

So we can say, for example, open up Google and literally real time, it opens up Google, right? We can say, build this, create this, create this app, et cetera. And it'll actually save it directly inside the build section down here, which is pretty crazy. And we've built like 89 different projects with this, including like meditation apps and websites and all sorts of cool stuff.

We'll also see the full transcript and we can have this on a wake word. So we can say, for example, in the background, Hermes, go off and do that. And it'll actually wake up and then it will start doing stuff. And we can have it on warm mode, so it runs on a monitor and that's just ready to go whenever we need it.

Not just that, we actually built this in as well recently. So all the members inside my AI ProfitBorne community were requesting this. This was like massive, massive, right? It was, how do you use Hermes to get customers?

How do you use Hermes to get leads? How do you use Hermes for doing email outreach? And we built in this email outreach tool where we can see the number of leads. We can validate leads.

We can generate lists straight off the bat. We can type in exactly the type of leads we want. So we just type in the type of leads we want here. We can find leads automatically.

And then we can see all of the domains, the people inside our lead list, and these are all enriched. So it actually has notes. We can delete any over here. This is a full outreach SaaS software that I have created as a non-technical person, not a coder, not a programmer.

And we've just plugged it into the system. And then guess what? We can check our inbox over here and automatically sends emails. We can check the send box as well.

We can see what campaigns are live and we can get the AI to draft the whole email campaign itself. And also if we need to plug in APIs to swap them around, we can just go to our settings here and we can also change how many emails we send per day. It is a SaaS tool inside Hermes agent. I've never seen anyone else do that before, but it is crazy powerful.

Now we can also add like MCPs. We can see everything that we've built over here. So for example, we go to this section, everything that we've ever built with Hermes and Grok, as you can see right here, we can just have a preview over there, right? Now also something that's super powerful, this just dropped on Monday, is Sakana Fugu.

Sakana Fugu is a really powerful way to generate whatever you want with a panel of AI models. And what I actually did, because I didn't want to use, you know, I think 99% of people are just not going to mess around with the API. So what I actually created here is the boardroom. And the boardroom, as you can see, you can ask a question down here and then it can generate whatever you want and it plugs it into your workspace.

So all of this stuff that we've created on this side is all creations that we've made with Fugu Ultra, which is achieving Fable 5 level intelligence. And you can see the examples of what we've created over here. We can actually switch between Fugu and Fugu Mini. We can see all of our builds, et cetera.

And this is pretty crazy stuff, right? This is Fable 5 level intelligence whenever you want it, right? Whenever you're ready to have it, which is pretty crazy. So this is absolutely awesome for just achieving something that's much bigger.

If you need to build something crazy or interesting, you can do it with Fugu Ultra. I mean, check out this. This is a full game that we built, full real world open 3D game that we built with one click. We've got the dragon up there and it looks pretty good.

And I can just come back to this. I can build whatever I want. I can see everything that I've created previously. It's all ready to go, as you can see over here, right?

It looks absolutely awesome. Now, what we also have is a local engine. This is all of my local agents plugged into one system where we can generate stuff and then we can preview on the right hand side. So over here, we control it and we ask it to do stuff.

Over here, we have all the stuff that we build with it. On top of that, we have Fusion. Fusion is right now at the top of my benchmarks. So you can see the lead board here and you can see who's winning in terms of the best outputs.

Fusion is right at the top. And it's created some of the most powerful, interesting things I've ever seen. So for example, if we have a look at this, this is a dragon realm game that we built using Fusion. And it works in the same way to Sakana Fuga, which is it can achieve fable five level intelligence because it has a team of agents working together.

It's not just one agent, it's multiple different models that work together to build something absolutely amazing. And this is pretty cool stuff. So this again is built in and we can just call it whenever we need to over here. And we can see everything that we built with it over here.

And so this is the other thing that I would say about having an agent operating system is that you can come back to it and you can see everything you've built whenever you need it. I mean, how often have you built something and you just can't find it? It's happened to me all the time. And that's why I never wanted to make that mistake again.

I think it's very important to learn from your mistakes with AI. And so what we did instead is we set up the workspace for every single AI model we have so that we can come back to everything that we built with it. Now, also on top of this, something to note is that I actually built all of this stuff with Claude. So I just have a Claude conversation.

I spend about three to four hours a day building this out. If you just want to skip all that hard work, you can get my setup from the AI profit boardroom. But essentially every single day as a non-technical coder, as someone who can't code at all, to be honest with you, I can just basically build stuff with my ideas. This is absolutely amazing.

We just have separate conversations for all the features that we're working on. Even for example, GoldieBench just documented all the work that we created. And now we've got a full leaderboard with pretty much every single thing we've ever created hosted on this website so that people can check it out and decide, okay, which one do they prefer the most? And I think that is the most truthful, best way to test out stuff.

Because you can compare it side by side. You can open up anything that you like and you can test it out and see, okay, is it good? Is it not good? You know, is it worth checking out or not?

And I think that's really powerful in itself. So, let's move on to the next thing, which is our memory galaxy. Now, remember we just opened up OpenJavis? Well, basically that gets logged automatically into my memory graph, which means that our knowledge graph is automatically updated and organized by my AI agents.

I've never touched this beast. And it is literally a beast with 1,277 memories inside there. And it's all relevant to me. It's all documenting what I'm working on day to day, but it's done automatically and passively because we have AI agents updating the log and then pulling context from the log to give me better answers.

So, for example, if I go into Hermes and I'm like, okay, what's the best thing to add in right now? It'll actually come back to me and tell me straight away. Now, the other thing to note here is that with Hermes, we actually have separate agent profiles for each API. And I think that's really powerful because then you can switch between them.

You can choose which agent profile you want to use based on the job. So, for example, if I need something quick, then I can ask GPT 5.5 instant. If I need something that is maybe a bit better thought out, I can use this one, right? Whatever I need to call upon, I've got it right here.

I've got a live line here where I can actually chat to Hermes. I can call it up. We've got Hermes Javis where we can control it anytime. We have Hermes Oracle where we can get the latest news and create social media content.

We have the studio here where we can generate images, videos, and voice using Hermes as well. Now, on top of that, we have free cloud code. This is really important because a lot of people want to use local models or free APIs or the power of cloud code, but they don't know how. So, what we set up is a open source project inside here called free cloud code.

You can plug in free APIs into it. You can build whatever you want, and you can see everything that you've built inside your workspace as well. So, we've got this workspace here, and we can see everything that we've created with free cloud code, which is absolutely awesome in itself as well. Then, and this is something interesting, we have every workflow that I work on day-to-day that costs me time.

I just plug into this system over here so that we can automate it, and I never have to spend time on that again. So, let me show you an example of that. Before, I used to spend time on keyword research. Now, we have Google Search Console plugged into the system where it can pull in and research the latest keywords that are working for me, and it can do keyword research analysis from my existing data and just pull that in straight away.

And that's something that would probably take a human about an hour to do. Then, we've got the generation section here. So, any sort of keywords that we find, we can click on use topic. Then, we can generate with the keyword and the topic the content, and then we can just deploy it.

And so, I never have to spend time on SEO again because it's fully automated. The same with videos. I never have to spend time creating videos again because we have this AI avatar video generator. So, if I want to just generate video content, or my team does, we have the video agent over here, and then we have the music agent as well.

And I say this not to, like, show off, and I say this, like, not to boast or anything like that. Like, we're all learning and growing together, but my point here is that if you are thinking about building stuff and you're not sure what to build, well, number one, this is inspiration. Number two, you do not have to be technical or spend a lot of time understanding this stuff. You can just get the idea that's inside your head, and we all have them, and then you can plug it into something like Claude and automate whatever you want.

So, as an example of this, Rick, non-technical, he set up the AgentOS system that I have using the AI Profit Boardroom, and he set it up within 30 minutes. He joined our school community, and within 30 minutes, he already had it set up. You see, for example, Amateo, right? Got his AgentOS via the Profit Boardroom.

He said, it's so sick, and I'm just really learning everything I can do with it. You can see so many people getting amazing results with this, and there's so many people inside my community that I'm accountable to that are getting amazing results. And so, if I can do it, if they can do it, if we're all non-technical, then we can all get stuff done together, right? The other thing you might say, well, is, you know, is this actually useful?

Well, yes, because I've spent thousands of hours doing SEO, and now I've fully automated it. I've spent thousands of hours creating video content, and now I can fully automate it. I used to spend time, or my team used to spend time generating images like these. Now, we've fully automated it.

And so, one by one, I'm striking through the tasks that used to cost me time and cutting them off my to-do list because I've automated with AI, and I've got it in one place that's ready to go whenever I need it. And so, this is an amazing system where you literally look at, what are you spending your time on, and you cut it out. You automate it as soon as you can. You look at where your team is spending time on, and you go, okay, what can we automate that they're spending time on so that we don't need a big team?

We've just got a very lean team of great AI players who can automate and build anything. That's the way that I would look at it. And this is saving literally thousands of hours and also helping us grow more. And also, I can just spend more time on the stuff that I love, right?

That's what it's all about. So, if you want to get MySystems, you can get that inside the AirPod footboarding. You might say, what setup do you need for this? You know, do you need loads of CLIs?

No, you can just use one, and you can use free APIs if you prefer. You might also say, okay, well, you know, do you need like a fancy setup? The answer is no. You can just run this on a simple laptop.

You don't need anything powerful for this, right? You don't need a Mac mini or a Mac studio like some of those gurus were telling you a few months ago. Right? All you need is the AI Profit Boarding Community with the agent operating system that you can get over here, right?
