The script covers two announcements: OpenAI’s GPT 5.6 models Sol, Terra, and Luna are released only in a limited US government–requested preview to a small group of trusted partners, with no confirmed public release date, and Anthropic’s Claude Mythos 5 and Fable 5 are also gated to about 100 companies via a deal referenced from CNBC. The speaker argues that instead of waiting for inaccessible frontier models, users can reach similar or better results using multi-model systems: Hermes Agents’ Mixture of Agents, Sakana Fugu, and Fusion, which combine multiple models and use judging/fusion to improve outputs and benchmark performance (including results shown on Goldy Bench). The episode promotes the AI Profit Boardroom community for access to the Agent OS, tutorials, updates, and coaching.

We have two huge announcements today. Number one about GPT 5.6, and then number two about Claude, Miphos, and Fable 5. I'm gonna cover them both and keep you updated today. So let's get straight into it.
First of all, we have a brand new announcement from GPT 5.6 opening up, which is that Sol, Terra, and Luna are released, but biggest issue is they're released in preview. That means me and you, my friend, me and you, we cannot access these models, and it might be a while before we actually get access to them. There's no confirmation or release date, which I'll come on to in a second, but essentially we could be looking at, at minimum, a few weeks. They said they're literally hoping for this to come out in a few weeks, but they have no control over this because it's down to the Trump administration and what they think is best at this point.
So you can see here, for now at the request of the US government, we're starting with a limited preview among a small group of trusted partners in Codex and the API. So what's happening here is they've released it, but to like a hundred people, that's it. Only a hundred people have access to this, and it's not a hundred people really, it's a hundred organizations that are trusted as partners of the US government, I believe. So if we're looking at this, what has happened here, what's been announced?
So we've got three different models, Sol, Terra, Luna. Now Sol is a flagship model for ambitious agent work. You can see that it costs $5 per input. Terra is a balanced model for efficient everyday work.
That is two and a half dollars, which is 50% of the price of Sol. And then we have Luna, and that is at $1 per input. Now at this point, you might be going, what is even the point of this, right? What is the point of this?
We are talking about models that have no release date. We're talking about previews that are new flagship models. We're talking about US government gating AI intelligence. And some people will be watching this and going, well, what's the point of even looking at this?
I would look at it and just look at the benchmarks, but at the same time, I'd also be looking at this from the perspective of, okay, what's the solution here? Because if frontier models are being gated, what are some ways to get better level intelligence and AI? And I'll come on to that in a minute after I've talked about Claude Fable 5, which is the next big update. And you can see here inside the benchmarks on Terminal Bench 2.1, Claude Miphos 5 is behind GPT 5.6 Sol Ultra and GPT 5.6 Sol.
So we have Claude Miphos 5 over here, and we have Claude Fable 5, which is even further down the rankings, which brings me to Fable 5 and Miphos 5. So if you're wondering what's going on with them, what is the crack with these guys? Basically, Fable 5 has struck a deal with the Trump administration, according to the CNBC with Anthropic, which grants a company permission to release its Miphos 5 model, however, to a group of 100 companies. So again, it's being gated again, and nobody has access.
And again, we don't have access to these models, and we are kind of wasting our time trying to find out what's going on and where we're up to. So I'm gonna talk about the best solution to that. And there's basically, I think, three to four very good alternatives to this that will help you a lot. And the first one that I'm gonna talk about is Hermes Agents.
So Hermes have released something called Mixture of Agents. And if you're wondering what Mixture of Agents is, this is their answer to fixing the issues behind gated frontier technology. So what do I mean by that? Well, basically what we're looking at here is one prompt with Hermes Agent, for example, and that will run through a list of models that you can set up personally.
I'll show you how to do that in a second. So that, for example, you could have one aggregator, which means you get better answers than if you're using one model alone. So for example, if you're asking, right, how do I achieve Fable 5 level intelligence without Fable 5? Well, you could use a mixture of agents.
You could use Opus 4.8, GPT 5.5, any other model as reference models inside Hermes. Now, if you're wondering how to set this up, what you can do is make sure you've updated your Hermes Agents. So for example, we've already updated it inside the Agent Operating System. Just go to your Manage section if you've already got that set up.
If not, get it inside the Air Profit Boarding Room, link in the comments description. And what you can do from here is you go to Models. Now, there are three options. So you have your main model, you have auxiliary tasks, and then you've got a mixture of agents.
So you can configure this, and you can use a combination of agents together. The whole point behind this is that when you have multiple different models working together, you tend to get better answers than if you have one working alone, right? So a team of geniuses will probably beat one genius alone. So this is option one, which is mixture of agents with Hermes Agents.
And it's a new model setting. You can also go inside your terminal here. And if you type in Hermes Model, like so, you can scroll up to mixture of agents and then just set it up from there. So that's the option.
Next up, there's also something called Fusion. And you'll see a trend across all of this, which is, I don't care what model comes out, right? You know, it doesn't really bother me because we have systems that achieve the same sort of results or better levels of outputs when you put this together. So for example, with Hermes, if we want to achieve better level intelligence in Opus 4.8, we have a mixture of agents working together.
We have multiple agent profiles. We can put them in a Kanban and get them to quality control each other, right? Next up, what we can actually do is we can have Sakana Fugu, which works in a very similar way. So if you're wondering, okay, how does Sakana Fugu work?
It's very similar, right? So you have a panel of agents working together and they give you better results than Fable 5 working alone. And this is proven on benchmarks. So again, we've got mixture of agents.
We have Sakana Fugu. And if you want to indicate how does Sakana Fugu perform on benchmarks, let me show you some examples here. So it can create pretty cool stuff. We've got Fugu Ultra at number four on our leaderboard, which means that is outperforming Opus 4.8 when I've tested them side by side.
This is based on my actual tests, not like some theoretical BS in a benchmark report, right? This is actual stuff that we've tested and compared. And you can see all of our comparisons on GoldieBench if you want to see the model side by side and how they perform and why we rated these better than others. So when we're doing this, essentially, we have another panel of agents.
And the final method is that we can use Fusion. Now Fusion is number one on my benchmarks here. And again, what you need to focus on here is not the models. You shouldn't care about the models.
If you care about the models, you're always going to be chasing. You're always going to feel behind. You're always going to have shiny object syndrome. You're going to be picking one model and hoping it's the best.
You're going to be hoping Miphos or GPT 5.6 comes out soon. You're going to be waiting months for the next preview model, and then it's going to get dropped and then it will get taken out again, as we saw with Fable 5. And then you're going to be begging for access to the gated frontier models and getting angry when you see the preview models are not available. And this whole system that I'm showing you will fix that.
So you never need to worry about any of this again. And also bear in mind like the top tier frontier models, crazy expensive, crazy expensive. You don't actually need them because what you can do is you can go beyond the ceiling of capabilities right now, today. And what you can do, as I've shown you, is whether you're using Hermes, mixture of agents, or for example, Sakana Fugu, or for example, Fusion, you can mix several models into one virtual model.
You can beat the best single model that is out today. You don't need to wait for that. You can set it up this morning, 10 minutes after you've watched this video, and you can go beyond the public frontier with no extra access or wait list needed, which means you can hit frontier quality for a fraction of the cost. That seems way better to me.
That seems like a better idea. And how do you do it? You use these three systems, mixture of agents, Fusion, and Sakana. How do I know this works?
Because I've tested it and you can test it all yourself. You can just go onto GoldieBench and have a look for yourself if you don't believe me. If you think Julian is full of BS, I don't believe anything he says, fair enough. Go and have a look at GoldieBench and see for yourself.
And then just judge on the comparisons and see which outputs you like the most because we've compared all of them side by side. And I can tell you which ones are the best just from my own tests. So this is the system that we have set up over here. And the great thing about this is we got Sakana Fugu and we could just chat to it over here anytime.
We have Fusion set up and we can just see everything that we've created at any time. And we can see, if you're wondering how does this work, again, all of these models work together. Then you have a judge that fuses this with Fusion. And then you get one answer that beats Fable 5 on benchmarks.
And if you're wondering, okay, how to use it, you just go inside the chat here and make sure you have your API. So that's it. You can use Fusion, you can use Sakana Fugu and you can use Hermes mixture of agents. And then you literally never have to care or worry about anything like these models.
Again, you never have to worry or care about preview models because you know you've got better systems. And the other thing that I would say here is some people say, well, you need like loads of tokens or it's cost a lot of money to run an agent operating system. No, because you can run local models. You can run it with free APIs.
We have loads of free APIs and local models plugged into Hermes agent. For example, you can do the same with free cloud code. You can do the same with a local agent engine and then you can build stuff for free using local models, preview what you've built and check it all out inside the workspace. So you don't need to worry about that.
You might also say, okay, this looks great, but maybe it's technical. You know, maybe I can't do this because it's technical. And I would say, if you have a look at the 191 pages of testimonials wins we have from people using the agent operating system that we set up, loads of people winning with this stuff. So again, it doesn't matter about GPT 5.6 or Fable 5.
What matters is that you have great systems. And you also might say, well, ah, you know, I still want access to GPT 5.6. Let's settle this right now. For the stuff that I work on day to day, and unless you're like a rocket scientist, and even then I don't think you need it.
If you are working on something day to day, you probably don't need Fable 5 level intelligence. So for example, if we're building out a video agent that can create amazing videos better than 99% of humans, and it's got edits, it's got a nice little avatar video, it's fully scripted, fully researched, and it looks better than most videos out there. Well, we can just automate that already. We don't even need Fable 5.
We don't even need Sakana Fusion for that. I've already got it inside the system. If you're like, okay, well, I want to do SEO. I want to create content that's better than everyone else's.
We've got these websites set up that deploy content automatically without me ever logging in. And I don't need Sakana Figure or Fusion or Hermes Agent to do that. So 99% of the tasks that people are trying to automate, they don't need the most highest level frontier models. They just need good systems.
And that's why I recommend for you is like, stop chasing the model, start chasing the system, start focusing on building something that improves every day rather than something that falls behind as soon as a new model comes out. That's the difference. So if you want to get this whole setup, you can get it inside the AI Profit Boardroom, link in the comments description or go to the AIprofitboardroom.com. To recap, GPT 5.6 is here.
There are three new models. You can't access them. There's no guarantee you'll be able to access them in the future, right? Fable 5 and Miphos, it's being lifted, but only for like a hundred people, only a hundred companies that are agency approved and government approved can actually access it.
So again, there's no confirmation that these are coming back. They are back for some people. GPT 5.6 is available for some people, but it's not available for you and it's not available for me. So if you want to get access to my best systems that solve all the problems from that, you can get it from the AI Profit Boardroom.
This is my community that helps you save time, scale and grow with AI automation. Inside the community, you can ask questions, get help and support. I personally answer these questions with video tutorials every single day so that I can connect with them. And you can see like, loads of people are crushing it, right?
So for example, Hobing, he was saying how amazing the AgentOS is. And then for example, if we look at Ritz, he was saying that he runs it, he runs Paperclip with the AgentOS as well. Super useful, right? So people are getting amazing results with this.
It's a very positive community where we all learn, we grow and we scale together. And the whole goal here is to grow your business with AI automation. If you don't have a business, it's okay. You'll still learn so much from this group.
If you want the AgentOS system, you can get it over here. There's a video tutorial. Here's the last update date. You can get the zip file over here and we drop new daily tutorials based on what's actually useful.
So if you want to learn how Sakana and Fable work, you can check this out right here. If you want to learn, for example, loop engineering, we've got a full tutorial and guide right here. If you want to learn how to use Fusion to beat Fable 5 level intelligence, we've got a video tutorial and full step-by-step guide here. And we've got the AgentOS, which I literally update every single day.
And I spend about four hours a day improving and updating it to make sure that you have the best systems possible. Now, inside the calendar, you can join my weekly coaching calls. We have four weekly coaching calls. So you can ask questions, get help and support in real time.
Inside the map, you can meet people in your local area who are building with AI agents like you. And this is all available in the AI Profit Boardroom. Link in the comments description, or just go to the AIProfitBoardroom.com. Thanks for watching.
